Everything was great! We had no issues! The lobby was being renovated so we didn’t have access to that. Also, could use a comfy chair in the living room.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect, close to fantastic restaurants and shopping, and feet from the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Having a parking space was very convenient. We also enjoyed having access to the pool! We will definitely be coming back!

The room was larger than expected with a great view of the water. Location is perfect for the beach, shopping, or just using the outrigger pool/restaurants if you don’t feel like venturing out too far. Would highly recommend

Clean pressed sheets, comfortable bed in the bedroom. Acceptable pull out bed for another couple in the front room. Impressive cleanliness! Fridge with an ice maker with plenty of good fresh ice. Great location, close to many great restaurants and even a good fast food spot (Steak Shack) right below us. Great on the beach location, great for people watching and sunset viewing! Air conditioning worked beautifully! Grateful for the washer and dryer…worked beautifully! The only con (and would not be a deal breaker) is that it would benefit from new window coverings, especially if they were black out curtains. I did fine sleeping with an eye mask though. Two bathrooms a huge bonus! Plenty of extra linen. We appreciated having a locked safe.

Very nice unit located right on Waikiki beach. Excellent views of surprisingly small sand beach, ocean and boats. A well used walkway and stone breakwater offer a quieter side for waves if needed. A park next door reduces the crowd. The building includes a ground floor with gift shop, juice bar, ice cream, and Steak Shack for grilled meat. These are great options but if cooking smells or crowds bother you, this is not unit for you. The balcony is set back from the building edge overlooking a small courtyard housing the ice cream and steak counters, which can get quite busy. Right outside the courtyard is the rental for umbrellas, chairs and surf lessons. We enjoyed the closeness of everything and people watching, but it might not be for everyone. The balcony is also under the two story courtyard cover, which is great for shade, but if you are a sun worshiper you will need to go to the beach, which is amazingly close. None of this is a complaint, just didn’t want anyone to be balcony location and views. It’s a great, comfortable well maintained unit in a quieter but delightful location. Owner was very helpful and accommodating, easy to work with and quick to respond. If you are looking for a nice spot on beach this is it.

Stayed for a week to attend a wedding. Location had easy access to food ,shops, entertainment and water. Slept 4 comfortably. Had access to pool and hot tub next door. Would stay again. Not a quiet location however much preferred over the busier sites on the beach. Clean and neat.

I highly recommend this property. The pictures are accurate so there will be no surprises. The owner is extremely responsive if you run into any issues. For example, the bedroom air conditioner broke upon arrival. Jeffrey responded and was so on top of it the entire unit was replaced the next day. Anyone with an upcoming stay will have a nice cool condo and no worries on air. The views cannot be beat. The bed was extremely comfortable. I chose this unit to have two bathrooms which was extremely nice and convenient. We also chose to stay here because of the washer dryer combo. We took advantage of this great benefit. You just can’t beat staying here over a hotel where you are cramped. Not to mention you can use the pool at the Outrigger next door, so what more could you ask for? Many complain in other reviews about the smell of the steak shack below. We actually love the steak shack and the aroma we found pleasant. Suggestions on food: breakfast- Eggs and things on Saratoga. Lunch- Steak Shack, Sams Kitchen, Dukes lunch buffet. Dinner- we prefer happy hours, Stripsteak and Tommy Bahama were our top two based on drinks offered and food quality. I would rate this condo 5/5 due to location, space, amenities, comfort, updates/upgrades, bed, bathrooms and cleanliness. When we return to Oahu we will definitely plan to stay here again and I have already recommended it to friends. Thank you Jeffrey, this was a top notch trip!

Right on the beach as advertised. Easy beach access and good swimming location. Access to pool next door was nice. Mornings on the balcony with coffee (Starbucks in walking distance) were lovely. Check in was smooth and Jeff immediately check to see if we needed anything…not a thing ❤️. We didn’t even rent a car but walked everywhere easily. Got to see the Doobies while here so that was an added bonus, also within walking distance. Highly recommend and we hope to return someday

Incredibly convenient location for those interested in what Waikiki has to offer. Being able to walk upstairs from the beach is so convenient. Being directly over the steak shack is the only real drawback. But that only affects the major daytime hours when you should be at the beach anyway! Full kitchen is great, but be careful of the smoke alarms, there are a lot of them and they are very sensitive. Tons of towels in the room was great and the use of the pool next door was nice. Having free parking is a huge benefit. And while being on the beach you are between “Waikiki central” and the Hilton domain, so it’s a little less crazy.

This was the perfect condo for our trip. We had our delicious Kona coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the waikiki shore. The parking was so easy with a remote control and your own parking spot. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the unit had AC and ceiling fans, for a peaceful sleep. Extremely clean. I highly recommend this condo, to wake up to the wave crashing on the shore to watch the Friday fireworks from the balcony and to eat a quick meal at the steak shack, what a perfect spot and only 1 floor up for easy access to the beach!

It was ok, but couch was dirty, coffee pot didn’t work until we finally got an exchange for it. Couldn’t sit on patio too long with the smell of cooking right below.. Think the higher floors in building would be much better.

Saw it in VRBO and processing for reservations is very effilent. The owner has given me tips as to where to go and what good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Strongly recommend to rent a car specially if driving to north shore and see scenic views of water and mountain ranges. I highly recommend this unit . We are considering to rent this room when we plan to come back .

Have stayed there before. It's a great unit right on the beach with easy walking in and around town. Very convenient to everything also it has parking, but we elected this trip not to rent a car and just walk which turned out great. Unit is very well maintained.

This property is in a great location both in Waikiki and in the building. Being on the second floor gave us easy access to our designated parking without waiting for an elevator. The view from the front of the condo was amazing. We enjoyed watching the people gather below to watch the sunset.

Great location right, right on the beach .
Property is exactly as described in listing and most prior reviews. It’s a very quick and convenient walk down the stairs or ride down the elevator to the beach.
The owner was helpful, polite and good to work with.
The only possible drawbacks for some may be:
1.) If you don’t like the smell of steak, as there is a steak restaurant downstairs. (We do enjoy steak, and that restaurant is GOOD. So it wasn’t a problem for us.
2.) If you want a lot of privacy, as everyone on the beach can see you on your Lanai. (We enjoyed people watching, so again - not an issue for us).
Overall, I would recommend this property.

What a gem this is! Location is excellent. Oceanside condo…what a gem. Fun to sit on the patio and enjoy all the activity going on the beach. Walkable to everything Waikiki has to offer.
This place fit our family of two adults and two kids under 10 perfectly! All the comforts of home. So nice having a private master bedroom and two bathrooms. And a fully stocked kitchen is a great money saver. Ordered some groceries and we were good to go! And being able to do our own laundry really lightened our packing load.
The process was seamless from start to finish with great directions and communications every step of the way. We are picky about where we stay and this one met all our expectations and then some!

Let me just start by saying, don't look any further. RENT THIS UNIT! The location is incredible, the view is amazing, the owners are a delight to deal with, and you just can't ask for anything more. We were hardly in the unit and only drove our rental car once. You can walk to every single part of the Waikiki from here. The beach to the right near Hale Koa Military hotel is amazing and if you are a veteran like me, the prices there are a fraction of what the other places charge and the views are place is amazing for sunset. Or just sit on your own lanai and watch it. Everything is at your door step and the place offers everything one would need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer (that sealed the deal for us) but wow, I can't tell you what a bargain this place is. We rented for two weeks and used it as a home base and island hopped. So we really only stayed here for 6 days total. But coming back and washing clothes and taking a carry on to the next island was so convenient. BTW, Southwest was only 39 bucks to island hop or 50 bucks round trip while we were there. So we did Maui and The Big Island of Hawaii. Again, I can not say enough about Donna and Jeff as well as this incredible condo. We are coming back, renting this one and renting a couple more in the building for our family next year. That is how much we loved it. Thank you thank you thank you. Brilliant stay.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities you would need is one floor up from the beach. You could stay here the whole time and have a great vacation! Steak Shack restaurant below us was excellent and it was great just to sit on the beach under an umbrella and if we needed anything, we were a minute walking distance to the condo. Having a designated spot in the parking garage was awesome too! Highly recommended for a family of four!

In the heart of the beach walk - always relaxing to watch people, turtles and sunset from the lanai. Felt safe as COVID restrictions very much in force in Hawaii. No pool access due to COVID but enjoyed the ocean and beaches around the island.

Location- amazing!! You will get the full, at Waikiki Beach, experience. Be ready to wake up early, take ur coffee out to the lanai and watch the surfers and people start to hit the beach ⛱😎 The bedroom is in the back of the condo so quiet and dark. The living room had the amazing view through sliders - beautiful! The entire condo is furnished lovely and the kitchen and bathroom are updated. Even the pull out sofa is comfortable. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and very attentive. We are sad that we had to leave!!

Close to everything and there's a beach right below it! Comes with a parking spot which was super nice and we didn't have to worry about any break-ins. There's a great steak place downstairs 10/10 would order from them again!
