You’ll appreciate being able to walk from your lanai to beach, pools, hot tubs and BBQ grills. A nearby stairwell will also lead you one floor down to the parking garage so you never need to wait for a slow elevator! Our condo is one of the largest 1-bedrooms available at Honua Kai with a spacious 780 sqft floor plan and 11 ft high ceilings. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances, Vitamix blender and beautiful granite counter tops; an over-sized bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity; a King size bed and Queen sleeper sofa and HD TV’s. Amenities include 3 pools (infinity lap pool, family pool with slide, and lazy river), 5 hot tubs, Viking BBQ grills, fitness center, Ho’ola Spa, Whaler’s General Store and Dukes Restaurant. Honua Kai is the perfect base for your island adventures and only minutes to Lahaina, Whalers Village and Kapalua. PROPERTY FEES A resort fee of $20 plus taxes is added per night and provides the following amenities: underground self-parking for ONE vehicle, WiFi, kiosk pool towels, and use of the fitness center. A $49 non-refundable fee is required for all reservations and provides coverage for accidental damage of Owner property during Guest’s stay, up to $1000. Guest will be responsible for damages that exceed $1000. Any damage must be reported to the property manager in writing before check-out. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations outside 60-days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. For cancellations made within 60-days of arrival date, every attempt will be made to rebook the property, and if we do, you will receive a prorated refund based on the amount we are able to re-rent your dates less a $150 cancellation fee.
