Love the place! Great location, looking at the park, beach right on your steps, but 5 minutes walk to the main street with all restaurants and shopping.

We had a delightful stay at this beachfront gem with our son, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is nothing short of perfect - right on the beachfront, yet magically secluded from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki's busy streets. It strikes the ideal balance, offering proximity to the vibrant energy of Waikiki while providing a peaceful haven just steps away from the building.
The apartment itself is a tasteful blend of modern style and functionality. Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into its remodeling, creating a welcoming space that felt like a home away from home. It was evident that the owners have put effort into ensuring the apartment is not just aesthetically pleasing but also equipped with everything one might need during their stay.
Paul was helpful and communication with him was a breeze - prompt, clear, and accurate.
One of the highlights for us was the tranquility that enveloped the surroundings. Despite being beachfront, the absence of noise and crowds near the building added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. It felt like we had our own private slice of paradise, away from the more crowded parts of Waikiki.
In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again.

If you're looking for a place where you are steps from the beach and also in the heart of Waikiki, look no further. The setup is exactly as advertised and our host Paul was fantastic. Also, if you are a sushi fan, take the 2 minute walk to Wasabi Bistro.

The condo was in a great location, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed down to laundry detergent!
The friend traveling with me lived in the Waikiki area for 20 years and said these condos and beach area are hidden gems she didn’t know about, but is already spreading the word to friends and family who live there .

From the moment of booking to arrival at this property communication from Captain Cook Resorts was outstanding.Arrival instructions were clear.Met at property by Paul Tucker(the best)who showed us access and security protocols.This condo is of a very high standard-super comfortable californian bed,great aircon,comfortable lounge seating,great view from large lanai,large fridge freezer with iced water and icemaker,coffeemaker,plenty of kitchen equipment,large oven and gas hob,super shower shub,bidet toilet,plenty of storage for clothing,large wardrobe.Great amenities,layout and close to the beach.Very clean and tidy,Steak Shack and Tropical Tribe downstairs were terrific.Hired chairs and umbrella from Waikiki Shore Beach Service,although condo did have some chairs and small umbrella.Rate was US$45/day-good easy service.A pleasure to stay in #408 and would definately do so again if the opportunity arises.Thanks Captain Cook Resorts and Paul.

Beach is easily accessible and we enjoyed seeing the fireworks display put on every Friday by the nearby Hilton. Parking is an extra fee and was complicated for us. We were assigned 3 different locations for the 8 days we stayed. Cookware was limited but functional. No coffee grinder, but Starbucks is next door. Paul, the property manager, was friendly. Only one elevator was working due to lobby construction. However, we were able to get our steps by using the stairs since the condo is on the 4th floor. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

Excellent location if you are looking for beach, shopping and dining within walking distance. The condo itself was roomy, essential needs met, bed was comfortable, hide away bed was good for our son (no complaints), air conditioner worked great and the condo was very clean. All though the view was obstructed by the beautiful foliage we were still able to see some beach and ocean. The fireworks view on the balcony Friday night was the best place to be instead of the beach with the crowd. The beach equipment (umbrellas, boogeyman board, beach towels and chairs) was nice to have access to without having to rent equipment. Property manager was easily to contact, helpful and pleasant with checkin and all our questions. One of the beach chairs need some attention. All in all it was perfect for my family of three.

Very nice alternative to an expensive hotel room on the strip. Roomy, nice amenities, nice view of the beach. Property Manager was very helpful. Underground parking is a little tight, but I got the hang of it after a day or so. We will book again if we come back to the islands.

You are right next to a beautiful beach and tons of shops and restaurants, so everything is very conveniently located. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious and comfy. Because it is right on top of everything, it can be a bit noisy, so wear ear plugs. Otherwise though great place to stay and would stay there again.

We stayed at a resort on Kauai before coming here, and I actually liked this place better. The apartment was right on the beach and felt tasteful and hip. We loved going to sleep with a sound track of waves and a wall of glass looking at palm trees and city lights. The retractable divider between sleeping areas if you're using the pull-out couch meant we could read after our kids went to sleep but still have a connected experience. The egg swing on the balcony was a favorite. Kitchen is spacious and modern, shower has ample space, bidet a bonus, w/d very convenient. If you're bringing a rental car (Do! Drive to the Haleiwa town in the north and Lanikai Beach in the east!), you need to hope there's a free space and pay $35/night to the security guard to use it. Only complaint is that it took a bit of phone tag (four phone calls) to get into the place, since it is managed independently and has nothing to do with the front desk of the building. All in all, a 45-minute setback. Hawaii-time, though. It's ok.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip to Hawaii and it was the PERFECT location. To the right was a shaded, gorgeous park with beautiful large sandy beach and to the left was Waikiki with all the nightlife, shops, and restaurants. The view from the condo was superb with perfect view of the sunsets and ocean. The place was very clean and stocked. Because everything was so perfect I had no need to contact Paul but I know he was available if needed. Thanks for such an awesome vacation!
