One the many things that interested me about this rental was the view! And it did not disappoint! The building is right on the beach- all you see is ocean (and turtles). The balcony is private and with the waves crashing if felt like we were the only ones there- if there was noise from other renters or anything, it was drowned out. The room as very clean, updated nicely, great water pressure in the shower, super comfy bed and pillows. it's a studio- so on the smaller side but exactly what we needed. The building staff was very nice and helpful, and the property was very quite, clean and beautifully landscaped. The building is also accessible to restaurants and awesome snorkeling, just down the beach. Simply said- we had an amazing trip and would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mahana Resort #1103. The ocean front view was amazing. The unit was clean and accommodating. The check in procedure was simple. The property was clean with ample parking. It was in a great location with restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The beach pathway was perfect for walking if you didn't want to walk in the sand. You can see a beautiful sunset from your lanai or watch from the Beach Club or Dukes on either side of the resort. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this beautiful condo and we could have stayed twice as long! The view from the balcony was even better than we expected. As other reviews mentioned, we saw countless whales daily right from the balcony and the sunsets were specular. We even saw a moonset when we woke up early one morning. I loved that they provided binoculars to see the whales even closer. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The condo building was lovely and well-maintained. Parking was ample and very easy. The condo’s location was also great, located near many restaurants and a nice beach path for strolling or jogging. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

The place was amazing! We had a perfect view! We come every February to watch the whales and we didn’t even have to leave we could watch them from our Lani! We sat on the Lani watching the whales, sea turtles and we even saw a monk seal napping on the beach below! Am definitely coming back next year! It could use new carpet but it wasn’t that bad. I would recommend getting a little bit higher table and chairs for out on the Lani just for the viewing but all n all it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your amazing place!

Hello, We enjoyed our stay very much. However a few things to note the blender did not work, and the carpet was in bad shape. We work in the floor covering business, and the carpet needs to be replaced or a replaced flooring for better cleaning. Thank you.

Beautiful location and gorgeous view. Well stocked and clean, small but enough room comfortably for two. Had read several previous reviews about blinds not working and bulbs out. Contacted property manager to be sure this was corrected and it was not. Blinds are automatic and middle one is stuck. Gorgeous view of ocean but sun sets directly in front of it and, with floor to ceiling glass, it can be unbearably bright with a resulting greenhouse greenhouse effect on heat. Disappointed they did not fix this as they told me they had. Only negative thing I have to say. Nice folks, great room.

We walked in and it looked clean but didn’t feel clean. There was a sheet on the bed and a comforter inside the closet. The comforter inside the closet smelled like someone used it and they didn’t wash it. The first night I slept cold because my husband likes the air conditioner on. The 2nd night I asked for a comforter but they didn’t have one and they brought me waffle sheets. They tried to charge me for the use and delivery of the sheets but I had to tell them this was a complaint. The balcony was not clean. The room felt outdated. The bed was not comfortable. You can tell because when you wake up the next morning, you feel sore.We were there in June and the pool area was super windy. I think it’s the way the buildings are structured because the pool is between two tall buildings so I think it’s super windy in this area.The parking was great. Easy access from room to parking.

We have been to this property several times. Great location, walking distance to markets and the coffee shop. Greenbelt walk to Whalers Village and back is gorgeous and gets your 10K steps in. This is right on the water and you can sleep to the peaceful sounds of the waves at night.

A little small but nice. We stay at Mahana because of the view which is totally awesome. The middle shade would not go up which distorted the view & after calling Chase N Rainbows who we booked through - they said there was nothing they could do as a part was on order. He said he would contact maintenance tech to see if something could be done to get it up. No one ever contacted us back. This shade was the one right over the door to lanai & so we had to lift it every time we wanted to go out on lanai. We were not informed that anything was wrong with the shade & like I said this is the main reason for staying at Mahana. After a few days we were able to get the shade up which is what the maintenance department should have been able to do. It’s really close to beach & you can see lots of whales from lanai especially if you have easy access.

The ocean view was just breathtaking and everything was clean. I loved the convenience of having a washer, dryer and kitchen. More than that I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of ocean waves and being able to walk 5 steps out of bed to the balcony where I could view miles and miles of gorgeous blue ocean and see whales and other islands in the distance. I still think about the view and how I felt being in that condo. It's now one of my happy places.

Oh this place was simply amazing. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the sun turn the water emerald green was the best few days of my life. This place was great for me and my partner for a long weekend.
