Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
This single-level 3 bedroom home is furnished with new furniture, appliances and interior. The master suite has a King size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both of these bedrooms boast new Stearns & Foster mattresses. The third bedroom is a kids' room with ensuite bathroom and original Disney artwork, it is furnished with bunk beds and trundle (sleeps 3). Each bedroom has 55-inch 4K TVs and Blu-rays. This home is the newer 3BR floor plan with 3 bathrooms vs 2.5.
The airy open concept main floor includes full kitchen (with new stainless steel appliances, a built-in wine cooler), dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
This technologically advanced home boasts is equipped with central AC, free WiFi, and an Amazon Echo Dot in every room. Beach Club Bliss has two Xbox One S consoles. The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watch the game on the 65-inch Samsung 4K QLED TV with Sonos surround sound, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with a top-of-the-line infrared grill, with outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. You'll find an abundance of snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, and beach toys in the garage.
For your day at the beach:
• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
If you'd prefer not to drive, there are seven bikes (four adult, two youth, one child) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool. Beach Club Bliss is close to the recreation center, a very short and easy walk down the street.
You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
For larger groups ask us about renting homes on the same street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

We were beyond pleased with this property. The very best VRBO I’ve ever rented. It was everything we hoped for and more. We wanted for nothing. All supplies we needed for a 1 year old and a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with various small appliances, spices, aluminum foil, Saran wrap etc etc. There were 7 ( I think ) bikes in the garage, various sizes with helmets provided. Life jackets for children were also for our use. Also beach toys.
The Lanai was a piece of heaven on earth. So relaxing and restful. We used the BBQ almost every day.
The property is surrounded with beautiful plants, flowers and trees. Incredible.
The pool and recreation area was exceptional our grandchildren absolutely loved it.
A short drive to the various beaches but not a problem.
I’ve rented in this general area several times but this was simply the best.
A big thank you and kudos to the owners of this property for thinking of everything. We did not want to leave and our little ones shed tears.

We brought our two grandchildren and their parents with us and this house was beyond wonderful. It was a child's paradise as they had every toy imaginable and also a paradise for the parents as the owners thought of everything. There was a pack and play, highchair, baby monitor, etc. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything a cook could need including excellent knives. There was plastic wrap, aluminum foil, bags and lots of storage containers. The home is very close to the pools. It was just a marvelous, memorable vacation. Thank you, thank you.

This was by far the easiest and best rental we have ever booked. Super organized and the emails and communication was great. We looked at the binder of “places to go” and “things to do” daily. The house was clean, safe and had everything you would ever need for cooking, drinking and fun (so much pool and beach stuff!) Loved the bedroom set up for kids and the beds were so comfortable. I haven’t slept that good in years! I’d be back in a heartbeat.

7 in our group, 3 young kids. Great place. Puako area is the place to be for great weather and great beaches, and the snorkeling and SCUBA are also excellent. The house was very well appointed. The Beach Club is too far to walk, but is otherwise wonderful and really good for beginning snorkelers, with great coral further out for more advanced. Pool great with grassy area for kids to play and a grill if you want to cook out. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Beach Club Bliss was a wonderful place to stay. It is very close to the gym and pools, but at the same time is extremely quiet. It is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with every cook's toy you can imagine. The beds are very comfortable, which to us is a very important factor. Two things to be aware of: first, the lighting in all three bedrooms is not suitable for reading. There is no built-in ceiling lighting, and the nightstand lamps provide (I assume intentionally) only a little dim lighting. Second, be aware that the owner's or management's policy is to empty out the refrigerator when you leave, so be prepared to restock completely if you're going to cook. All that was in the cupboard were salt and pepper, some microwave popcorn, a few teabags, and some spices. No oils or vinegars.

We love Ka Milo and all of the amenities of this neighborhood. House was so so. Needs a refresh and property management team was slow and not that professional. Amenities were scarce. The Disney art was cheesy. It was an okay stay in a spectacular neighborhood. Would go to Ka Milo area again but with a different rental for sure!

This property was the perfect staycation for us and our friends with young children. There was a minor issue when we arrived but the property manager had it resolved within 20 minutes. Highly recommend if you want to vacation the in the Mauna Lani area.
