This was our second stay at this condo, our first being in 2017, and this visit was just as great as the first. The condo itself was well equipped, from kitchen supplies to lots of beach gear (coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, etc.). The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely for a quiet afternoon, and never seemed busy. Access to the beach club is great, easy parking, great restaurant, and perfect for a morning walk around the fish ponds. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we hope to visit again soon!

Our family of five stayed in here for 10 days at the end of March 2024. We absolutely loved this location, the pool, and access to Owner’s Beach. With our young children we spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool which was very clean and well maintained. The quiet location, walks around the beautiful complex, and calm pool environment was really enjoyed, especially after comparison with some of the busy and noisy beach resorts we visited occasionally in Waikoloa.
The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we would need for the beach and the pool. We appreciated the convenience of dishwashing pods, laundry soap, food containers and cooler to take snacks to the beach.
Anthony and Nicole were very helpful and responsive to our questions and concern when we had trouble with the wifi which was quickly addressed.
We had a fantastic experience here and will definitely return!

Our family had a great stay. With 3 kids aged 13, 11, and 8 it was the perfect family spot. Loved our time at the pool and the private beach club! It’s in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Stocked with every beach toy, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Had an issue with the key lockbox being tough to open and the toilet had a small leak - the owners were quick to respond and have it taken care of! 10/10 would stay agin!

A stay at this home in the Mauna Lani Golf Villas is a great way to enjoy this part of the Island. Most importantly, our host was super communicative and helpful throughout. The home itself was beautiful and fully loaded with all the necessities of a restful and fun vacation by our family of 7 (five adults, an infant and a toddler). We were just steps from the beautiful pool and only a 5 min drive or bike ride to the beach with all the amenities. It's a great swimming beach AND snorkeling spot. The host provided all the bikes and beach toys needed to maximize our use of the pool and beach too. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation one to remember!

This is easily the best place we've stayed in Hawaii. The property was incredibly clean, it's steps from a beautiful and quiet pool and hot tub, and so many amenities in the garage for all your Hawaii adventures, fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances made for a wonderful stay. The master bedroom is wonderful, and the space feels so big.
Also, the game table is great for a puzzle to wind down after a day at the ocean.

The condo was perfect for my week stay North of Kona. It was very clean and my bed was comfortable. Neighbors were nice, property and pool was nice and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Had a lot of extras like box fan, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, but I didn’t have a problem with having enough light and use of kitchen equipment overall. Costs extra if you want to sleep in AC so I decided not to run the AC much, and it ended up being fine. I did get hot sometimes but the ceiling fans took care of cooling the rooms down. Overall I was happy with this condo and would return!

We love the Golf Villas and have stayed here for years. This Villa is the reason we continue to come back. E2 is clean, neat, orderly and stocked. It is the perfect location to the pool and they have tons of beach towels for guest use. It has ample dishes, pots and pans for use also. Check in and out is simple. Overall it’s a very nice stay and we stayed for 5 1/2 weeks without a problem!

We stayed the last week of February and it was amazing. The location of the property is about 30 minutes from the airport/Kona which is very nice to be out of town but still have plenty of things to do around you. The pool is perfect for a relaxing day with family and the beach access is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the property management was there to answer any questions we had. This being our first time visiting Hawaii, we will definitely be back and would choose to stay here again!

Perfect space for 2 kids, parents and grandparents. Hapuna beach nearby, can get into Hilton pools if you buy passes (which we did on a day too windy for the beach). Has everything you need. Grounds are beautiful. More peaceful area to me than waikoloa but king/queen shops are close enough. Pool was steps away and never crowded. Beach club is nice and easy, you can walk the fishponds and to the auberge hotel from there. Personal touches for us when we arrived was wonderful. Thank you!

I stayed here with three other friends for a gals/moms' getaway and it was just what we needed! The place is very relaxing, spacious, and clean. There is a lot to do and see nearby. The pool was warm and the nearby beach has everything that you'd want! You will need a car to get around but you cannot go wrong if you book this little slice of heaven! We cannot wait to go back!

For golf lovers, the home is located on the spectacular Mauna Lani golf course. A bit pricey but so worth it! In all honesty the start to our stay was a bit rough as the unit was not ready on time. However, the manager worked diligently to make up for the initial hiccups and it really does seem like this was an isolated incident. The unit is great and in a very nice location. The beach club access is convenient for a family friendly beach. Fun pool too. All in all, I'd definitely recommend!

My husband and I with our 2 friends stayed here beginning of January. We are 28 years old & we wanted a more low key stay. This gave you just that! The private pool and the private beach access was really nice. Beach gets packed after 10-11 am so get there early! You do have to drive quite a ways to get to the villa, it’s pretty tucked back so plan on renting a car for sure. I think about 10 min drive after you turn off the main highway there. The place itself is a bit dated- might be time for some modern upgrades and finishes. Basically this place gives you the resort feel without being on a resort. If it didn’t have the beach access, I would not stay here again. Seriously the beach is 10/10! Also go to Tommy Bahamas, that place was AMAZING. And lava lava of course! Fresh poke from foodland was great too, the spicy Hawaiian was so yum. If you’re looking for low key, golf community vibes with a beach 5 min away… this is your place!

Our family of four stayed here in January. It was perfect for us...my husband, our two twenty-something kids and myself. Communication was great with the owners...they were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood and condo were quiet, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had everything we needed for making any meals. We loved the pool and there were beaches that were within a couple minutes' drive. We would easily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the golf course and mountains from the lanai. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having the grill and dining set on the lanai for dinners. The kitchen had adequate dinnerware. There was a good variety of spices and condiments. The kitchen had both a keurig and drip coffee maker with a starter set of keurig kcups. There is a grocery store nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool is an easy walk and looked nice, but we didn’t use as we prefer a beach. There was beach equipment in the garage which we did use - these are used and some items were in better condition than others. The beach chairs worked fine, but the strap to hold them together is broken so need to tie with towel or string to wear as backpack when bringing out to beach or carry it from side. this was our second stay at this unit. last time, it was 3 of us, this time, 7. i was apprehensive that 7 people would be all over each other, but the roomy design helped as some would be upstairs and others down. we appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices and coffee!), the tupperware, the great pans, rice cooker /slow cooker, etc. despite being conveniently close to the pool and gym, it was nice and quiet. easy drive to sights, great beaches, shopping, grocery or even walk or bike. some of use took advantage of the bikes in the garage and we loved it. this unit has it all. the kiddos played lots of card games on the card table and we were so happy they were not always screening. the owners?/property managers are responsive, accommodating, and just all in all, considerate and easy to work with and i appreciated their help so much. lovely aloha gift included! you will love this beautiful unit!
