Choose from several spots to lounge and experience the sunset in your heavenly Hawaiian surroundings. Opt for leisurely meals at home with the help of the modern, fully outfitted kitchen with high-quality appliances, or use the barbecue grill and dine outdoors on the lovely lanai. Additional amenities, such as wireless internet, cable, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer allow guests all the expected conveniences of home.
The home's spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, direct access to the hot tub and pool, and an adjoining bath with a two-person soaking tub, a two-person rain shower, dual sinks, and a separate water closet for privacy. A second downstairs bedroom with two queen beds shares a full bath with the third bedroom, which offers a king bed and sliding doors out to the pool area. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom provides another queen bed and has convenient access to another full bath.
On the grounds of Mauna Lani KaMilo 217, guests will find a pool and hot tub, plenty of inviting seating, and an outdoor shower. The fenced yard borders the 11th fairway of the Mauna Lani North Course. When you're ready to explore, take the six-seat Cushman golf cart to the KaMilo Recreation Center for a workout, a swim in the lap pool, fun with the kids in the shallow area, or a relaxing dip in the lagoon pool. Or, load up the sand toys, snorkel gear, and boogie boards for a trip to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, which boasts an excellent snorkeling spot, along with showers, restrooms, and a restaurant and bar. The home also comes equipped with a stand-up paddleboard, beach chairs and a beach cart, bicycles, and strollers.
This Kamuela vacation rental enables guests to easily access Pauoa Bay, Holoholokai Beach Park, and 49 Black Sand Beach. The house and accommodations within the house were excellent! Bedrooms and bathrooms were of a nice size and worked great for our group. The kitchen and dining areas were very well designed and with an outdoor grill located nearby on the patio area. The most disappointing part of the property was the pool and hot tub. It was of the size etc. as described but on our arrival it was all very dirty and un-useable. We contacted the managers of the property, waited 3 days, no one showed up to clean it. So 2 of our group who had pool cleaning experience cleaned the pools. And then the heaters were not working properly. Again we called for help. Someone came on the 6th or 7th day of our stay but was not able to fix it. So the hot tub never reached the appropriate level of temperature (100-102), it stayed at 88-90 the remainder of our stay. The "commons area" pools were beautiful but again not well maintained. We requested some type of refund or an extension of 1/2 day to compensate us for the lack of pool facilities for our stay. Nothing was provided to our group. We really felt like the property manager did not care about our concerns. I will not use that property management group again!

The house was wonderful and roomy. Lots of seating and the beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor areas especially. Big kitchen which was stocked pretty well, although missing some items like steak knives (none).
The house could definitely use new pillows- the ones there fell cheap and lumpy.
The only real draw-back was our "concierge" service. She made us feel like we were bothering her when we called to ask for the toilet to be repaired (it was leaking all over the floor and we couldn't use it for 24 hours). The repair guy was awesome, and came out a second time to complete the repair.
The concierge on the other hand, never called or texted once to see how our trip was going, nor followed up to see if all was good after the repair. When we texted with other questions (about the hangers, safe, dishwasher detergent) she didn't respond.
The pool, spa, beach towels and sun chairs were all great!
Overall, a fabulous trip, concierge not withstanding!

House was very nice, new and had everything we could have wanted for our stay including masks and snorkels for the Beach club which has a great place to dive. Centrally located and tropical feel.

Beautiful place, convenient location and had all the convenience to help make the stay enjoyable. Kitchen had appliances to cook meals at home. House was nicely appointed for comfortable stay with kids Great view for sunset from the balcony. The manager was responsive to requests. Great stay.
