Everything was excellent from booking to checking out. Property owner really went all out on the amenities of this condo. We especially liked the well appointed kitchen with every thing we needed. We also really liked having a washer and dryer to use. The Lanai was great and had all the ocean gear to use. The master bath was amazing! I cannot say enough about our stay here. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. Check in was easy. Location to beaches and a few restaurants was excellent. We used the green belt for hikes/running. Lots of room for 6 adults (2 couples, 2 other adults) to sleep, eat, and relax. Unit supplied with everything we’d want plus lots of extras (like sandwich bags, beach equipment, lint roller, aloe, etc). Only downside was there isn’t assigned parking and there were a few times we took the last spot with someone trying to come in behind us. Would definitely stay here again!

4 out of 5 starsGreat Location with Some Room for ImprovementWe recently stayed at this condo during our trip to Kauai, and overall, we had a good experience, though there were a few drawbacks worth noting.Pros:The location is excellent—within close walking distance to Poipu Beach and several others, as well as a nice selection of restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both of which were clean and in great condition. One very convenient feature was the elevator that opens directly into the unit, which made bringing in luggage much easier. Parking was also stress-free, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.Cons:Unfortunately, the condo was not fully cleaned when we arrived—trash had been left in the unit, and there were towels still in both the washer and dryer. The carpet was in poor condition—matted down and stained. The shades in the master bedroom didn’t retract evenly, and the balcony off the master was extremely hot and noisy due to the A/C condenser fan, making it nearly unusable.We also encountered a few maintenance issues: the remote control batteries were dead (we found replacements above the dryer), the balcony door lock was difficult to operate, and the ceiling fan in the master only worked in reverse. That room also stayed much warmer than the rest of the unit—likely 5 degrees higher—and the A/C wouldn’t cool below 72F. The pillows were forNeed more room to complete review!

We made this place our home for 16 nights! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen the location is fantastic as it is in the corner of building C which means your patio is not facing the pool. We loved being able to get up have breakfast and walk down to Poipu beach the accommodations, amenities and location made this place ideal. It is for families with kids we enjoyed the pool the green lawn where my boys kicked the soccer ball while we grilled. The BBQ’s were spotless they keep the grounds impeccably clean. I used their business center and gym I felt I was at a resort while having the comforts of home. We made several friends during our 2 plus weeks there. I appreciated how responsive Stephen was and the assistance received from Kat during our stay. This vacation for our family was one we will never forget. God willing we will be back soon. Thank you.

This is a beautiful, clean, and well equipped property. Lots of beach gear is available for use. Pack and play and high chair are also provided Only drawback is noise from the unit above (insulation between floors is insufficient) depending on the guests in that unit. These villas are so close to Poipu Beach. We walked there constantly during our stay.
The villas were roomy and well cared for. The pool was beautiful and an added amenity. In addition all of the beach items in the garage were so helpful. Especially the wagon!

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at! Ideally located unit: first floor, parking is close by, next to the gym, pool and beach is a short walk. Inside of the unit was immaculate with nice pots and pans and utensils, comfortable beds, clean linen with so much provided from others who left behind essentials such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, coffee filter, etc. We actually left behind a full bottle of neutrogena sun screen we didn’t use. We will rent this unit again!

I loved this property. It was exactly like the photos, only better. We had lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The lanai had a lovely view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was so warm and inviting, and the way it's situated you are protected from the high breezes. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Brenneke's and Poipu Beach on a lovely walking path, and a different path had a 10-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. the condo was very luxorious and high-quality - I would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The pool is just steps away from the back door and very nice for the kids to spend the day in. Dominika was very thorough and communicative throughout our stay. The unit was well equipped with quite literally everything we needed for the kids including a pack-n-play and toys, and they loved all the beach toys! The rental is within walking distance to Shipwreck, Brennecke's, and Poipu beaches. It was very clean and provided numerous kitchen appliances, utensils, and dishes. Beach gear including towels, beach chairs, a wagon, etc. were available for a group of 6 adults. The landscaping was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time on the lanai. The condo is very close to the pool. Check-in was very easy, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Being in our late 70's we appreciated having an elevator and having just a short walk to the pool or parking. Poipu beach was just a 2 minute drive and everything else we wanted was within a 10 minute drive: shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo itself is a 10 out of 10.

This place was perfect for our stay with a toddler and two sets of grandparents. The place looked even better in person and was very clean. If there was anything to critique it would be sometimes hearing the footsteps from the people in the unit above and an occasional loud group in a neighboring unit, but nothing lasted after quiet hours and overall the whole complex was very quiet and peaceful. Came with everything we could have asked for and more. Excellent location next to the pool and a short walk to two beaches. Five stars and would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival condo was clean. But quickly found all furniture and all beds were extremely uncomfortable and very old! The primary bedroom king bed literally sounded and felt as if it would collapse at any time, and the noise from just sitting on the mattress could be heard throughout condo. The beds are in need of new mattresses and entire condo in desperate need of new furniture. The dining table chairs smelled so bad and felt dirty when sitting on them. The dishwasher leaked, the washer and dryer would not start at times. The smoke detector did go off periodically during visit and in the middle of night but then would stop so when the maintenance guy came it wasn’t beeping then. Then of course started right after he left again after changing batteries. Overall the whole condo needs refurbished. I’m sure when it was built it was very nice, but you can tell the condo has not been kept up and maintenance only minimally done. The location is lovely, and the complex is very nice. Although the key fob for the pool is strange as you can’t get out of pool area without key fob to let yourself out and no bathroom facilities at pool so it was constant getting up to allow other guests in your party to get out or get in. Kauai always beautiful, but can not recommend this particular condo and would not stay here again.

Great location near the beach. We were able to walk to the nearby beach which had options for both the young kids in our family and the older kids who wanted to boogie board. The beach/pool amenities were perfect. We also loved that the unit had supplies for our 1.5 yr old which made traveling so much easier. The in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer. The unit was clean and spacious, perfect for a family/large group! Host was also very responsive, checked in a few times and was prompt to address any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back again!

I cannot say enough great things about this rental. The condo was exactly as described, the inside was new and had everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was fully stocked, there was beach equipment including chairs and an umbrella which was so appreciated! The outside had a nice seating area and was close to the pool for the kids. We spent a lot of time out there! It was also a short easy walk to two beaches. The rental company was very easy to communicate with. We came in late at night, so it was a bit hard to find the unit as it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Not a big deal, I just wish there had been a map for us for when we had arrived. Thankfully they had all the lights on in the unit so we eventually found it. If you are looking for a quiet unit with everything you need for a week away, I would highly recommend this place.

This place had everything we needed! Everyone had their own spacious room and bathroom. The kitchen was full equipped so we cooked a few meals at home. The condo came with all the beach gear you could ever need (chairs, wagon, boogie boards). And this was our first time traveling with our under one year old, so having a pack and play and high chair at the condo was a huge help! The pool on site was warm and never too crowded. Poipu beach and Shipwrecks beach were a quick walk away. We had a great family trip and will be back!!!

The beach a short walk away with a wagon to pull the baby, towels, chairs and beach toys. Poipu beach is great for kids and snorkeling and turtles. You will need a car. Best place for groceries is Costco near the airport.

Poipu Kai E300 made for a wonderful stay in Poipu. Property was as described and all 7 of us had plenty of room. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The location gave us easy access to the local beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could not have been happier. The elevator to the entrance is a great plus ! No hauling luggage and groceries up a long stairway. After returning from the beach we also enjoyed the pool.

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.
