This is a great place to send your vacation! The unit is brand new and totally spotless. Resort is great so make sure you explore the entire pool area! Food at beachside restaurant is great and they also serve the entire pool area. Beach is pristine and perfect with Sea Turtles popping up from time to time during the day. Host is very responsive and wifi is super fast! We'd definately come back again!

This was an ideal uint for my wife and I during our 5-night stay in Maui. Plenty spacious and very tastefully re-decorated with all the essentials. Location was wonderful and very convenient with easy access to the beach, pool and surrounding area. The owner was also very friendly, responsive and on top of everything. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in the general area.

The property and room renovations were amazing. We had friends staying in other Honua Kai units and this one was by far the best decorated with the most welcoming vibe. Checking in was a bit difficult but we expected to be patient as west Maui begins to welcome back guests. We’d love to come back and stay again. Joe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This condo is definitely one of the most beautiful and luxurious units we’ve ever stayed in.
It’s equipped with everything you’ll need for a wonderful and relaxing Hawaiian vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay with our 3 year old in Maui. He had the pool and beach to play in, and we had a full kitchen to have meals "at home" while we were there.
It was also a great home base to come home to after a day of exploring.
The renovations were very nicely done and everything was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We’ve been to Honua Kai before so check in was easy and seamless! The property was by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. I’m hoping all future guests continue to take care of it as it’s truly a special place! We enjoyed our stay very much!

My wife and I had a great time at Honua Kai, and loved the space we got to stay in. Every part of the condo was clean, modern, and still had a beachy feeling to it - my wife kept mentioning how much she loved the decor and wanted to take inspiration from it to our own home. Would recommend to a friend, an awesome experience for a better price than you get at major hotels on the island.

The unit is, exactly as described. Location is convenient. We snorkeled every morning and saw turtles, octopus, beautiful fishes. Pool slide is fun also. The only downside is the kitchen doesn't have disposal so we didn't cook much.

This unit was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and was meticulously decorated. My kids slept on the pullout sofa which was the most comfortable pull out I’ve ever experienced. The resort is beautiful and the staff is very helpful

The Condo was very nice from the kitchen to the bedroom it was all new and very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains off the balcony. The resort itself was very nice, there was construction going on but never got in the way of our activities around the resort.

The property viewing was just what we expected when we arrived. Once we booked, Joe the owner sent us all the information we needed about the condo. We found the new remodel was very tasteful and relaxing. The large bed mattress and linens made for a good nights sleep. My wife especially liked the soft bath towels and blankets.
The panoramic view of the mountains was wonderful to see! I made two calls during my stay and Joe responded immediately! Thank you again Joe for sharing your condo with others.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is tastefully decorated and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable- the pillows are down so if you like something firmer bring your own. They had beach chairs , and umbrella and beach towels for us. My daughter enjoyed the beach and the water slide at the pool. The snorkeling in front of the hotel is just as good as anywhere. The hotel sells a US divers mask and Tuba for $40 which we did rather than renting. We are at Dukes a few times. Beautiful setting and decent food. My daughter really liked their kids cheeseburger and fries. Would recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate and well appointed condo. We specifically chose it because of the island view and were not disappointed watching sunrises from the lanai and the constantly changing clouds over the peak of the mountain. The included towels, beach chairs, and umbrella made our time at the pool and beach a breeze and enjoyable. We especially loved sunset cocktails at Duke's (try the wonton) and poolside service. Be sure to play Goldilocks and try all the pools and take your claim early for a spot with umbrellas! The bathroom in the unit included several sundries that ensured we weren't running out for forgotten items and ensured we didn't over pack! Joe was a responsive owner and we appreciated our communications we had with him before and during our stay. He was great to work with and has set up the condo for a luxurious stay. Mahalo!

My wife and I were looking for a place to take our family for our kids' upcoming spring break. My wife wanted to stay in a resort. I'm happy to say that this unit had it all. Do not let the lack of reviews discourage you as the unit is brand new and just listed and I'm so glad I found it. The unit is incredible. The condo has top of the line everything in it and not a detail was forgotten or overlooked. We all enjoyed the resort amenities. Parking was easy. The elevator was close and the condo was welcoming, new, modern, and pristine. The beach was close and great. Lots of great places for my kids to play and enjoy a nice beach day. We will be back.

The upscale atmosphere of this unit with all the resort amenities was -Amazing! The unit was very comfortable and felt like home for our trip to Maui. I will be booking here again when we travel to Maui in the future as it blew my mind how nice it was. Having a washer and dryer was great as we traveled with our 2 year old very helpful to have it in the unit. The unit was stocked with everything we could think of from a full kitchen, a blow dryer, and towels for the pool.
