My wife and I had been planning our Anniversary trip to Hawaii for some time. We knew we wanted to be on Maui but weren't really sure what location would best suit our needs. We were looking for the trifecta of a property that offered an amazing view, beach access and a nice beach facing pool. This location provided all of that and more!
The pool was very nice with a deep 9' end as well as a nice hot tub, and the beach area in front of the location was usually fairly quiet (which we were just fine with). But the view...oh my gosh the view! Words and pictures cannot do it justice. You have a picture perfect view of both Lanai an Moloka'i fight from you back porch. Many afternoons we'd just sit there and watch boats, green sea turtles and whales playing in the water right within view.
The location is perfect as well. We really enjoyed bein on the northern side of Kaanapali which we felt wasn't as crowded as areas south of Black Rock Beach. There were plenty of awesome local shops and restaurants right along the highway which provided quick access to other areas if we were so inclined.
The unit is also in great shape and management did a great job of communicating everything with us prior to our stay as well as during. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely be coming back for a future visit!

The condo had an amazing view over the ocean. It was a great place to view the Maui sunset. Also a great place to walk or jog along the walkways. Alicia was easy to work with and when a few issues arose, she was quick to get back to us. We are looking forward to returning next year

My GF and I just spent 5 nights here and were absolutely thrilled with our choice! From booking to checkout our experience was fantastic!
The unit has a great view, is beautiful and very clean! I highly recommend booking a stay here as you will not regret it... We will definitely be coming back and will steer our friends and family here as well.
This location is perfect for adults looking for some peace, quiet and R&R.

The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean give the feel of an infinity pool- you can see turtles swimming below. The lanai is fabulous - perfect for morning coffee. The close location to the ocean allows for going to bed and waking up hearing the ocean- it is heavenly. The condo is well stocked.

This is the gem of Maui. Incredible place to both enjoy Kaanapali but also use as a home base for travel around the island. The views, location, supplies in the condo are all above expectation. My only regret is not staying longer. An incredible, incredible condo. My partner and I will be sure to return.

This condo was everything I had hoped for. Everything was clean well stocked, and views incredible. The pool was clean and warm and the residents and other visitors very friendly. Great location for viewing sunsets and turtles. Not so good for swimming and better down the road just a short distance. Watch for sharks though. They are there. Also close enough to order pizza delivered and to walk to groceries and dining. The concierge there was very helpful in finding great adventures for us.
It was truly magical and I would not hesitate to return however I was promised that the construction work would be completed by the time of our visit but unfortunately it was not. Spalling work with jack hammering is very noisy and I believe it will be going on until the end of summer 2023 but that is just my estimate. If you are gone all day, no problem but if you want to sleep in or lounge around it is pretty distracting. Still, a beautiful place that I would recommend to everyone.

The entire process from booking to checking out was seamless. Alicia was always in communication and making sure everything was going well.
Instructions were very clear on how to check-in and all amenities listed were in excellent condition. This unit has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, living room has a nice setup with the best ocean views anyone could ask for (sunsets and whale watching!), and the bedroom provides much needed comfort for recharging.
My wife and I would find ourselves sitting on the Lanai for hours just enjoying the views and watching whales put on a show in the water.
I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for such great hospitality and ensuring our vacation was indeed paradise!

We had our honeymoon at this condo, and it was by far the best view imaginable. This location was well kept, extremely clean, stocked with everything you could think of and did I mention the view? You are right on the ocean and in on the 12th floor so it looks like you are literally floating on the water. The communication with the owner was fantastic. We traveled the whole island while in Maui, and if we get the chance to come back, we want to stay in the same condo because the view beats every other resort out there. Had such a great experience. Thank you to the owners for making our stay such a memorable one.

This penthouse condo provides amazing views of the ocean, sunset and stars at night. The owner obviously takes pride in providing a turn key experience by providing a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella and much more. The manager was very response in answering a couple of questions we had. Location is superb in that it is so close to grocery store, food trucks and a number of restaurants.
Only downside is the current construction activity. We we forewarned and expected some noise. Fortunately, the noise was minimal and didn't bother us too much. If you are considering staying at the Mahana, make sure and inquire in advance about the construction.

This was a perfect place to start our honeymoon. The condo had everything we needed and more. The views were unmatched— it felt like we were actually on the sea. We could see turtles and coral from our lanai.
One hint: the grocery across the way is crowded, chaotic, erratically stocked and very expensive. It’s worth a stop at Costco or Safeway for essentials. The food trucks are fantastic!

The condo and view are both stunning. It’s short drive from Lahaina in one direction and several awesome snorkel spots in the other. Alicia is an awesome host and made sure everything went smoothly for us. You can see for miles across the ocean and I’m sure during whale season, it is very easy to see lots of them.

Overall, this was a great place for my wife and I to stay in Maui. Spectacular views from the 12th floor provided us the ability to watch the whales jumping. Steps to the beach, very clean and well appointed property. Owners and staff did an excellent job of communicating with us leading up to, and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place and will plan on staying here again in the future.

The pictures and description can’t even do justice to this condo. It’s a stone’s throw from the lanai to the ocean. Top floor (12th), and still you can hear the waves at night. The view is amazing....Lanai to the left, Molokai to the right. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked for everything. Quiet, very nice bed. Even Ziplocs! Alicia was so kind and attentive. We look forward to coming back next year.

We booked this place fully expecting amazing views and were still blown away! The property is very close to the beachfront. Add in the elevated views from the top floor and it’s like you’re on a cruise ship sitting right on top of the water. Extremely easy to get in and out, simple parking and close proximity to everything. This was the ultimate home base for my wife and I during our vacation in Maui.

We loved our stay in Suite 1218. The air conditioning, size, extras like umbrellas and chairs, and the VIEW made it an excellent place for our Maui trip. The view is even more incredible in person than it looks in the photos. We would sometimes hang out in our condo during the day because it was so scenic. The lanai was really big and nice as well. The bed was on the softer side (noted in case you have a preference one way or another). We loved coming back here each day. Highly recommend, it is an incredibly special listing. Definitely worthy of a honeymoon or other big ticket trip.
