This beautiful, fresh condo has stunning ocean front views from the living space and bedroom. The large patio area is a wonderful extensio for meals or just to be in the shade and read! With the lawn right out your door, trips to the pool, hot tub and beach are a cinch.....And did I mention the ocean water is just 30 feet away? The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep and the whales will entertain from December through April.
The Mahana is an unusual property featuring all direct ocean view units which attracts owners and visitors who enjoy quiet oceanfront living close to the activity in Kaanapali and historic Lahaina. We not only have the incredible location of the Kaanapali area, but a very private and quiet location within the property itself. Our lanai is one of the most private as it is near the north end of the property, which does not have the foot traffic of those heading to the pool, barbecues and beach entries.
We have done everything we can think of to make this a luxurious, relaxing and fun vacation spot for 1 to 4 people. From the padded upholstered headboard, and California king Tempur- Pedic bed with hotel luxury linens to the boogie boards and tennis racquets. The new sleeper sofa has a nice thick mattress and the tasteful decor is world class.
We have provided beach chairs, beach towels and even a cooler to make traveling less hectic and much easier to pack!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable - cooking ware and Tupperware. You may even discover the all spices you need to make your favorite recipe in the cupboard!
Amenities include free WiFi, tennis courts, swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard and a barbecue area.
The shopping complex across the street has a wonderful grocery store, subway, pizza, coffee.....Even a place for manicures! Only a few blocks north and you will find the Farmers Market, Snorkel Bobs, the Fish Market and many apparel and souvenir shops.
This property is very unique on Maui - although there are many beautiful places to stay, ocean front properties like this are hard to find!
Before you send a reservation request, consider the dates your are requesting and any gaps between existing reservations that may be created by your dates. If you have flexibility with your dates, an inquiry or suggestion of flexibility before an online reservation request is sent is most helpful! I usually require a 5 night minimum - and generally stay away from reservations that create gaps with less than 5 nights. Exceptions do occur when I vacancies within 30 days.
