We had used vacation rental at Kailua / Kihei / Hawaiian pricess / Diamond Head Hotel etc. I can give this property most high point for room clean/room reform degree. Only thing to concern is the noise from upper deck at the morning around 7:00(likely chair drag). But basically very satisfy,

Our stay with Captain Cook Resorts was amazing. The views were gorgeous from our room. The property’s description was accurate. It was very conveniently located in the center of Honolulu. The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was extremely modern as well. There was good customer service as well. I would recommend this property to a friend as it was great. It is also right next to Waikiki beach and it has a boardwalk right next to it that you can walk through.

The condo is located in a very central area in Waikiki. Walking distance or uber to get to most places. Amazing views of the ocean and fireworks!! Many tours pick up right next door at the Army Museum. You have the convenience of a full resort next door for any last minute purchases at their ABA stores. FYI- food and everything in Hawaii any island is 3x price you would pay at home. Be aware, every groceries will be pricey. Condo. Please ck the pictures. It is not a 2/2. It’s a 1/1 covered into a 2/2. So master bedroom doesn’t have a door, it’s a wooden slide that doesn’t lock or completely closes. You have a gap between the wall and the sliding door. No privacy when traveling with children. It doesn’t have a TV so if you want to watch TV you have to go to the living room. Or hear what someone else is watching in the living room as you are sharing the space. Master bathroom- tiny. Very compact. One person in it at a time. Balcony-pretty good size but they had to place 3 mini splits on it so it gets hot and noisy. Most of these condos do not have central AC. There was a window piece that was broken so you can hear everything outside. The windows are dated and doors. So a lot of noise. You are in a city with a beachfront. Know that. This is not a relax beachfront resort or condo. It’s in the middle of the city.

We loved our stay in this Waikiki penthouse! Lots of natural light and an amazing view! The location was great and close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful walks on the boardwalk in the morning and breathtaking sunsets from the balcany at night! The condo was clean, comfy and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

The location is phenomenal if you love the beach and beautiful sunsets. The Condo Liaison, Paul Tucker, was very helpful and provided us with the answers to our many questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you enjoy an area that's great for shopping, dining, or just relaxing. There is parking available across the street from the hotel if you choose to rent a car during your stay. Be aware, there is very minimal parking in front of the Condo main office. There is also a very very steep driveway to enter this place and because of it's location (at a 3-way traffic signal), it can be difficult to get in and out in a car of any size. That's a minor technicality and it won't ruin your stay at this place.

Cannot beat the view and the location. 39 seconds to walk out of the room and be down at the private gate to the beach. Tons of walkable restaurants and stores. Free parking in the underground garage is a huge bonus. I am so glad we cancelled our high rise room for this condo. Full kitchen allowed us to buy groceries and keep from having to eat out for every meal. Washer and dryer were fabulous to have. There were beach umbrellas and chairs, and a perfect view of the friday night fireworks.

The room was very clean. Perfect location to watch ocean from bed or the lanai or while eating at the bar. We did not miss having a pool, because the ocean is steps away. Very secure building. We did not use the stove, dishes, pots & pans or dishwashed. But we did use the washer & dryer, full frig and microwave. We had plenty of towels and hand towels. It was also nice to have cleaning supplies especially to sweep up the sand. We also used thebeach chairs. It also worked out that we could check out at 3 instead of 11. Which was a blessing. If wewould would stay again it would be nice to have 2 key fobs and wash clothes, which we brought our own shower brush. We also could have contacted Paul our property manager, but we were having too much fun in HAWAII!!

This condo’s location couldn’t have been better - right on the ocean in the heart of Waikiki with shopping and restaurants just a few steps away. The lanai had views of the ocean and the adjacent park and the room was relatively insulated from outside noise. The inside of the property could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a freshen up on frying pans (they were well past their prime with the Teflon coating flaking away), but that was easy to overlook due to the prime location of the property. We did have a minor repair needed with the showerhead and they were super quick to get that taken care of. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great stay in this beautiful rental unit! It was an amazing view to have breakfast and watch the shore as the sun rose (on the other side of the island)! Everything was extremely clean and renovated! Would totally recommend and would LOVE to stay again! It was definitely worth getting the on-site parking especially for carrying beach bag stuff to/from car straight to the rental unit.

Everything is exactly like the booking showed. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai. Shops and food all within walking distance. Access to the beach was literally right out the door. On our last evening we stepped out to the beach and right there was 2 monk seals napping in the sand. Would do this all over again in a heartbeat.

This rental was better than expected. Great location, great view, & the price point was great too. The unit was very clean and good size for a couple. The beach is literally steps away. There’s beach chair rentals on the first floor of the building which is very convenient. The rental itself comes with chairs but if you don’t want to carry them down the chair rental place is the way to go. The unit comes with everything you need. They even provided laundry soap which was very thoughtful. We have absolutely no complaints. You will not regret staying here. Thank you for having us!

The property location is right in the heart of Waikiki with walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The view of the beach is great. Can see the Hilton fireworks show from the balcony on Friday night. This is second time we’ve stayed at Waikiki Shore (different units) and the only drawback is that each time we’ve been there, there has been jackhammering going on. However, it was not audible from our condo, only at street level. Recommend reserving a parking spot at Waikiki Shore if you rent a car.

This property is in prime location. Walk out of the building onto the beaches of Waikiki! Was very neat and clean and the views are incredible. Sunset views every night and Friday night Fireworks are unobstructed from the balcony! Would stay here again when back on Oahu!

Close proximity to “all things Waikiki”!! The lanai was overlooking a beautiful park with soaring Terns and to die for sunsets. Kai was thorough as he walked us through every nuance of his well kept unit. When we return to Waikiki this is where we’ll stay!

No problems of any kind, you will definitely have a peaceful time here.Steel cooking pots and other pots are not good. Everything heats up and you may burn yourself. Kitchen needs to have better utensils.be careful with Dishwasher door. its almost 10Lb weight. Dishwasher does not clean well and leaves some powdery residue.Wish if the tub shower in other bathroom is little bigger to stand for a regular person (its very small)

Two weeks of accessibility to Waikiki, the beach & bus routes. Beautiful views & although the afternoon sun comes directly into the room, we could see the Hliton fireworks on Friday nights and gorgeous sunsets. The only negative was the mattress needs to be replaced urgently. Roll apart was terrible.

This studio condo is good for 1 or 2 visitors. Building is very secure and front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The condo is well supplied with basic needs for a long stay. The unit had very little in terms of dishes/plates and amenities. I was especially disappointed that a beach front condo didn’t have beach towels. We enjoyed a discount in beach chair and umbrella rental which was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable.

I was able to spend a quiet time. It is an old building, but the broken plumbing support was repaired the next day. There was no provision for toilet paper or shampoo for 11 days, but there was enough for 4 days.

usually quiet. very early people walking by the partially open shuttered windows talked loudly. unexpected very loud drilling for water pipe work from 8:30 to 9:00. After 9 was expected but this was a one time thing. The owner and property manager were not informed and it was not suppose to happen before 9. other than this we enjoyed our stay.
