This is a very nice 2 suite property with 2 primary bedrooms, each with their own full en suite, good kitchen with full stock of dishes, pots, pans, appliances, and very nice living spaces indoor and outdoor. The shared pools and gym and first rate and close by (150 metres). We have stayed in other units in this community and this property is very good. Grocery is nearby. Some beaches and restaurants are walkable but you need a car to get to the best beaches and better restaurants

Our family of four loved this condo. The kids had their own room with two twin beds (sort of a detached king), with a huge ensuite bathroom, and mom and dad had the same arrangement with king bed and walk in closet upstairs.
Not one but two lanai. Didn't use the BBQ but ate every meal out there.
Kitchen was perfect. Lots of room, lots of equipment.
In all we just really liked the layout, the yard was beautiful, the garage was handy, and outdoor parking was easy.
Having pool access was a huge perk as well. The pool is really nice, and just a short walk away. We only used the kids pool, but there is also an adults-only lap pool, and a gym.
The grounds are phenomenal.
Good location, too! The nearby shops at Mauna Lani are a work in progress, not as rented-up as Queens or Kings shops...but we made use of the grocery store, Juice 101 and the coffee/breakfast next to it, and the Tommy Bahama restaurant was really good...wasn't sure what to expect from a clothes-branded-restaurant, but was very pleasantly surprised.
Mauna Lani beach club was really nice, glad we had access to it.
And the property manager was quite responsive and pleasant as well.

This property was absolutely perfect. Adrianna was very responsive and flexible with giving us a late checkout. The home was spotless, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and in a beautiful location. We loved the outside cook space and enjoyed dining outside nightly. It was so quiet both day and night. We would book this property again in a heartbeat.

This property is immaculate and even better than pictured (if that's possible). It has tons of room with 2 full master suites it fit two couples perfectly with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking in the morning. We never tried the pool or beach by the resort but it's located very close to Hapuna beach which was great. We loved the patio for breakfast! The beach accessories (Chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, towels, boogie boards) were such a nice treat, although you might want to bring your own snorkel gear or rent some as most of the masks we tried leaked. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Checking in and out times could be more flexible. Finding the place was not clearly described as sign is obscured from the road.

The property more than met our expectations. It was beautifully clean, comfortable, well-supplied and had a pleasing, relaxing, uncluttered decor.
The location is excellent. The recreation facilities were excellent. The situation was quiet. We loved its walkability to beaches, Puako, golf , etc.

The unit is decorated beautifully. Everything is in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped, including newer pots and pans. Beach stuff provided, plus water flasks.
Super comfortable.

Property is like a model home you want to live in! Kitchen has everything you need except for the chef and food. Two master suites with large bath and closets. Great pools on the property. Short walk to ocean to see turtles sunning on lava rocks. Beach club has great snorkeling. Swam near a group of 50+ yellow tang within arms reach daily. Local market has all your needs. Short drive to great restaurants within the Mauna Lani development as well as near by Queens and Kings market. Can’t wait for our next visit to the Big Island,

What a welcome sight it was to arrive at night and find Hawaiian music playing on the TV and local bakery cookies on the counter, in this beautiful house.
The house is beautifully furnished, clean and well-maintained. My kids loved that the pool is just a short walk away. It’s a big pool and never felt crowded.
The beach club was a lovely spot although it was quite windy when we visited. And the beach park was a great place to watch the amazing sunsets.
We had a fabulous time on Big Island!

We enjoyed our stay at Kulalani 104. Great value compared to other listings we were considering. Comfortable for our family of four (two young children). Short walk to the pool, and short drive to the beach club. Great communication from Adriana, our host.

Plenty of room with a lovely living room area that had tall ceilings with plenty of light. The property was immaculately clean with a nice outdoor BBQ for grilling. Two separate private lanais one of dining and the other for relaxing. Located in a fantastic neighborhood. Two pools one of which was a quiet area which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend this home!

The property manager was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions or needs and also offered up some advice on where to buy some fresh caught fish. All in all a great location and stay.

If you are not a morning person, this could be an issue. Everything else was great.

We were searching for that unique rental that had two master bedrooms. I stumbled upon this lovely rental in Mauna Lani. I’m a huge fan of condos-townhomes. I’ve been to so many hotels that at least for me it’s not enough space. This wonderful unit is so unique with the 2 master bedrooms, also bidets too-so you’re not wasting as much on toilet paper... great environmental feature. Adriana was extremely helpful. Any questions she answered, she also had an amazing book prepared that literally answers all of your questions and provides ideas of what to do. I can’t stress enough of how lovely of a person she is. Even though I was born on Oahu, I’ve fallen in love with the Big Island, you feel like you can explore so many different places. This island is one of the most unique islands, literally has so many different climate changes. We always stay on the Mauna Lani side. Thank you again to Adriana, your lovely welcome book and treats were such a lovely gift. Don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t be disappointed! On another note, our only worry was the rules on AC- pleaseDon’t let that worry you-with all the fans and being able to set the AC at 74 you’re literally very comfortable. I was worried about that since my significant other always borders hot and was slightly complaining when he saw the AC guidelines. Please understand that electricity is way more expensive in hawaii than the mainland. Don’t let the rules scare you fromBooking or from complaining when you see themIn the unit. We had a memorable stay at Palm Leaf with our two young children. The home has two large en-suite bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and was impeccably clean throughout. I booked this home for our first vacation with our 7 month old and my sister in law and her partner. The dual master suite layout on separate floors worked out perfectly. We had plenty of private and communal space to enjoy 2 weeks in this home. We took the upstairs suite and were able to have a travel crib with slumberpod in the bathroom and had no issues using the shower and bathroom while baby was asleep. The walkin closet was lacking ventilation for a baby to sleep in but the space was certainly large enough if you have an older baby and can leave the door open for circulation.
The home is well equipped with beach and pool equipment, kitchen appliances and grilling tools, We enjoyed many delicious home cooked meals. The beach club access and HOA pool were also wonderful and very easy to get to and from. I highly recommend a golf cart rental to get around the Mauna Lani resort area. The location is also walkable to the Fairmont and Foodland.
Property management was extremely helpful, welcoming and responsive.

We had an excellent Stay at Palm Leave on Big Island, the condo was conveniently located and well equipped. The common areas were well maintained and great for the kids to enjoy. The Beach toys were good to have and we extended it with some sand toys. We would certainly chose this accommodation again if we are in the area again.
