This VRBO is perfect! The rooms were spacious, ceiling fans, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, some of the best views on the entire property, great location, beautiful patio for am coffee/meals and just beautiful upgrades condo overall. I took my grown boys on this trip and needs a place that would allow everyone to have their own bed.. and this was perfect! The owner was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Would defiantly stay here again!

Our first experience with VRBO was seamless. From making reservations to check out. Our host responded to our inquiries within minutes.
The view from our lanai was spectacular! The rooms were spacious. Will reserve again the next time we visit Maui.

Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked if you decide to cook. Everyone had lots of space. The decor was pretty, overall clean- just some wear on the bedroom carpets and drapes. Perfect place for my family of 5.

This property is fantastic. Great location near a grocery store and food trucks. The accordion doors to the lanai are great and creates a true indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Fereshteh was amazing and quick to reply to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

The 3-bedroom condo had everything we needed for simple meals and a cocktail EVERY night from the lanai to watch the sunset. The property was great, Duke’s restaurant had variety and the Hula Pie was outstanding. The pools were very busy though and getting six chairs was very difficult. The beach though, was gorgeous and we saw turtles swim right next to us every day. The property manager was very on top of every question asked and provided great service. There was limited underground parking and we needed to valet car a few times, but easy to do it. The beach walk was perfect for morning strolls and to check out the other resorts. Look for the cats along the beach walk, there are probably 25 different ones keeping watch. Great family vacation for all ages.

Guest shouldn’t be charged for additional towels. Insects were a issue throughout the stay even with traps laid out. Bedding in the two masters were uncomfortable, pillows as well. Stains on curtains and furniture, but overall loved the view and the fact that it was big enough for my entire family to be there. Loved how it can with an ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Host always responded in a timely manor, and was able to answer all questions and concerns even notified us when we had a package delivered! Overall really great place to stay for the family vacation! Close to pretty much everything!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was awesome to work with! Everything we needed was in the condo. The condo was super clean. The views are amazing! The resort is very family friendly and was in a great location. We had an amazing Hawaiian vacation!! I would definitely recommend.

It’s is very nice, well maintained with a very well appointed kitchen. My mother, two sisters and I were so comfortable in the unit. We couldn’t have been happier.

Wonderful 3BR 3Ba condo with beautiful view from the spacious balcony. Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Good beds! Very responsive property manager. Honua Kai well situated and this unit is close to the general store (and coffee!!) and the gym. Parking in the garage was next to impossible but we always found an outdoor spot within a 5 min walk. Love the food truck park within walking distance.. Would 100% stay here again, if we have the chance to come back to Hawaii.

We were a large group of 8 and there was enough room for us. The kitchen was big enough and well stock. We stopped at Costco and Walmart in Kahului to purchase food. We made breakfast everyday and enjoyed it on the lanai. The lanai was where we hung out every morning and evening. It has a great view of the sunset. It is a family resort and you can see other families enjoying their lanai. The pools were great and the kids enjoyed the pools more than the beach. The beach does have rocks in the water. I would advise to wear water shoes at all times in the water. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for you to use. It was nice sitting on the beach and watching the whales. The host was easy to communicate. The keys to the condo are bands that you wear and everyone in my party wore one. It made it very easy and the key band was also used to get your beach towels. We had one breakfast at Dukes, it was alright. There are food trucks in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was the garage. It’s not very big so if you come back late to the resort, you’ll be parking outside and far. Luckily, I felt safe and enjoyed the walk back. I rented a large SUV and even when I did find a spot in the garage, it made me nervous but no dings on it. I booked the luau at the Sheraton Black Rock and it was 5 mins drive from Honua Kai. The drive to/from Kahului can take 30-60 mins. Lahaina is a short drive and was fun to walk around. Great place for a week long trip to beautiful Maui! Mahalo

This is an amazing condo! The views out to the ocean are great, the condo was clean and well-equipped. We have no complaints! We would definitely go back. Drawbacks: hard to get our placard to surface park the second car, the palm trees completely block the ocean view so you can not watch for whales from the lanai, Duke’s is usually full unless you go at off hours.

We stayed for a week with my adult daughters and it was perfect for 4 people. This condo is exactly how it presents. It is spacious and includes high end appliances and fixtures. It was very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked, an added bonus. We had no issues during the week. The view of the beach and resort is complete. We cooked a few dinners and the kitchen is very well equipped - sometthing hard to find in short term rentals. We also enjoyed all the resort offerings - beach, pools, fitness center and on-site restaurant. It was a shoulder holiday week so busy and lots of children, as expected. We would definately rent again.

This was the best stay! After leaving Honolulu, we decided to spend some time in Maui to really unwind and relax and it was the best decision ever. The unit looks exactly like the pictures, but even better! The view of the ocean is amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. I had a very small issue with one of the shower heads and the host handled it expeditiously. We had a rental car but everything was in walking distance from the beach, to the grocery store, and the amazing food trucks. I will definitely being staying here again for all my future visits to Maui!!!

This place is the most well equipped place I’ve stayed at. They had plenty of dishes and kitchenware. I loved how they even had beach toys! The place was clean and I had no issues contacting the host. I would recommend this spacious place to large groups and families as the community was perfect for that. Close to a beach and the towel vending machine dispenser was super convenient.

We have nothing but compliments from the host to the cleanliness of the condo and detailed amenities. It was the perfect condo for our adult family ! Everyone had their privacy as well as a great living space to play games have morning coffee and eat together! Will definstley be back! Thank you Fereshteh!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of communal space meant we had plenty of space to spread out. View of the ocean and resort every morning was lovely. Beach towel system was brilliant. Only issues were the shortage of sun loungers around the pools and the fact that Duke’s restaurant was fully booked 3 months out. To get sun loungers we needed to be down at the pool by 7:30 am. And to get into Duke’s as a walk-in at around 6:30 pm we needed to be on the list by 4 pm. Once we worked all that out and explored further down the beach we were good!

Unfortunately this year we came a couple of weeks earlier than we normally have and the resort was way too crowded. 2 hour wait for dinner at Duke's and no chairs available by the pool made the resort not a return engagement for us this year. Our grandsons are getting older and resort is best for families with kids under 11. Resort was clean and location is beautiful but just too crowded this year.
