This was one of the best vacation we have had. All because our family was able to join us and the owner has equipped this townhome so well, we wanted for nothing. One stop at the market, and we were set. The local contact was readily available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

It is an excellent property in a family-friendly location with the best amenities for a perfect vacation. Everything in the house is clean and useful, and the kitchen is just amazing with all the tools that we need. There are also snorkeling gear, pool noodles, and bikes in the garage for us to use, which is great. My teenage son even learned how to bike when we were there! I highly recommend the Sea to Sky property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation with their family.

Beautiful spacious home. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the appliances were top of the line. Beds were very comfortable. The garage contained all the items for a perfect day at the beach. The ground level lanai had a very nice outdoor kitchen and eating space. Communication with the owners was prompt and fantastic. Access to the Mauna Lani beach was perfect for my family, a great place to learn how to snorkel. A very clean property in a quiet location. We would 100% stay here again!

Group of us stayed here for the Honu Half Ironman. The house is beautiful & was clean upon our arrival. Laura and Ray are great and responsive hosts and unfortunately had to deal with multiple maintenance issues during our stay. The AC unit was not working efficiently upon our arrival and the hosts dropped down the temp virtually. Couple days later the AC unit fully stopped working and a service man had to come the following day during our dinner to fix it. Unfortunately this was a temporary fix as the AC unit broke again a day and a half later. During our 12 day stay we had 4 service calls to our property. We had requested a partial refund for the stay which the hosts denied but offered a discount on future stays. Unfortunately we have no plans on returning to the Island as a group. Laura and Ray were great and responsive throughout the issues but disappointing on their refund stance as we didn't receive the comfort and amenities that we paid for. Lesson learned to all is if you have any issues or troubles with your stay, make VRBO aware right away to start a ticket as doing it directly with the host after the fact won't work.

What a truly AMAZING home to stay in while visiting the big island. Perfectly situated outside of Kona if you are exploring the island! This home is absolutely stunning with beautiful private bedrooms and bathrooms and all the amenities to make our vacation relaxing and efficient…. It allowed our family to spread out and also join together on the main level to cook and relax in the evenings after our long days on the island. Directly across from the pool and also a beach pass to the most beautiful beach Mauna Lani. The layout and the artwork in this home were pure perfection. the house, located in a gated community was exactly as pictured if not better. A bit away from beach, not within walking distance to any attraction, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the vacation where you want to get away from daily hustle. The whole house layout was perfect with kitchen and living room along with master bedroom upstairs. The patio was huge, unfortunately we didn't get to use it (I did try to light up the BBQ and could not make it to work). The only complaint I have is that at check-in I was not able to reach anybody listed as point of contact. I tried to call them because we were having a very hard time opening the garage door. Luckily, we were able to find the house and let us in. It was good that my reason to contact them was not an emergency. I would suggest them be a bit more specific with regards of how to get to the house.

This was our second time staying in this lovely well stocked home. Close to beach, stores and restaurants the location is perfect! The house has everything you need for a fun vacation. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were great to have for our days at the beach. The pool area and lanai were private and well maintained. The outdoor shower was loved by all! We had a delightful time on the Big Island in this villa! It was so spacious and well maintained! We loved all of the beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, towels and even awesome goggles (when some of ours started to fail.) We found the “house 3 ring binder” super informative and helpful—used it to pick out beaches and found our all-time favorite beach at Mauna Kea! Loved sharing meals at the huge dining room table and playing our favorite games! Enjoyed the short walk to the best coffee shop, juice place and Island Hopper Tap Room.Thanks for the memories!

We really enjoyed this property, the hosts do a great job of having all the amenities you could ever need for your stay include everything you may need to cook at home. Top of the line appliances, bikes and beach equipment were nice but really the private beach has chairs for guests to use if arrive early can use the cabana’s. There is a black sand beach nearby as well, again limited parking arrive early. Snorkeling off both beaches was fabulous enjoyed it as much as at Captain Cook. Communication with the host was amazing she was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. The location here was great for us and do plan on returning thank you so much.

We appreciated that the house had lots of towels and chairs to bring to the beach. Rob, the property manager, was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. What an absolute gem of a Stay. My wife travelled with friends and family to the Big Island to celebrate our anniversary. Steve and Maryanne provided a wonderful stay. We loved our stay over Spring break in this beautiful home! It was perfect for grandparents with our children and grandkids. We loved the private beach club and the pool! So nice to have pool toys and beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers to use. Having the market and Coffee shop just around the corner was super convenient. We would definitely return but need more than 6 days!

This unit was beautiful and extremely well stocked, one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Our children loved the toys and crafts that were available for us (sand toys, pool toys, scooters, stickers, game, etc), they were such a hit and made it easier for us. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, baking, grilling, even kid friendly items. Big bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets made it feel extra special and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family trip. It was a 10 minute walk to the shopping center, 5 minute walk to the pool, and 5 minute drive to the beach club. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the quick responses from property management. Thank you for a great stay.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated home very close to Mauna Lani Village. It was easier to walk to the grocery store than it was to drive and park! Amazing property, would recommend and have plans to stay again. Huge house, kitchen had everything we needed and more, outdoor kitchen/bbq was used often. Location is spectacular with easy access to beach club. House was stocked with beach toys for the kids, numerous beach chairs and umbrella, more than enough beach towels, a cooler, and more. We had an amazing vacation and this house provided everything we needed when traveling with kids.

Lots of room, great location! A few glitches, no way to control temperature of one shower, the handle felt ready to fall off, too hot to use! We were told no high chair. Rented a high chair, one in the closet. No putter. The main flooring throughout the house feels like outdoor tile, uncomfortable with bare feet. Overall this is a great house, just a few little things that should be addressed due to how much you are paying to rent.

The condo has all you need. Also, in garage are chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more. The wagon was a super help. Nice comfy furniture and nice patio as well. My only disappointment was the pool and spa at the clubhouse. Smallish pool and lukewarm spa. We never went back after a brief visit there, too bad. Foodland is handy and walkable from this neighborhood.

We have been to The Villages several times and love the area. We stayed at this property for the first time. It did not offer bicycles as other properties do. The grill was not clean and was old, the living room rug also had some spots and we found cheerios under the living room couch. Why does the owner not include the electric golf cart?

My family and I had a lovely stay in Steve and Maryanne’s home. The photos perfectly represent the rental. So many times we’ve showed up to rentals slightly disappointed because it’s not nearly as nice as the photos. There was so much room for my wife and 3 teenagers which made for a much more pleasant stay. The lanai was so lovely to sit and enjoy coffee or a drink in the evening and can we please talk about the beds. They were so comfy. I HATE leaving my tempurpedic when I go on vacation so I was pleasantly surprised to discover the primary suite’s bed was a tempurpedic. I would absolutely stay in this rental again when I’m visiting the big island!

The place was well kept and communication with the owner was great. Close to a couple great beaches and enjoyed the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. It was fun for the whole family and Robert had great recommendations during our visit and my favourite was a night swim with the Manta Rays! Also the location was walking distance to grocery store and the shops at Mauna Lani. Highly recommend this place for families and feel that there was something for everyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. Truly appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards that were available to use in the garage. We ate most of our meals on the back lanai with sliding doors. It is a short walk on the same street to the community pool which is convenient, and close to the Shops at Mauna Lani.

I would guess something temporary happened: we liked to be outside specially around lunch time, but the 3 last days workers seeming to install pipes even on the lawn of the property was a bit disturbing to be outside. Probably out of luck.
