This single level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished two Master Suites, each with an ensuite. One has a King size bed and the other has two TwinXL beds that combine as a King with a high end topper. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The living room also boasts a queen sleeper sofa.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, the outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with (see pictures and model numbers on our web site):

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

The layout of this unit is great. The furnishings are nice and a little bit better than other Mauna Lani units we've stayed at. The location of Mauna Lani is great, with access to the beach club, nice lil gym in Kamilo sub development, Food Land close by and it's a good jumping off point to head south to Kona, or up to Waimea. Property Management made check in easy and their app is good at answering questions about the unit (e.g. how to use TV, AC settings, etc..) Definitely recommend.

It was our family’s first trip to Big Island. I came with my 3 sons, who are all in their 20’s, and my son’s girlfriend. This house is so beautiful & clean. The kitchen is a dream and fully stocked for anything you want to make. I would sit out on the lanai in the mornings & evenings, listening to all the birds. The neighborhood is so quiet & peaceful.
Close to Shops at Mauna Lani. We loved the coffee shop, Foodland and the Island Hopper Taproom. We visited 49 Black Sand Beach, Mauna Lani Beach Club, and Waialea Beach. It was nice to use the beach chairs, towel, cooler and boogie boards provided at the house. We can’t wait to visit again.

The home was exactly as it was represented on the website. It was very comfortable and well supplied. We had everything we needed for cooking, barbecuing, and going to the beach. The neighborhood is well landscaped and the community pool was enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation.

We had never been to the Big Island before, so we had no clue on location. I think we stumbled into one of the best locations on the island! Great walks all around, private beach club access and the facility itself was very quite and beautifully maintained. The house was very well appointed - great bikes, boogie boards, chairs- really well set up! I wish, especially for the price point, the house would have been a little cleaner…but overall really great house, great location, had all the amenities you’d need for a great trip!

This property was even better in person than pictures. There was 6 of us and we had lots os space. It was well equipped great Bbq and back yard. The beds were comfortable and view was incredible. First time staying in the Mauni Lani area and we loved it. The Mauni Lani beach club beach was very nice and we were only a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches. We will be back forsure!!!!

We felt instantly at home in this very comfortable house. The spacious layout was perfect for our family. It provided privacy for everyone and great gathering spaces as well. All the amenities, pool and club house, bikes, snorkel gear just added to the enjoyment of the location. Love it!

The location is incredible the condo was gorgeous, beds comfortable, clean clean clean, the kitchen is wonderful, access to the market place amd beach were great. We loved riding the bikes. Will 100% come back?
