The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. A high end gas grill on the lanai is part of what makes this unit a wonderful place to holiday.
The large covered lanai has dining room for eight, in addition to the indoor eating table and expansive seating at the kitchen island. The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Things to do:
Staying at the Villages gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment, spa, pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private Mauna Lani beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Na Pua Restaurant just two miles away. Guests love the cabana style chairs. Parents with little kids love the calm waters and everyone can enjoy excellent snorkeling! We provide snorkel gear of various sizes and even a viewing board so your little ones can see their first tropical fish.
A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
A short walk from the home are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

The location was great! It was walking distance to the Mauna Lani shopping center, which is so convenient when we needed to do a run to Fooddland. The neighborhood was great as well. The house was nice. And the beds were comfortable. The only thing was there wss a dead roach in one of the bathroom downstairs and the ants were all ovet the dead bug. We called the management and they sent someone right away to take care of the problem and resolve the issue. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It is beautiful, and new looking with high end finishes. Everything about this home says “you and your families are welcome here”. The beds were all very comfortable, and the sheets and towels felt high end. Additionally, the kitchen is extremely well stocked with cookware/bakeware, spices, glass food storage, and so on.
They have thought of not just the big things, but the little things as well. The home was stocked with everything from a folding wagon for the beach/excursions, baby equipment, toiletries, etc.
An additional bonus is that it has a semi-enclosed yard area, which the kids enjoyed playing in.
The property manager is also impressive. They are easily reachable and extremely responsive. We found that two of the beach umbrellas were broken and they delivered two new ones within a half hour of contacting them.
Just a few minor suggestions:
• The three thermostats are set to not go below 72 degrees. This was more than sufficient for the most part, with a small exception. The main area gets a bit warm in the late afternoons so allowing just that thermostat to be set at 71 degrees would be helpful. However, that area is plenty cool outside of the late afternoons (when most aren’t there anyway), so it’s definitely not a deal breaker.
• Having a coffee scoop and a 9 x 9 baking pan in the kitchen would be helpful.

This is a great rental for a family. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and in the house as a whole. Including everything you'll need for the beach.
Only a few minor issues, including stained carpeting, and tired living room furniture. But other than that, it's a great property.

The townhouse was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a cook's dream with a Wolf Stove, Thermador Vent, Sub Zero refrigerator. The configuration of the kitchen made it the hub of everything. The master bedroom had a wonderful shower and convenient closet. The outdoors kitchen was a great place to barbecue. The local grocery store was a 10 minute walk or a five minute bike ride away. It is a popular store. We found out that people further north at the Mauna Kea resort shop at the Foodland at the Villages which is what the area is called. It is actually called the Mauna Lani Beach Club Villages. There is a private beach which is accessed via a key card. It is quite frankly one of the best beaches around. There was great snorkeling and swimming and plenty of cabanas and chairs for the guests. This area is about 40 miles north of Kona so if you want to go to Target or get other essentials you do have to travel or plan ahead. I would recommend this place for a family vacation. One of its other features, though not a great view, it does have some view versus other townhouses that only have another townhouse as view. It overlooks a small natural area and then part of the golf course. There are stairs and no elevator so if you have members that do not do stairs, this is not for them. There were plenty of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and also bikes. Our family enjoyed the week.

The home has all that you will need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Paper towels, toliet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent etc. Such a nice touch! Beds are very comfy and the bathrooms are great (hair dryers!). Nice linens and towels (plenty of towels). TVs in every room. Great air conditioning with 3 thermostats. Wonderful lanai with a peek a boo view of the ocean. Plenty of bikes, beach chairs and toys for all in the garage. Location is wonderful. Close to the grocery store and the private beach club access is a definite plus!!
To make it EVEN better it would be nice to have an extra set of sheets for each bed. The bbq grill needs some tender loving care as the burners need to be cleaned or replaced (tough to grill on) and the tiles behind cleaned. The carpet also needs some spot cleaning and the windows in the kitchen and all the bedrooms cleaned (the upstairs lanai sliders were spotless).
All in all a great place to stay!!!!

We travel extensively and have been to Hawaii many times. This is the best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. The kitchen.......appliances, counters, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, gadgets, all outstanding. Bicycles, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, kid's beach toys.....buckets, shovels and on and on. All of it high quality and abundant. If you rent this place, you'll be as delighted as we were. Mahalo!

We regularly vacation in Hawaii. We have stayed at high end resorts like Four Seasons and Mauna Lani. We stayed at condo's in the Wailea, makena or Poipu areas. When I say our accommodations at Sea Sky were the best, I am comparing to all our previous accommodations. The house had absolutely everything and more. Our kids had a access to all pool and beach accessories. The home had everything you might need which rivals our home in the SF Bay Area, The grounds provided us a kid friendly pool and an accessible gym. We recommend this rental for your stay, especially if you have young children. The accommodations made our vacation memorable..

My husband and family from Puna rented this house together. This was a fabulous home for two families with the 2 master suites and a bedroom for the kids. The kitchen is large and well stocked with amenities. The outdoor kitchen was also great for our dinners. A short walk to the grocery store and Tommy Bahama made the location very convenient. Had breakfast and dinner at the Mauna Lani several times which was so tasty. Beds were comfortable but recommend a pillow upgrade. Or bring your own pillows. Outside of that, a really lovely and quiet property with a nice off of the lanai. Golf course, mountains and ocean views.

We stayed in a different unit last year. This unit has a much better view. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hope to come back next year.
