This spacious Lehua model townhouse has an open floor plan covering 2174 sf. of luxurious living! It features 3 ensuite bedrooms and a guest half bath. The first floor ensuite bedroom is perfect for parents who prefer a ground level.

This townhouse has a two air-conditioning system controlling each level to the comfort of your family and guests. There are three lanai locations, two on the first floor and one off the upstairs master. A long hallway at the top of the stairs separates the king master and upstairs ensuite guest room which sleeps 4.

This is an absolute stunner! The condo is beautiful, in a great location, and set up perfectly. We’ve stayed in Kona several times, and this is by far the best. The pool was very nice and quiet and the access to the beach club was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. I enjoyed cooking on the outside grill too! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

This property was perfect for our family. We had six people traveling and the bed configuration was just what we needed. The home is big enough to stretch out and it has all of the amenities you need (kitchen items, beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs.) The location is great! it's in a newer quiet neighborhood. It's within walking distance of the market. It's not quite close enough to walk to the beach (we did one day), but with the convenience of the parking pass for the Mauna Lani Beach Club, you should just drive because you can take the cooler and beach chairs with you. Donna has been very helpful to work with! Check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. She was incredibly helpful at check out and even accommodated a unique request for our family. She went out of her way to help us and we appreciated it very much! I would recommend this property.

Property was extremely clean on arrival. Donna communicated very well all the important lock codes and info clearly which made check in easy coming in very late at night. The house is well equipped but not cluttered and has all necessary beach supplies in the garage for tenant use. Area is quiet and very safe... We hope to be back

Upscale property that furnished everything needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked. All bathrooms were en-suite. There were beach chairs. Boogie boards, large cooler, etc. I highly recommend this property.

This is a fantastic condo on the Big Island. The location is terrific - right in the midst of the Mauna Lani resort area on the northwest coast. Good private and public sandy beaches and many restaurants and stores close by. The condo is beautiful decorated, looks new inside and impeccable clean. Beds are comfortable. Gated, quiet Villages neighborhood. Nice community pool well equipped workout gym within walking distance. The patio and balconies are nicely furnished and comfortable although the views are are of other neighbors’ condo and the garden-like landscape - not bad but not big views. I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again. It is the nicest VRBO I have ever rented.

It was a very nice property, but we weren't thrilled with the location. We didn't realize the sparseness of the restaurants in the area (there were plenty of coffee shops, and a few high-end restaurants) but not really a good selection of family dinner restaurants.

Comfortable house with plenty of space for 6 adults. Very clean with private Mauni Lani beach club access about 1+ mile away, or Hapuna Beach, about 10 min drive north. Excellent dining options at the nearby resorts including Napua (at the beach club), Canoe House at Auberge, Brown's at the Fairmont Resort. A short walk to Foodland supermarket for groceries and great Poke. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this property to family & friends.

We rented this luxury residence for my wife and me and give family guests. It was our return to the Big Island after 30 years ! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Located on the Mauna Lani Resort grounds, this beautiful home in a gated community served us very well. The home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The owners keep a well stocked kitchen which made meals easy to prepare, a significant means to keep daily expenses down. The property was just ideal for our stay, super convenient to a supermarket and the tennis center at Fairmont Orchid where we needed to be. We just had a couple of issues at the unit (ice dispenser inop, garage entry pad also inop) which couldn’t be repaired due to weekend stay. There was also no toaster or iron in the unit. But overall it was what we expected and we would like to thank Donna for being a reliable agent.

Outstanding property in great location. This home has everything you will need for a terrific beach vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and boogie boards are included. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware and even had adequate foil, plastic wrap and zip lock bags. 3 "lanai" areas to relax. Very comfortable beds, AC works well and bathrooms are really spacious and nice. Donna was great at corresponding re: our questions. Home is in excellent condition. Location is close to a small grocery store and the included beach pass access is really a plus (private beach is a short drive away). The central location allows for day trips up north and to the south for adventuring and hiking. I'd return with another couple or our adult kids in a heartbeat!

This is a great home in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to well stocked grocery store. The beach club you get access to has a nice beach with water that’s good for snorkeling, the Beach House restaurant is excellent, but not cheap. House is in great shape, kitchen well equipped. Three couples can fit easily. We’d come back to this unit again without a second thought.

House was plenty spacious for our family of 5, just wish it was closer to beach. Pool area very small and simple and often over crowded. If you want a nice home in a very quiet neighborhood the house is perfect. If you want to be closer to things instead of having to drive everywhere, I would at a different location.
