We had a very good time at this gorgeous and beautiful property. Barry was a very responsive and nice. Check in/out process was easy and smooth. Some aunts and small bags but we were in Hawaii, it didn’t bother me so much. Just don’t leave any food on the kitchen counter. I would highly recommend this property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is immaculate and even more impressive in person than it was online. The living area is spacious and there was more than enough room for our party to enjoy dinner inside or on the wonderful lanai. We loved lounging by the pool, enjoying the view of the beautiful golf course.
The house is within walking distance to Foodland, which made quick provision trips a pleasure. Poke bowls and spam musubi were great to pick up to picnic with! More shopping was easily accessible 7 mins away by car at Queens Marketplace (great for us shopaholics!). We loved having the remote control for the entry gate (easy entry) and it was so fantastic having key card access to the nearby beach club. The restaurant at the beach club was amazing! We loved having bikes at the house made available for our use, though the tires were flat when we got there. A quick call to our host and the bike repairs were covered at the shop and we were on our way! Our host was easy to contact and dealt with issues promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Thanks Buddy!

Beautiful home. Loved the pool. Needs some TLC. garage door opener loud enough to wake the dead, scary it didn't tangle itself up. BBQ flares off your arm hair and eyebrows every time. No outdoor chair cushions, lounge chair cushions falling apart and beat down. 2nd coffee pot broken (reg and decaf). Ice maker broken. BUGS! every morning the floor was crawling. Ate an apple and cockroach joined me - it won. If we had little kids we would not have tolerated it. Manager said it was recently treated and that was that. Hard to locate on arrival, ok after that.

8 of us enjoyed a great week on the Big Island. Barry was responsive and really great about everything. Location is top notch, close to the shops, hotels, black sand beach and beach club. Parking/ access to the beach club was great. House has good space for groups, a pretty view of the course and a nice pool and hot tub. We hope to come back sometime!

We had a 70th Birthday celebration for our family of 9, including 2 infants under one, a 3 yr old and 6 adults. It was FABULOUS! The kitchen was decked out with all the dishes we needed as well as baggies for storage, trash bags, olive oil, hot sauce, spices, mayo, catsup and more. Lots of space for storage in the kitchen and bedrooms. Great showers, both inside and outside near pool and hot tub which were used daily, sometimes more than once. We were close to several beaches that were great. It was better than I could have dreamed.

For owners info only, wax ring in bathroom with 2 queens leaks, small roof leak during heavy rain on kitchen side of living room. Master bathroom fan and small bedroom bath fan not working. Dishwasher rack wheels missing.

Nice home located within walking distance to The Shops but not really close enough to walk to the beach. The bed rooms are all ample except the twin bed room. Barry was a responsive and accommodating host.

The home is perfectly located in the very secure Mauna Lani Villages with convenient access to golf courses and shopping. The home is lovely with 3 suites and one smaller bedroom. It has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing time. The owner is very friendly and responsive.

Spacious, clean, convenient. Rent a golf cart and you have quick access to local supermarket and shopping center. Five minutes or less to Fairmont, we were practically guests there too! Ten minutes to beach club by cart. Cannot recommend this enough!

Absolutely wonderful time spent in Muana Lani. The house was exactly as described; beautiful and spacious! Having access to the Muana Lani beach club was amazing (hint: the beach club has a 2 hr no use policy on cabanas and chairs, have one party member go down at 7-8am and hold a spot if you have late sleepers) and the on-site restaurant was fantastic, we ate there almost everyday. The snorkeling at Muana Lani was a good as the other spots we went on the island and we saw turtles and eels right off shore. The private pool was a dream for after dinner relax time with the kids. Barry was great and replied very quick to our questions we had on arrival!

What a wonderful property and location! Exactly as described in the description. Fully stocked house and more with tons of kitchen items, snorkel items, beach and ocean items, bikes, etc! We also had a small issue during the stay and the owner was quick to respond and resolve. Thanks for the wonderful house and time on the big island! Will be back!

Nice setting and location but needs some updating and care. Ants and mosquitos an issue and bulbs in bath were out. Poolside furnishings need some refurbishment and there is an audio system that is not functional. Ran out of glass wear everyday. Minor things but at 1000/day should not occur. 2nd time here in 3 years

This house was absolutely beautiful. We had a hard time finding the unit at first, but chalk that up to a long day of travel and late arrival.
Barry was awesome, and very quick to reply with any concerns we had.
The view is gorgeous, and there was so much space for our large family.
I highly recommend this listing for a family vacation.

Couldn’t be happier … the house was awesome and exactly as advertised… Barry was excellent as well… we vrbo 3-4 times per year and this was one of the best!! My only suggestion would be that the pin on the house on the vrbo website was inaccurate … otherwise 5 star!!

We loved our stay at this property! It had plenty of space throughout for all entire group and I loved that each of the main bedrooms had their own private bathroom! It was like having 3 master suites in the house! The backyard pool was also a huge hit for us and our kids! We loved the privacy that we had in the backyard even though there were neighbors and we loved the overall quietness of the area that we were in. It was a gated community so we felt very safe letting our kids bike around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The house is exactly as pictured and has everything you’d need. We would definitely book again if we plan another visit to the big island. Grocery store is within walking distance but renting a Jeep from Big Island Jeep is an even better bet! Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Absolutely nothing negative to say this place is perfect!

Our family stayed at Puako August 13-18 2021. The house was beautifully decorated and built with fine finishes and well appointed.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the furnishings were clean, comfortable and well designed. The area is quiet and the pool overlooking the golf course is a lovely respite after a day of sightseeing! The owner obviously cares about the guests and the home. It's a great location, nice shopping just five minutes ride, good restraints and fun activities. We were sad to leave, the owner was great in all of our interactions, very responsive.
I highly recommend this property!
