Everything was wonderful. Jayne is a fantastic Host. Anytime I reached out to her she quickly responded. The condo was in a perfect location. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was nice that it was an option. The washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. The back lanai is absolutely beautiful and your a five minute walk out the back of the condo to the beach.

This property is in such an ideal location for south island activities and food. Many great beaches within just a few minute drive and great food even closer. The unit included may of the necessary beach things you would want like chairs and a cooler. The only thing that wasn’t there was a beach umbrella which we were able to rent locally. AC kept the unit comfortable. Easy parking even with them resurfacing the lot while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Having A/C in the bedroom was a must for this time of year. We loved sitting on the lanai for all our meals. We used the lawn chairs and cooler everyday for our adventure and beach trips. Jayne was wonderful to deal with. The seawall is just a few steps from the garden exit. I walked so much.

We had no communication from the manager just the owners and they were fantastic. These owners get it! Beautifully furnished with a lovely interior decorator sense that tied the place together and created a very soothing atmosphere. Perfectly set up with everything a visitor needs to feel at home. Great bed linens and pillows and the bath towels were thick and absorbent. furniture was so comfortable, we are looking for the same to furnish our new screen porch. every accompaniment we needed was there from salt and pepper to beach chairs they had us covered. We have used vacations rentals for more than 20 years and this unit was the very best we have ever had. the owners love the place and take such good care of it. We consider Ed and Sharon the best owners we have ever delt with. kudos to them and to the management company. We love Kauai and we have been there many times and we hope this unit is still available when we get a chance to ge tback to Kauai THANKS CRAIG & RICHARD

Beautiful lanai with NO mosquitos, which I couldn't believe!! Quiet grounds, beautiful refurbished pool with plenty of places to lounge with clean, easy to use BBQ's. Close to all of the South side activities like Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach, Puka Dogs, Brennecke's Beach Broiler, Keoki's Paradise, Kalapaki Joe's (best Happy Hour ANYWHERE) Shopping and much more!!!

This unit has everything you need, the location was good, the view of the koi pond was delightful, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice ( and colorful too). Area was quiet. Management was helpful. The air conditioning had mini splits in the bedroom and the living room which made the condo very comfortable. We really appreciated this. Although it is located close to shops and beaches I would still recommend driving.

Great condo with lots of space and centrally located in Poipu. A friend and I stayed for a week and it was nice to have a home away from home. It should be noted the upstairs bedroom is a loft, so if you are staying with multiple people, only the main bedroom will provide privacy, but for the two of us, it worked out perfectly. There is plenty of shopping right across the street and Poipu Beach is a short drive/walk/bike. It was great to have coolers, beach chairs, and even a surfboard for all of your beach activities, which made day trips easy and enjoyable.

The only issue’s we had were access to the ocean was not that accessible. And did not realize it did not have Air Conditioning. With a medical Asthma condition we had to spend a night in a local hotel. That’s on us for not reading it thoroughly or reading the reviews in detail. And the hot humid days from a hurricane that missed Kauai. It was convenient to everything! Communication abut our stay was perfect!The condo was clean well kept however the overall complex is dated.

We had a fantastic stay here. Easily walkable to good restaurants, coffee, stores, and beaches. The property is beautifully landscaped. Well appointed kitchen. All that said, our favorite part was enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the lanai by the little stream (Bonus! We were afraid there might be mosquitos due to the proximity to the stream but didn’t experience a single one). We highly recommend this property.

This was a nice enough place to stay that has many positives and just a few negatives. Great location central to Poipu. Nice and clean complex that has a nice little pool that is great for cooling off after a long day at the beach or hiking. Good kitchen and overall a clean place. Just some things to be aware. This is a third floor unit so that is what it is. Beds we’re little uncomfortable especially upstairs. Bedding was a little lacking. Coolers and umbrella provided were broken. Just a few small things. Overall the stay was nice

We had the most amazing stay at this property, 10/10! The place was, beautiful, comfortable for 4 of us(two teens) and it was cool(amazing AC). It felt like vacationing in a tree house. The management team was efficient and communicative. We had access to a beautiful salt water pool on site and an athletic club 2 min down the road. Shops were in walking distance and more shops were about a 5 minute drive in each direction. This place felt like a home away from home and we will absolutely be staying here again!

Nice one bedroom unit with extra bed, plus sofa bed, and futon. Price reasonable for unit, although only one bathroom. Enjoyed having kitchen and laundry.Knew that unit did not have a/c, but quite warm during summer nights. Ceiling fan in living room only had one speed (not fast - hopefully you can repair fan to increase air flow).Lockbox is a bit cumbersome to relock with key inside. Lock would not catch because key with ring does not lie flat and when lock does not engage, have to reenter code.

We loved Ed and Sharon’s place. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, clear instructions, amazing pool, washer dryer was perfect, shower also perfect, kitchen was well supplied. Location was pretty ideal for us as well. The complex is quiet and well cared for. Shops and stores, a short walk or even shorter drive away that had my wife’s favorite ice cream! Total win. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Ed and Sharon were caring and thoughtful for us and were very responsive to our needs. We spent our 35th wedding anniversary there and they made our trip even more special. Thank you Ed and Sharon!
