This single-level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished two Master Suites, each with an ensuite. One has a King size bed and the other has two TwinXL beds that combine as a King with a high-end topper. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. The living room also boasts a Queen sleeper sofa. This home is the newer 3 bedroom floor plan with 3 bathrooms vs 2.5.
The airy open-concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining table with seating for 6 is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
For larger groups ask us about renting homes on the same street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

Fantastic house that was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and it was great for our large family.
We were disappointed by the community pool that was unheated and too cold except at the hottest time of day. It was also full of tree debris and dirt from storms the week before that was a further deterrent from getting in.
Apart from the pool, we had no complaints and would stay in the house again.

We had a great time! It was a great base for our trip! Had a problem with the air conditioner and had a great response the first time, but not helpful or very responsive the second time, so 2 uncomfortable nights without air!

Very nice home and conveniently located, beach is a 10 minute drive and pool is a 2 minute walk. The best beaches are about 15 minutes north. This is the nicest place and honestly the most expensive place that I have ever stayed at. I would stay there again, with the three rooms, it is made for at 6 people. .

Great home for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) who always enjoys a mix of relaxation and activities when it comes to our visits to Hawaii! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, water toys provided - so we were always prepped for our outings and even a beach cart to help us get everything to the beach. Also appreciated being able to use the bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Enjoyed the onsite amenities like the fitness center and hot tub - and especially the separate quiet lap pool that the adults could enjoy while the kids enjoyed the main pool. Another fabulous Hawaii trip in the books and we can't wait to go back - thank you!
