This 3 BR home townhome was our Big Island "home away from home." We loved the large and beautiful kitchen/living room and bedrooms. Sipping coffee/drinks and watching tropical birds at the bird feeder from the lanai were relaxing and entertaining. There were plenty of towels, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies.Excellent beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and Luaus were within a 15 min drive. We utilized the Mauna Lani private beach and club several times. We appreciated the wonderful welcome documents with guidance and suggestions for our stay: The property owners are so kind and friendly.We can't wait to return again in the future.

This townhome was a perfect fit for our big family. Everything was clean and generously stocked (although we could have used a few extra bath towels). The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we've ever had at a vacation rental. There were beach towels, toys and chairs but no umbrella. The outdoor grill was great also. We had some great meals at home. The beds were comfy. Nice quiet area within walking distance to the Foodland shopping center. The house does not get a ton of sunlight but not a big deal for us. All check in/out instructions were easy and clear. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice Town Home. Very well equipped. Everything you could want was supplied. Plus very good onsite ma nagement. The coffee grinder quit working and the onsite manager replaced within 1 day. Very well stocked condiments. And Coffee. And every kitchen utensil you could ask for. Excellent shape and condition. Plenty of towels, both beach and regular. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Although no view of the ocean, it was short walking distance to the Shops, which included a well stocked Foodland, good coffee shop, and Tommy Bahama's restaurant, which was excellent.Excellent fitness center close by with all new, working machines. Pool at fitness center is nice and good for when you don't want to go to the beach.We had a wonderful time and great family vacation.

This luxurious property is located in a quiet, gated community. Its spacious design and excellent condition make it a desirable residence. Additionally, it offers the convenience of being just one mile from the start/finish line of the 70.3 Ironman race. Highly recommend!!!

Every detail was covered in this home. Things you thought you forgot, they were there. The selection of beach equipment was incredible-chairs, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, beach mats, toys; don't bother packing a thing! Bose sound systems everywhere and every dish, cup, pan and cooking utensil you could ever wish for.The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Well withing walking distance to an impressive little upscale grocery store, small shopping mall and Tommy Bahama restaurant. A little further on (5min drive) was a really nice restaurant, a "baby beach" and walking trails to the Fairmont with more restaurants. The hosts were texting to ask if we were doing well and if we had everything we needed. Any questions I asked were answered within 20 minutes. Do not hesitate!

It was a clean beautiful home. There were extras like snorkle gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Appliances were up to date and all working. We had a fantastic stay here! The property is amazing, and suited our needs perfectly. The manager was always available and easily contacted. We had no major issues at all during our stay. It is conveniently located, and very quiet. The beach equipment was very nice, and we used it a lot! The kitchen is great, and the lanai is lovely. We also could walk to the pool, which was nice. We had a really wonderful time at Steve and Maryann’s place. Our friends commented that the property is nicer than the photos on the listing. The house came fully stocked with everything you could need for vacation — beach gear (eg snorkels, noodles, boards, beach chairs), full kitchen ware, ample linens and towels, etc. We also had a great time at the beach club and saw several turtles while snorkeling. We had an amazing time at this property. The house was beyond our expectations. Definitely a 10/10. Would give more if I could . Each room was decorated beautifully. Lots of space . Each bedroom has its own ensuite which is fantastic and so convenient. All the beds were soooooo comfortable. The layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room made for great interactions with all our guests. Lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai was great - it had a nice lounge sofa which got a lot of use. Great outdoor dining table and BBQ. We have rented several different properties in Mauna Lani and Waikoloa and this hands down was our FAVORITE. I have been coming to the Big Island for 10 years . It was great having the use of the garage and having dedicated parking was amazing. You could get home late and not have to worry about finding a parking space. Lots of chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas , cooler bags and chairs to use at the private beach club. Maryanne and Steve were so great to communicate with . They answered every question I had before and during our stay so quickly. They were so easy to deal with . I think they might have gotten tired of me telling them how much I loved their property. My husband who usually doesn't comment on the properties I rent for us - actually kept saying how much he loved this property. I would rent again without hesitation. The house was perfect for our family of 6. Ourselves and our two married sons and their wives. Plenty of room, every supply you would need on a beach holiday. The indoor space and outdoor space were lovely. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach. Would definitely go back! Communication was quick and helpful. Would have been great to have 2 more beach chairs as there were 6 of us, but we made do! It was an amazing family trip!

The condo was very well equipped and very clean.If you have children just know it is 1/2 mile from the pool. During busy times it is sometimes hard to find a chair at the pool during sunset. The food at the poolside was supberb. I would definitely stay there again.

Lissette is terrific. I’d be hard pressed to rent a home that she didn’t manage. This was our fourth year with her, at different houses. This homes layout was great. Although the village is larger, it felt quite private once you were indoors or out on the lanai. The only real issue was the appliances, including the bbq. They have seen much better days and should all be replaced. The wine fridge is broken and the seal on the fridge is broken. The washer/dryer are loud enough to wake the neighborhood and the dryer takes forever to dry. There must have been a fire in the bbq because it is in horrific condition, although usable. Looks like a volcano erupted in it The cooktop needs to be set at the highest setting to cook and then things get a bit overdone. Lower settings barely get warm. The non-stick pans are not non-stick. We cook quite a bit during our stay. That’s why we rent a home. We would love to stay there again if all the appliances are replaced. Had a pleasant visit.
