Sea Glass House is a large detached 2-level 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Master Suites.
The first Master Bedroom features both a walkout to the pool area, and a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub.
The second Master with King bed is away from the first Master, offering privacy for couples traveling together.
The third main floor master with Queen bed features a private ensuite with a custom modification from the builder to heighten privacy as compared to other similar models.
There is a queen sleeper in the downstairs den and an Optional foldaway available for a 9th guest (Suitable for a child, please let us know if you will need one for your stay).

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The large round dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island.

The upstairs living room features a 70" Ultra HD 4K TV.

The glass wall opens up to over 22 feet to a massive lanai that has a dining table with sectional couch and a table and chairs adds to the large living area while allowing your family and guests to soak in the mountain and golf views, with a glimpse of the ocean. The large high-end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.

This home features a second living room downstairs that is perfect for the teens or kids to relax, play games, or listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or watch a movie. The room also features one of the only full King size slide out beds on the market. It opens out to your private pool and spa.

The private pool and spa are great places for families or couples by day and for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine at night under the stars in the crystal clear Hawaiian skies. What a way to conclude a day of beaches, exploring Hawaiian volcanoes and the many other activities.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

Each of the three lanais are tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.

Mini-Golf Challenge (Unique to this Home): Sea Glass enjoys a putting green right across the house. We supply a full range of putters, balls and Golf Course obstacles so that you can challenge the kids to your very own Hawaii mini golf course.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

There is a scheduled pool repair for the Kamilo/Kulalani Pool Complex from approximately September 5, 2024 through the second week of October 2024. During this time the Ohana pool and spa will be offline, alternately the lap pool will be open to all guests, as well as the spa located by the fitness center.

We had a very nice stay at the Sea Glass house. It's in good condition and very well equipped. We love having a pool and hot tub of our own. This property is unique because it sticks out a bit toward the golf course and only has a direct neighbor on one side. The only negative that we encountered with the Sea Glass house is that while the listing shows that it is for 9 guests, there are only beds for 8 unless you put 3 people in one of the beds! I asked the Paradise In Hawaii management company a couple times where the 9th person is supposed to sleep (because we had 9 people) and they never responded. We had to have one kid sleep on couch cushions placed on the floor. Great house for 8 but not 9!

The house was impeccably clean, supplies for washer, dishwasher, cooking, etc were more than adequate. Furniture was in great condition and beds were extremely comfortable. Was great to enjoy a cuppa coffee on the deck each morning while watching the golfers. The pool was wonderful, warm enough to enjoy and there was plenty of pool furniture. A couple of hopefully constructive comments: with five (5) remote controls for the TV, there needs to be explicit instructions. We were able to get Netflix, but could not get any of the other channels at all . . . . were trying to stay up on hurricane Ian and could never get anything. I did text to hopefully get additional info but the info I was given did not help. An example: the info given was "turn on the sound bar." The brand of the sound bar was not the same brand of any of the five remotes, so we never got it on. Younger visitors may have been able to figure it out, but we could not. Also knives in the knife block are in desperate need of sharpening; the oven clock had to be set before we could use the oven and there were no directions to set the clock and nothing we tried worked, so therefore we could not use the oven. Finally, and probably most important are the directions to the house. The directions say " . . . drive 19 miles north to Mauna Lani and will only pass two traffic lights. Just after the third traffic light . . ." there is NO third traffic light for many, many, many miles. The directions continue saying, "pay careful attention after you pass the 3rd light" . . . . again there is no third light so we drove many miles before we realized the directions were wrong. Hopefully these suggestions will make for even better vacations for future guests.

We've stayed in this area for about ten years but opted for a larger home this year. This house was really top notch for family of four and family of three including 3 teens. The actual property is one of the best lots, sweeping views North from sunrise to the water over the golf course. It's also a very private lot versus others in the area. The pool layout and backyard were excellent, great areas to lay near the pool and read/relax. The pool is actually in the shade a lot of the day as a bonus. The home has lots of areas to take private little breaks and read and relax. The kitchen is really well appointed. The central pool and exercise rooms were also really quick walk. The access to the private beach is fantastic quick drive and we used the chairs/umbrellas provided at the house. We ventured out to have surf lessons, body surfing, star gazing, dinners at the Fairmont, Manau Lani & Westin hotels(book before you arrive for larger parties!). But the favorite is always the poke bar at Foodlands Farm (grocery store, wine, poke, everything market). Highly recc this rental for anyone looking for a nice, private, well-appointed home and go for it with your own pool! Totally worth it.

Spent 3 nights here at the end of a 10 day trip to the Big Island. Home was very comfortable and had all amenities one might need. Just my personal opinion but I find the kind of developments that this home is in truly uninspiring and bland. Sure it's comfortable and in a nice location but there's nothing really special or memorable about these kind of cookie cutter developments with hundreds of nearly identical properties located on a golf course. This may be obvious to others who know the Big Island and that these type of developments you find in Waikoloa, but this was my first time here so a learning opportunity. But again a very comfortable stay and just my personal opinion about HOAs and developments.

This house is great with all the amenities, really clean and everything just like what they listed. Will definitely will come back here again! Just fyi, there are stairs up to the house and two bedrooms downstairs so it was a little hard to carry luggages. Thank you!!

We rented this beauty for our family who were visiting Hawaii for my daughter’s wedding. It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful split level home with accommodations for everyone to have their own private space. The outdoor eating space on the deck overlooking the golf course was magical! (We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises.) Many extra amenities such as pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, bikes, and everything else you might need for a day at the private beach nearby. Truly an amazing place!

Beautiful home with access to a nearby grocery store that houses a great selection of food and drink. Access to Mauna Lani's pool, and gym was also an added plus! I can't begin to express how perfect having your own private pool and jacuzzi helps on those "lazy vacation days." We never felt pressured to leave the home to get fun activities in. Let's not forget the the abundance of bikes in the garage, it was really a treat! Location was perfect for golfing. Waikoloa Village golf course was one of the few courses in the area offering tee times; this home was just a 15 minute drive away. Property putting grounds across the driveway was also a pleasant surprise. Consensus of the group.....we will be making this an annual gathering! This home was just as described and photographed. The kitchen was fully appointed with every appliance, pot and pan you could need. The pool was clean and the patios were quiet. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Location is convenient to the shops at Mauna Lani where there is a well appointed market and some restaurants. Great resorts nearby for food as well. The manager offered us late checkout without us having to ask. Great stay overall! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
