This was our 3rd stay at C-5 Golf Villa. We keep coming back because the unit is perfectly located. It has great views and is very quiet and comfortable. We have only great things to say about our host, Amy. She's a great communicator and has helped us adjust our stay as needed. We have never had to make a maintenance call, however, as the unit has always been in perfect shape.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely and better than the last unit we were in. The only issue was a minor one. The coffee maker with the Keurig didn’t function as it was supposed to and no coffee came out, but the stream spilled over. We went to Target in Kailua and purchased a single cup Keurig, which we left there for others to use. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo is located in a quiet and peaceful community, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. My kids had an amazing time in the pool and absolutely loved spotting the birds and chicks during our morning walks. The unit was great. We were able to get in early which was very helpful. The unit included beach chairs and umbrellas which was a bonus. Only negative was that the beds were noisy and creaked everyone you moved. Right across from the pool…very convenient. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this property was great! The host was super responsive and helpful. The home is very spacious, clean, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent, and the amenities are a huge plus—being directly across the street from the gym, pool, and hot tub made everything incredibly convenient and easy to enjoy.The only downside was the king bed in the master bedroom, which we found to be quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else about the home was wonderful, and we would absolutely consider staying here again.

What a LOVELY place to stay!Here are some highlights:Great location: I don't know all about the microclimates of the Big Island, but I do know it was sunny at our condo when it was often raining on other parts of the island. Also, you are a very short walk to the Golf Villas pool. The pool is lovely with plenty of loungers and it has a hot tub as well. The condo itself is located in one small neighborhood of the larger Mauna Lani complex and is absolutely beautiful. Great landscaping and a wonderful place to run and walk. In the mornings my husband and I would run to the black sand beach, the beach club, or the shops at Mauna Lani. There is also a small fitness center right by the pool with free weights, a treadmill, and elliptical. Just enough options for vacation exercising;) You are about an eleven minute drive from the delicious Original Big Island Shave Ice Company (and many other shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores that make up the Kings' Shops and Queen's Marketplace in Waikoloa) and you are 1.3 miles from a Foodland grocery store and the Tommy Bahama restaurant which make up the shops of Mauna Lani.Beach gear and toys: My husband and I joked this condo is worth it for the beach gear alone. In her garage she has umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, a wagon, snorkel gear, noodles, life jackets, and the list goes on. We had everything we needed for a full day of fun at the beach. This VRBO is perfect for families with kids, we’d definitely come back.

This is an outstanding unit in Golf Villas - it feels as spacious as a 3bdrm unit due to the large and well-appointed loft. The hosts are so generous with their amenities which really sets this place apart in terms of convenience and also saves a lot of money for odds and ends at the grocery store. The bedding is lovely and very nicely styled, the TV has so may options to settle in with at night. The pool is so fun for the kids and the beach club is as good as it gets - my favorite spot on earth. Thanks to a wonderful unit in a beautiful spot with stellar hosts, this place is 11 out of 10 - look no further for the perfect place for your family!

This condo is quiet and clean and exactly what we were hoping for for this price point. The highlight is its serene location, and yet only a couple of minutes from the beautiful beach club that it has access to. It’s one of the best beaches and waterfront trails that we found anywhere in Hawaii.Also having a garage space is a bonus.We would recommend this condo for those that are looking for good value when spending most of their time out and about.

I have stayed at the Golf Villas in Mauna Lani many times and always enjoyed the units very much. This particular unit is quite weathered and certainly use some refurbishing. The air conditioning fans seemed quite dirty and the unit is not as clean and tidy as previous units we have stayed in. The unit is also very susceptible to noise from another unit in the complex which is located baove this unit.

Stayed at the property for a week for our 30th anniversary. While smaller than some of the units we had stayed at in the past, everything was great for the two of us. We loved being so close to the pool, the easy drive to the Beach Club, and taking in morning sunrises over Mauna Kea from the Lanai. The access cards and keys were all laid out so nicely and it was easy to understand which were needed for the pool, garage, front gate, etc. We got lots of use out of the grill on the lanai and loved the ample ceiling fans, which allowed us to keep things cool in the bringing and evenings. The pool heater was not working the first two days, making the water a bit chilly, but once fixed, the pool temperature was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the host and the property.

We had a truly meaningful time together as three generations of our family, including my parents.Dining at the house while overlooking the golf course felt very elegant. In the morning, we could see Mauna Kea in the distance and enjoy the pleasant, gentle breeze, which made the stay even more relaxing.Within a five-minute drive, there are golf courses, a private beach, and a supermarket, making the location extremely convenient.The owner is very responsive and communicates directly, so even if any issues arise, there is no need to worry.Highly recommended.
