Unfortunately, due to the Lahaina fires, we were told to leave after having been there for only 3 days, with 1 of those completely without power or cell service. We completely understand that it was not the fault of the property manager, however, there was little communication even after we were left and was able to get service. The pools were beautiful and views were amazing. The condo itself was nicely decorated with plenty of seating.

This property was exactly as promised. It is a beautiful location and the amenities were amazing. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast. They provided beach chairs, which was a huge bonus.
The beach on this property was ideal for snorkeling amd we even saw a few turtles.
It was myself, my husband and my 3 young adult sons. We also used the gym for workouts and walked the beach.
We would definitely go back!!

First off, Farzie is amazing; very responsive and helpful. Beautiful property, the pools are amazing, the water slide is fun and proximity to the beach can't be beat. We had a great time. Words of warning: Don't touch the bug screen for the sliding doors to the Lanai. We used them once and they broke in our hands as we deployed them. VERY fragile, not worth the effort. Also, the A/C works, but every time you open a door or window it shuts off to save electricity. You have to manually restart it in the bedrooms in order to cool the place down.

Great view off deck located in building very convenient. The dryer was on its last legs had to dry things outside. But furnishings very nice. The vacuums were also needing replacement. Very clean and comfortable. The complex was located along the beach and you could walk to other hotels at night. Very close to the food trucks and shopping

Condo and resort great. Nice double masters and lanai. Spacious condo and comfy den for watching sports/TV. Could see portion of ocean and mountains from lanai. We cooked very little but kitchen appeared to have everything you’d need to cook meals. Pools nice with beachside restaurant onsite. Little shop in each of 2 buildings had lot of things between the two. East walk to Times grocery store across street and food trucks next door open for dinner very convenient. Nice beach walk path all the way to Sheraton. Kapalua Bay with coastal beach walk and nice beach and Lahaina very short drive from resort. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was located on a quiet side with ocean views, but a short walk to the pools. The extended balcony was shaded and lovely to sit out and relax, play cards, etc. The unit was fully loaded with beach toys, boards, and chairs. All of the rooms were spacious and clean. The condo facilities included 3 pools, one of which had a slide, waterfalls, etc. Fun for the kiddos! Having Duke's restaurant on site was a definite advantage! We also enjoyed the wonderful sand beach and the walking path along North Kaanapali beaches.

We rented this condo to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space. The pictures and description of this place surpassed our expectations! Our party loved all the boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys that this unit provided. It’s in a great location and the pools and beach were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful 5 nights here. The condo was very clean and Farzee was so very responsive. I bought some fresh flowers at the grocery, arranged the abundance of lanai furniture to our liking and relished in all of Maui! Front street and whalers village were a short Uber away for the best dining and tour access. Farzee provided plenty of beach chairs and boards to make our day at the resort beach easy and spectacular - special kudos to the whales’ performance. The small store - a 2 minute elevator/walk from the condo door - had a super barista, nice wine selection (surprisingly), and fantastic snacks. We loved it here and will happily return!

The property itself was nice, slightly outdated but clean with good amenities. Our experience is jaded due to a greedy and aggressive property manager that added fees (twice) and threatened and yelled at us for trying to return a beach chair that was inadvertently left out of the room. Would rent at Honua Kai but never for this PM again. Beware! You’ll get hit up for extra fees at the last minute and backed into a corner when we had no other options.

The property was wonderful as listed on VRBO. Unit was very clean and enjoyed our stay. My only feedback would be that the appliances (stove & refrigerator) need to be repaired/updated. Stove top does not work well and refrigerator ice maker/water dispenser did not work. Also, cooking supplies were very old. Pans, and utensils. I would definitely stay here again, Farzie was very good at responding to any questions. Great location and property to vacation at.

Checking in is with the Valet. Due to NOT being able to check in the the front desk will not allow you the privilege of doing room charges at the resort. Not too bad except during Covid when the resort is cashless and the Credit card processing is not working. The other issue with not being able to check into the front desk is that if you need supplies such as toilet paper, extra towels or ice. You can not get it delivered from the resort housekeeping. You can request it via email from the host but you will need to pay for the item and a delivery fee.
Unit is located directly above the loading dock for the building. At roughly 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm the noises from the trash compactor, loading and unloading trucks and forklifts takes some getting used to.
Spacious unit, nicely decorated, kitchen well appointed. Overall comfortable.
My family liked the unit but were disappointed with the lack of the resort experience.
Farzie the host was a pleasure to deal with both prior and during our stay.

The property was exactly as described and mabye even a little better. Easy access to beach and swimming pools were nice. The condo itself was spacious, clean and up to date, with a huge lanai. Definitely would stay here again.

The bell desk personnel were very helpful and cheerful. The coffee shop was good with good service and fair prices. The Pool area has quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Hot tub jets did not work the entire week. pool slide was out of order. Pool waiters (from Duke"s) never asked to close out tabs. The service elevators were extremely noisy and we were 4 rooms away.
