NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes for 2025. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 8 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 8 people.

This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with each bedroom having its own private ensuite. New in 2023, the owner updated flooring, Master bedroom furniture and mattress, couches, repainted entire home and added a great deal more tropical decor and touches.

Master #1 - King size bed, spa like ensuite and elegant hardwood finished closet.
Master #2 - Main floor - Two TwinXL (can be combined as King with gel topper) with private ensuite bath with walk-in (no step) shower.
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen beds and full private master ensuite bath
The open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large Lanai doors (with screens) open up to a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen with private BBQ grill and fridge. There is also a wonderful private walled courtyard to enjoy your coffee outdoors just off the kitchen.
The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game on the brand new UltraHD 4K TV, or relax with a movie.

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
If you have a larger group consider renting nearby Aloha Joe's Ohana or Hale Kanani Villas.

This was the best house we've ever rented. I visited with my wife, SIL, and my 7 year old and 4 year old. Everyone was happy with the property. The house included everything we needed for the stay. Normally one of these rentals doesn't have a basic item you need and you have to run to the store for it. The house had everything we needed for the 8 days we were there. The hose outside of the hose was broken when we arrived, and I let them know that day. It was replaced the next morning. We really enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the house.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated home very close to Mauna Lani Village. It was easier to walk to the grocery store than it was to drive and park! Access to the Beach Club with all the beach gear you could need. Very nice pool complex/hot tub/workout room just around the corner from the condo.

This is a great property - very clean, well stocked, and conveniently located in the Mauna Lani Resort area. We had everything we could possibly want. The house is located right by the pool area, so there was sometimes some noise from there, but for us it was never bothersome - just kids having fun. This is very close to the grocery store and the shops at Mauna Lani (highly recommend the coffee shop - great coffee!) This is overall a great resort area and the house really felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this spot. Myself, husband, 2 children and another couple stayed here. Tons of space for everyone with a great outdoor area for eating & relaxing. The pool was only a 2 minute walk away and the beach was a couple of minute drive. Loved that the house had tons of beach toys, a wagon, coolers and chairs. The house was well stocked with beach towels, kids dishes and had the perfect room upstairs for our children with two double beds.

The house was very clean. It allowed three generations (7 people) to mix as wanted and yet spread out for that quiet moment. The pool and fitness Center nearby were welcome assets and never a noise concern. Proximity to the store was welcome though their 7 pm closing time was a surprise the first night in. Beaches were nearby for sunsets and the Beach Club was a particular favourite. Snorkeling was terrific there. Communication with the managers was helpful. They provided reminders before arrival and departure and responded to questions while onsite. We would work with them again. As always, we wonder if we would return to a particular property. In this case, the answer is a resounding yes! Mahalo to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

We had an excellent stay at Hale Kanani. Exactly as advertised…clean, spacious, private, well-stocked, and convenient. We enjoyed our time lounging around, using the private beach club, and as a perfect starting point for drives around the island.
We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and this was honestly our favorite so far. Highly recommend for families and friends who want an upscale, private Big Island experience.

Great home for our family of five with a short drive to several beaches (our favorite was Mauna Kea - get there early 7:30-8:00 am to secure parking).
Highly recommend stocking up on groceries when you arrive in Kona (Walmart & Costco).
House has items to start you out with… soap, paper products, spices, etc which is great!
No complaints, great home, quiet location (there is a community pool out back that was never busy so the noise from there was minimal.)
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!!

We spent over a week at Coconut Telegraph with four teenage daughters. The configuration of beds plus en suite bathrooms provided plenty of space — and I loved my master bedroom lanai. Kitchen is well stocked to cook full meals. Garage also has great supply of bikes, boogie boards, chairs, etc. Our daughters enjoyed both the pool & fitness center. The unit was very clean. We will book Coconut Telegraph again on future trips!

Our second stay at Mauna Launi, but first time in this unit. It was immaculate and so close to everything--shops/pool/private beach. Just amazing accommodations. There were 7 of us and we were all super impressed. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning. Everyone is so friendly.

This property was very well appointed throughout and had everything we wanted or needed. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice linens. Reading and travel material and information on the area and lox al restaurants provided. Very short walk to pool (1.5 minutes) and right around the corner from the local grocery and a few shops and restaurants. Private beach is 1 mile away. Lots of beach equipment, bikes, snorkel gear. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this home. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and the space was perfect with enough room to spread out. I love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. TVs in all rooms with cable and apps on them for Amazon, Netflix, etc. The access to the beach club was a huge bonus and the 3 minute walk to the store and shops was SO convenient. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place to stay! We would stay here again. The photos are a true representation! What a functional floor plan, with all bedrooms spread out each with a full bathroom. Location is premium to the market to short drives to epic beaches.
