Great location in Poipu.. Walkable to ocean (less than 1/2 mile), walkable to the beach at the Sheraton. Around the corner from good shops and restaurants. Also walkable to additional restaurants. Comfortable bed! Equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds. The roosters do sound the alarm quite early! We would definitely choose this condo again.

The unit was poorly furnished. There was one same towel in the kitchen, and no pot holder. The lock on the slider to the patio was broken. A device was installed to lock the door, but was difficult to use. The slider door to the front patio was broken, and no provisions were given to lock it. The front patio had no furniture on it. The new bed was very comfortable, and had a beautiful bed spread on it. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

The location of this property is convenient to explore the island of Kauai. It is also near Poipu Beach, which has a great beachfront vibe, snorkeling, including many sea turtles, swimming, and surfing. This is not a beachfront property, however, it is very close to the beach and it was easy to get parking at the beach. There are golf courses, nearby, and shopping areas as well.The condo itself, is clean, comfortable, and a great value, considering other properties in the area. It is a little dated, but well maintained. It had the amenities we wanted. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This villa is in a great location. Very spacious and the hosts have provided everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of bath towels and blankets if needed. Nice, large beach towels and great beach chairs and cooler. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One thing that needs attention is the toaster does not work well. Takes about 10 minutes to toast one piece of bread, so that should be replaced. Other than that, the place was excellent. The frogs in the pond out back do make noise at night. The host does provide ear plugs for sleeping, but it did not bother us. It became like background noise, but if you are a light sleeper it may really bother you.

The location was great! You can walk to the shops nearby and the ocean to watch the sunset. It’s a short drive to the Poipu Athletic Club, Poipu Beach, and old town Kōloa. The listing was just as described. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the lanais as we were there during the “Kona Low 2.0” storm. As the weather cleared up we were able to use some of the beach equipment and have a great time. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay here. Definitely a 10/10. The condo was super clean, really spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The bed was really comfortable, really plush and soft, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus after long beach days.The location is awesome, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, and really easy to get around from here. It made exploring super convenient.One of the best parts was the beach gear. Having chairs and an umbrella ready to go saved us from renting anything and made beach days way easier.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay with our two little kids at this accommodation. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need including a life jacket and beach supplies for the kids. I especially loved the old Hawaiian vibe of the decor and the beautiful views from the deck. We loved the pool and even though it was spring break we mostly had it to ourselves which was a bonus. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope we are back again for another stay in the future!

Lovely property with a great location. This condo is very spacious and extremely well-equipped. Easy to find all of the kitchen items, as all of the shelves are labeled! I liked the windows, as even when there is rain (we unfortunately were there during a kona low storm), you can leave them open without rain coming in. Lots of fans to keep air circulating. Central location is great for exploring all areas of the island. The development is a nice, fairly small size and is very well maintained with lots of lovely foliage. The pool is lovely and was never crowded, so you don't need to fight for lounge chairs! Jon is very responsive to any questions. Overall excellent choice and I highly recommend this unit and development.

We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to a nearby mall with shops and great restaurants. It was very central to Poipu and made for a perfect "hub" for our daily excursions. We never had a problem parking our rental. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV had clear instructions, and the kitchen was well equipped - we cooked several meals there. One downside was the bull frogs - they were noisy but mostly at night and the property provided ear plugs. Since the place was so reasonably priced, there were a lots of families with kids which also contributed to the noise level, so we likely won't stay here again, but it was a good experience over all!

We enjoyed a great two-week stay at this condo.We were welcomed with fresh flowers and the kitchen was well-stocked—like home. The location is great, ground-floor and opening on a beautiful garden. Many shops and places to eat are located near-by. Waikomo Streams is a quiet oasis, and we loved staying there. The host responded to every inquiry quickly. The barbecue facility near the pool was great, and we made use of it several times. We enjoyed walking to Baby Beach and to Sheraton Beach as well, especially early in the morning and in the evening. We loved staying at 102!

The unit was exactly as photographed and clean. Mid stay housekeeping was unexpected but nice. Ants were in the condo for 4 of the 5 weeks we rented. When owner was informed after we tried "home remedies" for 2 weeks he stated he would spray or have someone spray when unit was empty. Additionally the only smoke alarm failed 1 week before departure and I was told to remove it from the ceiling and the man I was talking to said he or a repair person would replace at a later time. He initially asked me to replace batteries, I am not sure that was the issue and replacement batteries onsite were carroded. I really question if I was speaking to the owner or a "property manager".

The apartment is a super cute one bedroom that has a great deck and a fun little putting green outside. Quiet neighborhood very close to Poipu beach and Old Koloa town. Excellent beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel, fins, umbrella). AC and fans for comfort. Plenty of dishes. Laundry available on site. Great welcome notebook and instructions for use and maintenance of the apartment. Absolutely will rebook next time we come to Poipu area.
