This newly constructed split-level home features an open floor plan, only the finest finishes, and its own pool and jacuzzi, along with access to the KaMilo pools, fitness center, and other recreational facilities. Luxuriously appointed, it creates a peaceful atmosphere for your vacation, with central air conditioning, a Bose sound system, warm hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Its professional interior design artfully brings the colors and textures of the Hawaiian Islands indoors.

A grand entry door leads to a spacious foyer at Mauna Lani KaMilo Home 349, which in turn flows into a gorgeous kitchen and great room. Meal preparation becomes a pleasure in the beautifully outfitted kitchen, which includes Thermador appliances, both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, ample counter space, a granite island with bar seating, and a tile backsplash that echoes the tones of the Pacific Ocean. The great room contains an elegant dining area for eight, along with a living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart flatscreen television.

Sliding glass doors open from the dining and living areas to the upstairs terrace, where a Sedona barbecue grill and an outdoor dining space for six offer another excellent option for leisurely meals at home. The lanai beneath provides a shady setting, complete with inviting lounge chairs, perfect for unwinding with a good book or easing into an afternoon nap. Just beyond, tropical landscaping surrounds the home's pool and jacuzzi, in a private, tranquil setting.

Inside a sliding door from the pool and lower lanai, a second living space comes furnished with another smart flatscreen television, a sofa, and a pune'e (Hawaiian daybed). Also downstairs, the primary bedroom boasts recessed ceilings, stylish furnishings, a king-size bed, another smart flatscreen television, and lanai access, along with an en suite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, an expansive shower, dual vanities, a water closet for privacy, and a walk-in closet. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed, access to its own lovely outdoor seating area, and an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom (upstairs), has a double bed and an adjacent full bath with a sizable shower.

From check in to check out was AMAZING!! Beautiful location with access to beautiful beaches, easily accessible with the provided golf cart. Although close to neighbors, it still feels fairly secluded....especially in the wonderful pool. Kitchen was amazing and pantry was well supplied with basic spices. Be prepared to bring your own coffee or K-cups as there were none to get us through even one morning.

We loved our stay at 349 KaMilo. House had everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool and hot tub. Be sure to check out the Beach Club during your stay. We waited until our last day to visit and wished we had done it earlier. Long drive to visit Volcano National Park and some of the better waterfalls closer to Hilo.

We absolutely love this place and will stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed quite a few places that were very nice on the island but this is favorite so far! The home is decorated very nicely, the management company was very responsive, and the pool and location were excellent. The kitchen is well stocked, home has all modern amenities and lots of great toys for pool/beach. Its like an oasis, very quiet with great hot tub and lots of things to do nearby but totally relaxing at house. We recommend beach club Napua restaurant and the Maridia at The Westin for great food and views. I set up tours easily through property mgmnt website and had them set up in home couples massage, which was pure heaven poolside! Beth and Kyle with Tiare were best massages we've ever had.

The house is exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pans and cooking utensils you could need. House comes up with plenty of paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. unlike some other VRBOs. The golf cart is a fun touch that our daughter loved! We drove it around the community plus the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this house!

My husband and I booked here last minute and it was perfect. More house than we needed, but the privacy of a home was what we were after vs a hotel or condo particularly during covid times. The private pool and spacious well-equipped house was enough we didn’t need to leave. However, we explored a new beach everyday. The golf cart was helpful for parking at nearby mauna lani amenities, restaurants, and beaches. The house is at the end of a road so very quiet. We met the full time neighbors next door and very friendly. We would certainly come back with kids. I did notice a pack and play for anyone traveling with an infant. There were chairs and umbrellas and other misc beach accessories which was helpful. Enjoy!

Everything was amazing about this property! We loved lounging by the pool, using the kitchen (which had the best knives out of all of the rentals we have done), and hanging out on the patio. Overall, best house we have rented.

The house was immaculate. The home offered everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good meal(e.g. pots, pans, dishes, utensils). It was quite around the neighborhood and we were able to peacefully enjoy our stay. The pool was the perfect size for our family. It was close to a shopping center and a private beach. The Property and Guest Care Associate, Colby was quick to respond if we had a question. Overall, we were satisfied with everything the home had to offer.
