I must say “this villa is the best one yet”. This villa had everything we possibly needed and more. So comfortable, the lanai view was breathtaking. I was able to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday and night. Overall, I give this villa a A+.

Owners were super attentive and quick to respond if we had any issues or questions. It's in a perfect little location with the pool right next to the condo. It was close enough to the beaches and shopping but secluded enough to enjoy the quiet at night. We did had a little housekeeping issue but they were super quick to respond! Overall would come back if we find ourselves back on this island! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The condo was lovely fully equipped with everything you might need and more hosts were very helpful. Location is fabulous I like being in a little quieter area. Definitely will need a car. I wish they offered a shuttle service to the beach resort would be so convenient. love love love

Beautiful place with plenty of room, friendly neighbors, and lovely pool and hot tub. The private beach was everything you could hope for: clear water, plenty of space for lounging, a quick swim away from coral, schools of fish, and a restaurant/bar right on the beach.

This was a "girl's trip". What a wonderful place to stay and explore the Big Island. The condo was perfect for our needs. 3 separate bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen, spacious living room and TV's, although we never turned any of them on. Too busy for that! There were pleanty of towels, shampoo and conditioner/ sun block/ bug repelant. There were also beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels. The shared pool area was awesome and a good place to chat with other travelers as well as the permanent residents at the end of the day. The Beach Club was so nice to have access to. The little restaurant had a yummy menu and even better tropical drinks, not to mention the lovely staff there. So all in all, we just couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Also, I must add that the owners were really great about communicating with us priorto and after our stay. That's always a nice touch.

We’ve stayed at other Vrbo’s (that haven’t been stocked well) and this one was tastefully decorated, laid out so everyone had their space, bed comfy. The neighbors we had were below us so no neighbor noise issues. Quiet place to stay and the pool a stones throw away. Kimby was quick to respond with questions and generous with recommendations for places to visit. The guest book also had some wonderful suggestions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed alone but would have easily housed 6. I almost felt guilty that a family wasn’t able to stay at this place instead of just me. They had about every amenity you could ask for: extra sheets, pillows, dishes, grill /accessories, etc…
The place was also very clean and comfortable. The HVAC system kept the humidity low and the temperature regulated. All in all it’s just a fantastic rental.
