Step 1. Thorough Standard Deep Clean of the unit, with additional guidance to staff for CDC compliance. CANCELLATION POLICY SUMMARY: (a) Free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking. (b) more than 90 days prior to arrival: full refund less $150 cancellation fee and 3% of deposit paid. (c) 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund unless dates are re-rented. If dates of stay or portion of stay are re-rented a refund equal to the re-booked amount will apply less a $150 cancellation fee. (120 days for holiday reservations, reservations of 14 nights or more and reservations booked more than 180 days prior to arrival. Homeaway/VRBO service fees are non-refundable.
