• Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Master Suites, each with a private ensuite and King bed. The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two TwinXL beds that can also be combined into a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a super market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the walking trails, exploring. The amazing pool just across the street. It was a beautiful walk down to the Beach Club as well as the walk around the sea and lake.
The house was everything we needed. Perfect!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool and exercise facility and not far from the private beach. Waikoloa area is a perfect vacation spot. We loved it and will be returning! Highly recommend.

The house was as advertised. Very clean and check-in was easy, many amenities. There was plenty of room for a family of 8 adults to spread out. The beach club was a plus and offered beach lounge chairs, a great beach for snorkeling. It was also not crowded and had an attached bar and restaurant.
We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Property house location facilities were awesome.!
Coffee pot was very dirty on arrival though .
Mattress in lower double needs replacing. Snorkel, bikes etc were great. We could have had more since we were 10 people. As well as more wash clothes, beach and bathing towels and toilet paper. Otherwise it was excellante! thank you

Our Sunshine Oasis stay was wonderful for our 3 generation family trip. The home had everything we needed - the kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had plenty of towels to take to the large pool located just across the street, and appreciated the beach toys and wagon in the garage.
We were close to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The grocery store and shopping center close by was convenient.

We were a family of six adults and enjoyed our first stay in Hawaii. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay feel like home and then some. We appreciated the bikes, snorkeling gear, coolers and umbrellas. We did not use the pool much as we found it cold but absolutely loved the private beach club. You could not do any better. The snorkeling was fantastic, beach was well furnished and the restaurant and washrooms were awesome. Overall we had a great stay and are looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property. Very spacious. Excellent location close to pool. Well stocked with all necessities. Generous supply of toilet paper. Beach towels. The plastic containers were very handy. Overall very welcoming although we had trouble locating it just from the address. Little map or written instructions as are in the instruction book would be helpful. Minor issue with Apple TV kept asking for passwords to be entered.

What a great house! The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! We had a couple beaches just a couple blocks away and many beaches within a few miles. We are a family of 10: 2 parents, three adult children two of whom have spouses, a teenager and two grand babies. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Great amenities for the babies too (porta-cribs, high chairs, booster seats). Lots of beach items too: chairs, snorkels, umbrellas, buckets and shovels). This house has everything!

This property was perfect for our family. The unit is large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time and the pool and beach club. The pool/beach items in the garage are a big plus! The convenience to the grocery store was really nice. The property management company was very responsive. All in all, a perfect vacation. We will return.

Location, location, location!! House was fully stocked with everything you need. From going to the beach to cooking or bar b queuing at the house. It’s located directly across the street from the pools and a very short walk to the trash. The house is well stocked with everything you need! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

We had a large group of 10 people staying at the property. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very modern with most spices we needed. They could use a few more pots and pans. Being such a big group we did tend to cook a lot . The property managers were very responsive in bringing extra towels and fixing lights. My friends did end up fixing a flat bike tire on their own however.
The pool across the street is large and was great for our group. We enjoyed walking to the beach for a swim and we had daily evening walks to the beach for beautiful sunsets! Overall it was a great stay and vacation!

We had all that we needed for our crew. They loved being close to the pool. Grocery store is just down the road and plenty of nice beaches near by. We needed on of the bike tires fixed and they got it done the next day. Plenty of beach towels, snorkels and beach supplies.
