On arrival the place was easy to find and get into the condo. The place was clean and everything was as described. No issues the whole stay. Nice and easy.

This is our third time staying at Kona Bali Kai, and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, it’s in the perfect location, and you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the lanai! I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back again!

We had the absolute best week at Kathy's condo. It was everything we hoped for and it was perfect for our toddler as well. We loved watching the sunrises, surfers all day, and sunsets from the lanai. It is exactly as it says it is. True oceanfront! Leave the Lanai door open and listen to the crashing waves. Host went above and beyond to let us stay past check out time on our last day. Will definitely be back!!

Ac didn't work for a week and we had maintenace coming in and out to try to fix the ac unit. was difficult sleeping conditions. The cable tv didn't work for 4 days until the cable provider came to replace the cable box. We had to wait until he showed up All that for a 200 refund.We did enjoy the unit for a week

We can't recommend this condo enough! It was extremely clean, well stocked, welcoming, spacious enough for 4 adults, with the most perfect location to explore the island. BUT OMG, the sound of the waves at night putting you to sleep was the most soothing, relaxing experience of the trip, especially after a long day of exploring the island. Coffee on the lanai at sunrise watching all the surfers was my favorite start of the day. The host and the property manager are extremely responsive and take care of the property - small issue with plumbing that was resolved and non-issue, but quick response was extremely positive. Beach items (noodles, boogie boards, chairs and towels) are well stocked for a day out at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. and again. And AGAIN. Do not pass this up if it's available.

I will start with the past part of the stay here. This apartment's fourth floor balcony is right over the edge of the Pacific ocean, facing west. You can watch surfers that arrive before dawn to surf. Or watch paddle boarders glide by. Then in the evening watch the sun set over the ocean. The edge of the ocean is right below our patio and where the surfers would come to swim out in the ocean. The apartment has A/C, TVs with cable and WiFi. Also a washer and dryer. And a full kitchen. The complex has a pool. There are small restaurants and food trucks nearby.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better! Watching the surfers every morning and evening was amazing. There was plenty of good supplies for the beach trips. Chairs, towels, masks and snorkels, a cooler. The kitchen had everything needed to make a meals when we stayed in.Tim's communication was first class. I highly recommend the condo.

Holly was flexible and quick to respond to all of our questions. The view of the ocean and sound of the surf from this unit was spectacular. The unit was really clean, and probably the best stocked rental we have ever had. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals for your stay and there was lots of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent and beach items.

The church nearby is loud on Sunday mornings at 7, auwe, but the condo is fantastic. Great location and parking. We loved the air conditioning and outdoor lanai. The owner is very responsive. The unit is beautiful with stunning ocean views and well equipped. Property manager on site was great. Vacasa was terrible. Promised parking passes 3 times and never got one. Hours are 10-4:30 which are not convenient since I call on Kona clients. On site manager finally helped me. Don’t let this dissuade you from renting since the unit is great! I’d fire Vacasa.
