This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was pristine, had plenty of space for all of us, and furnished nicely. The king bed and queen trundle both had very comfortable mattresses. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. The only thing that would make it better is if it were walking distance to the beaches that we preferred (Poipu, Kiahuna) but we'd gladly make a 3 minute drive for the comfort of this condo again.

plenty to do within walking distance and centralized on the south side of Kauai so not far driving distance from lots of fun things to do. The property was clean and spacious and the kitchen has plenty of room to make meals for the whole family. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!!

We’ve always stayed near Princeville, but this trip we wanted to try being more centrally located and looked for a stay near Poipu. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay in Koloa, which is just a great little town! The condo is centrally located, with some restaurants and stores within a block. It was clean, well-appointed, and had a cozy lanai with ample privacy. Looking forward to our next stay- thank you!

The property was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need to enjoy your stay from kitchen to beach! We did wish the property was more walkable but that has more to do with the area and not the property itself. The check in process and instructions were easy and full of detail!

The condo was so beautiful, so well appointed and clean. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, stores, etc. The pool and grounds are lush and tropical and are everything you think of when you think Hawaii. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

The condo was conveniently located. We had so much fun at the shops and Poipu beach where we saw seals, sea turtles, fish and a moray eel! The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved all of the decorations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was located within walking distance of shops/restaurants and the ocean. The condo was recently updated and extremely nice. All fixtures worked -we had no problems. The grounds were very well kept. It was a peaceful and perfect place to get away and relax. We were centrally located to visit other parts of the island. Loved that the complex was small and not at all crowded. Plenty of parking. Would 100% stay here again.

This property was a comfortable place to stay and had many little extras that made our stay easier like kitchen condiments, beach towels, clothes washing facilities and powder and nice coffee. The surrounding gardens were well kept and beautiful and, although the property was just a little more than walking distance from the main Poipu beaches, it was conveniently located only a short drive to Koloa and beaches.

My family and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience!
The condo was clean and stocked with a full kitchen. It was also just minutes from Poipu beach which was perfect for us- we were able to see sea turtles come to the beach at sunset.
When we notified the staff that one of the provided beach umbrellas was broken they were quick to get us a replacement that same day.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the beach!

We stayed for 11 days and the condo was perfect. We felt like we were invited to someone's home. Pride of ownership was evident everywhere. It was very comfortable and super clean. We loved the beautiful artwork and all the island inspired furniture and decor. The automatic candles were lovely, we enjoyed them every evening. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything and I mean everything we needed. We would go to reach for something and sure enough it was there. Just like home. We used the washer and Dryer which was a bonus. Unlike some condo rentals everything was in great shape. Even the towels in the Bathroom were extra nice. Every detail was just perfect. The pool and barbecue area were clean and quiet. The beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and beach bags all looked new. We used the cart to bring groceries from the car. We have stayed in Condos all over Hawaii and all over the world. This was certainly one of the best. We even got used to the Roosters that are everywhere on Kauai. We will be back. Aloha and Mahalo

We loved pretty much everything about the unit: the laid back decor, the comfort and space, the beds… The only suggestion that would make the place even better, is if the sofa in the living room was a hide-a-bed instead of a regular sofa, since our teenage kids like to sleep in separate beds ;)
The location is very good. There are a few nice beach options nearby. One of them, a nice sandy beach great for relaxing, is in walking distance. Others are for better for either snorkelling or surfing, not too far, depending on your taste.

My family was so pleased with our stay. The location was perfect; we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to Poipu beach. The condo had everything you could want from beach gear to kitchen ware. Everything is so well thought out and comfortable. We will definitely book this place again! We loved every minute of our time there. I also want to mention how helpful and responsive the management team was. Top notch service for the few very minor issues we needed help with.

Walkable location - nearby drug store, shopping center with restaurants and food trucks. Be prepared - roosters wake you up at 4 am. Owners set you up nicely with everything needed to enjoy the beach. Having an in unit washer and dryer was nice. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waikomo Stream villas 302. The pull out bed was comfortable for my children, and the primary bedroom was lovely. Fully stocked kitchen, nice patio for breakfast, no view though. We really enjoyed being on the first floor for ease of getting to and from beaches with all of our gear, and for that matter, the house had a wagon, beach, chairs, beach umbrella, beach bags, and a hose to deal with sandy feet and shoes. You could walk to baby beach easily, other beaches were about a 15 minute walk or an easy drive. A couple great restaurants within walking distance as well. Only disappointment was that the pictured hot tub at the villas’ pool was not actually hot at all. Same temp as the pool. Which was OK, but a hot tub would have been nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Property inside is excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Outside back patio, it would be helpful if the hedge were trimmed. Likewise, the bushes in front could be trimmed. As is, both front and back gave feeling of more enclosure than necessary. Otherwise we loved the property.

Had a great 5 days here , location was great the grounds were beautiful the kitchenette had everything we needed . Was great having lawn chairs and boogie board for beach and cooler , only thing they didn’t have was a Kleenex box and sugar for morning coffee ,small problems 😊

Really lovely apartment - excellent quality overall - sheets, cutlery, crockery. All very nice. Management company quick to respond. Location is great, no sea view but you are only 2 minutes walk from the sea and you can walk to Poipu Beach. Good place to stay!

Our 4 night stay was perfectly located at this Poipu location. We had both NorthShore and West Side visits sharing Kauai with a family member first visit to the Garden isle. We shared down time in the evening at the condo which provided quality family experiences.

This unit was in an awesome location, close to several beaches and lots of shopping and restaurants that were walking distance from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, AC worked great, bed was comfortable. Really the only drawback is that although the pool area was beautiful, it wasn’t heated and didn’t seem to get a lot of sun so it was not usable to us. Overall we would stay here again and do recommend it.

We stayed for a week and loved it. The condo was in a great location to walk to smaller beaches, around the neighborhoods, to a large shopping center, and only a short drive to Poipu Beach and other bigger beaches. The place was super clean with a very well equipped kitchen that made cooking easy, and beach stuff including plenty of towels. There was also Costco sized Shampoo/Conditioner and lotion that probably another guest left behind since it isn't mentioned in the description, but I really appreciated it being there and available to use if needed. The only thing is the walls are thin and at one point we could hear the neighbors music and we could regularly hear some footsteps above us, but the good thing is it seemed like a really quiet complex and these small noises didn't bother us, and I'm pretty noise sensitive so that's saying something. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing. The unit is set in a private garden space. It is quiet and so well stock. About three minutes from bars, beaches, shopping and restaurants. There are chairs, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and umbrella. Poipu is an amazing place to stay.

Spacious condo only a short drive from beach and any tourist destinations! All amenities typical of a rental property, with added beach towels, beach mats, chairs, wagon and multiple reusable bags for easy beach visitors. Nice patio that is private! Pool looked nice and well maintained but we did not use it! Perfect place for a small family of 4! Will definitely consider a repeat stay and recommend to friends!

My family and I spent an entire week in this beautiful apartment, and we were very comfortable and very happy with our choice. The whole grounds and the swimming pool are so comfortable and lovely, and it was great traveling here with a three-year-old and six-year-old. The river and fish were an added bonus, and we loved just walking the grounds. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing! It was large, clean, stocked with everything you might think of or need, perfectly located, had AC and ceiling fans. There is everything you need for the beach: snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels, chairs, igloo, mats, a wagon and more. It was amazing to have all of these things there and to use. The kitchen is the what stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. The bed is comfortable and large ( Cal King). Every room has AC and a ceiling fan which helps to keep it cool. Huge windows to let in light and see all the chickens roaming around.
I would stay here again and tell anyone who is coming to Poipu to stay here.
