Beautiful property located near some of Hawaii’s best beaches and snorkeling. Easy access to resort and state park beaches and within walking and biking distance to several amazing historical sites, this condo was excellent. One of equipment provided so you can worry less about packing extra bags of gear and just enjoy once you get there. We had one room fan that wasn’t working when we first arrived and they had it fixed that same evening while we were at dinner. Great and responsive service!

The house was extremely clean and communication was great. They constantly checked in with us. In fact, so much my wife thought they were watching us because we received a text that the A/C was on, but the temp in the house was much higher. I thought it was very proactive. The location was great, but you do have to drive to most places, but think that is true where ever you would stay. Would highly recommend this place!!

Flawless stay. Pre-arrival communication was perfect and check in was easy. Home was every bit as lovely as the photos in the listing. Very clean. Kitchen well-stocked. Loved the beach toys, towels, and bikes! Beds were quite comfortable (though we didn’t love the pillows). Great location - short walk to community pool, and short bike ride or car trip to Foodland Farms. Mauna Lani beach club exceeded our expectations. We would love to return!

A beautiful location to have a family reunion. The home is gorgeous and setting fabulous. Pictures don’t do it justice with privacy and territorial views. Access to pool and beach club a plus. An extra key for pool would be helpful. Parking only three cars max. Extra bath towels would be nice in bedrooms. No hand towels and wash rags. Any need handled expeditiously. Unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend

The property was great for our large family of 12. Lots of space and all the amenities. Beautiful view from the lanai. Lovely landscaping. The pools area was excellent. Large pools, plenty of seating, shaded areas. Having free access to the beach club was another excellent benefit. Gave us all another spot to enjoy the Hawaiian beach life. Perfect from beginning to end.

1. House was nice and plenty big for 8 adults/3 kids.
2. Patio with bbq was nice.
3. Two refrigerators. When neither were working texted mgmt co. They forgot to put sign on big frig that part was on order. Did quickly send maintenance man to fix small frig but for 11 people it was too small.
4. We were on vacation. Didn’t think we should have had to wash/fold beach towels and put all bath towels in laundry when we left.
5. We left house cleaner than when we arrived.

This townhome had it all. Views, location and the space was exactly as it was represented. It was stocked with all the supplies we needed for our 10 day stay. Lots of toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. We were super impressed with the management company and how quickly they responded to ANY issues. Would absolutely stay here again

This is a luxury home in a gorgeous and quiet setting. We were impressed by the fully equipped kitchen and array of water sports equipment and bikes. There were some issues that we wish could have been addressed during our stay but we do understand that it takes time to fix appliances (replacement fridge has no ice maker, broken electric window blind in dining area made sunset eating uncomfortably bright). The property management team responded to all concerns promptly and to the best of their ability. The private beach gets a bit crowded but is lovely, and the restaurant there is good. The freeform pool is perfect for little ones - there is a true shallow kiddie pool separated by a low wall from the deep side of the pool. In cooler months, the lanai would be great for sunset dining, but was too hot for us since it gets direct sunlight from the setting sun. Great for breakfast, though! Overall, a wonderful place to vacation with our group of 6 adults and 4 little ones.

Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. There were so many items available for our family to use during our stay, from bikes to snorkel gear to beach chairs. The area that the property is located in is nice for families. The kids were able to ride the bikes to the pool and we felt very safe the entire time. This property is highly recommended by our family!!! Thank you for a great vacation.

This is a very very nice condo. More than enough room for eight adults. It has a well equipped kitchen as well as lots of bicycles and beach gear. The snorkel gear is getting a bit beat up but there was still enough working sets for everyone to get get their fill of snorkeling at the beach club. There were lots of designated beach towels as well. The pool area is large and very nice as well. We didn't golf but the course looked beautiful. There were just too many other things to do. Maybe next time. I highly recommend this property. I would love to visit again.

The home was exactly as pictured. A perfect place for me and my family of 7. Spacious, well appointed, very comfortable. However, upon arrival there appeared to be pet hairs on the floor and wrapped around the downstairs bed rollers; feathers were under the living room couch, and plenty sand at the entrance. I immediately contacted the office and a cleaning person arrived shortly to clean more thoroughly. Next day we noticed window shade had fallen to the floor and downstairs shower drained so slow others had to wait for shower to drain to take their shower. I reported the shade and was told "someone will pick it up", no one ever came. When I reported the slow draining tub, I was told a "plummer would be out", plummer never came. Rather than spend my vacation continuously reporting with no results, we made do...

Fantastic property. It met all of our needs. Will be coming back again. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for exactly what the description says. The only negative that I want to mention is that despite the amazing accomodations, it did not help our golf scores :)

We originally rented this particular condo because of its size and location in Waikoloa Beach Resort, but three of our party decided not to travel during the recent pandemic surge. We found the location to be great as it was adjacent to the saddle road turnoff, a shortish drive to Kona, and close to A Bay, a great swimming beach.
Our family of five (four adults and a near-adult) had all the room we needed, and then some with the four bedrooms. The condo is well laid out, with bedrooms spaced out well. The kitchen is large and well appointed, and we particularly appreciated the large island, at which we congregated to make meals and relax.
We were very surprised how nice the beach club was, and easy to use. We ended up swimming or snorkeling there nearly every day because it was so easy (a three minute drive from the condo). There was a coral die-off six years ago affecting this area, but the coral is clearly bouncing back. There were several days where the water wasn’t real clear, but others where it was excellent. We saw a lot of fish, some turtles, an octopus, and some eels, so lots to see starting 50 yards out. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looks nice. The beach is great, with showers and a lifeguard.
Although there was a lot of gear in the garage, we only used the chairs and a bike, but they were great to have as options.
The pool area was very nice, and we used it a few times, but we were more focused on ocean swimming.
Would highly recommend for larger families, and we would certainly stay again. Mahalo

Property was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us (6 adults & 2 children, ages 9 & 6) to spread out and have privacy as needed. Lanai & dining room were able to seat 10 - 12 guests. Large television and board games a
held the kids attention. Only recommendations would be to add some laundry baskets, some large serving dishes and better cleaning underneath the beds and furniture.

Our family of 9 stayed in beautiful Daydream Villa! The home is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Love the openness of the living room area looking out to the patio and view! The pool is great for all ages and very pretty!

This house was better than described in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked the way my wife would stock her kitchen. The lanai was appreciated by our entire family. Beds were good, Masterbath was huge! This was a great house for our family!
