We loved our stay at the N1 Golf Villa! It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The condo is beautiful and has lots of space for our extended family of 3 couples and one baby. We took full advantage of the beach club and the golf discounts. We also loved having all of the beach gear and the bikes. This area is so nice for biking, walking along the ocean and golfing. There were good amenities very close by so we didn't have to travel far for groceries or restaurants. Allyson was very helpful providing excellent information to us before our arrival. We will definitely return to this area and this condo.

Our (extended) family of 7 had a WONDERFUL stay at this townhouse at the Mauna Lani Golf Villas.
The townhouse was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen starters (and then some), as well as towels and beach towels, etc.
We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space!
The views onto the golf course were great and we thoroughly used Allyson's book of ideas (and tiny-url) to plan our trip. Very helpful! Thank you, Allyson!
Lastly - the "toys" in the garage made the stay even better. There were enough beach chairs for all of us. 2 boogie boards, beach umbrellas and the bikes!! So great to have access to these!!
Last, last - the poke bowls at the nearby Foodland were awesome!!

We loved our stay! The house was roomy and well appointed. The backyard space and patio are wonderful. We filled the bird feeder every day and were surrounded by many species of amazing birds. The home is directly across the street from the beautiful pool area and is very close to the entrance gate which makes coming and going very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! The only drawback - which proved to not be a huge deal was the hot water was merely lukewarm. The “toys” provided in the garage were such a huge help and made it so easy to enjoy the beach and pool with our grandbabies.

The best trip of all the Islands, pool and gym right out the front door, private beach a short drive. The property owner was very responsive to all questions and needs. The golf discount was an added bonus the we used several times.

This location and home were absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The home is fully equipped with everything you need- kitchen items, extras, books, etc. The garage came with golf clubs, beach chairs and unbrellas- all critical for beach and golf activities and made it so easy and enjoyable. The outlook from the decks is beautiful, loved the Mauna Lani Beach Club access, snorkeling, golfing and this location is convenient to everything. Hope to stay here again on my next trip to the Big Island!

Everything exactly as described. Nice house and furnishings, stocked kitchen, across the street from pool. Property manager very accessible and helpful. Garage full of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, masks, fins, etc all came in handy. Would stay again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa! You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. From the welcome goodies, equipped kitchen , the great outdoor area, the garage with chairs, snorkel equipment, bikes (and much more gear) and the access to the private beach club we couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy the big island! It was so nice to enjoy our coffee and breakfast at the outdoor area and listen to the island come awake with the sunrise and birds singing there songs. Thanks for providing a perfect place to enjoy our visit to the island!

We had never been to the big island and asked around before determining we wanted to stay in the resort areas north of Kona. The location was on the golf course with a breath taking view of the sunrise over the mountains to start each day. The property concierge was very attentive in communication before and during our stay. Access to the beach club parking was very helpful and close. A huge benefit was the beach gear in the garage. So nice to have chairs, umbrella and cooler when going to the beach. We has an incredible trip with our adult children and son-in-law.

This was a great way to be on the Big Island. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the pool was a huge hit. The two story unit was nice because nobody above or below to worry about. Close enough to restaurants and beaches but still quiet. Really nice outdoor space! Catherine was very responsive when I thought we lost the pool key….only to be found under a bed later!

Enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villas. We were a party of seven, from ages 79 to 9. Plenty of space, nice outdoor area with a great bird feeder, fun pool steps away from the house. Also enjoyed the golf privileges (super easy to schedule) and the beach club access. We used the bikes a lot (great for the older kids who wanted to explore Mauna Lani resort on their own and for riding to dinner or to get ice cream.) The unit also had everything you could need for a day at the beach. Working with Allyson was also super easy. Would stay here again!

Very well cared for property, great condition, attentive management, comfy rooms and especially good if you like to cook!!! Lovely Master with lanai, and downstairs for dining. Perfect for a family, lots of entertainment options. And the Beach Club is simply to die for. Two thumbs up on this VRBO!

The Photos for this property were very impressive but they hardly do justice to this beautiful property. We had an awesome stay. Communication was great,; the place was very clean and well stocked. The pool and beach club were both awesome. We will be back!

We had the best time at the Golf Villas. The property is very nice and has everything you could need for a vacation. The kitchen and grill allows for great meals in as well as location to so many great restaurants and beaches. Access to the Kings 9 golf course at discounted rate is a bonus too.
Allyson was incredible and make sure our stay was wonderful, from the welcome wine and treats to quickly accommodating a couple of requests. She is the perfect host to ensure a great stay. Mahalo Allyson. We'll be back!

This is a great place to stay in Hawaii. The house itself is comfortable, and has amazing spaces, like the lanai, and outdoor kitchen! The pool is across the street, the garage has everything you would want for an amazing beach day, and the beach is amazing!

Amazing stay on the Big Island. The home is properly furnished with a huge kitchen for cooking! The outdoor kitchen and lanai were great as well. We used the pool across the street everyday. Highly recommend for families. Thanks for the great stay. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Nice location, easy access to restaurants and shops at Mauna Lani, Queens Marketplace and Kings Marketplace. Nice mountain & golf course views of covered Lanai.
Villa was very clean, well equipped.
We appreciated & used access to bikes and snorkel equipment. Mauna Lani Beach Club is a mile away, private parking access, great snorkeling location, watched whales off the beach, free covered cabana chairs but get there before 9:30am. Also a restaurant there for lunch… but very busy at dinner.
We also enjoyed discounted access to golf at Waikoloa Kings & Beach Club, which we played one day.
We found Tommy Bahamas great for last-minute dinner / lunch reservations… food was good, nice views, while everyplace books weeks ahead.
Only complaint is the 3rd bedroom - we knew it wasn’t en-suite, but the bathroom is fully exposed to the front door and the kitchen / living room, so zero privacy. Maybe good room for kids.

We rented this unit for a group of family and friends. We have been to the golf villas many times, but the layout of this condo was by far my favorite. The condo was clean and very well stocked, had all kinds of goodies for the kids, and was spacious and comfortable. Allyson, the manager, became a friend and was so incredibly helpful and inviting. We feel lucky to have rented this place!

Loved that we had access to the garage and all of the fun gear! Even though we bring our own dive gear we had folks that didn't and this was so convenient to have the snorkel gear for them to use. We would definitely stay again! This unit has become now one of our favorites.

We loved everything about this unit. It seemed as if it was brand new! The condo had everything you could think of. Location was just a few minutes drive from the ocean and 10 minute drive from the best beach of the island. Communication with the manager was instant and extremely friendly. We are definitely coming back here!
