SPALLING REPAIRS REPORT: PLEASE READ!
AS IN PRIOR SPALLING EFFORTS, THE PLAN IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO THE MAGNITUDE OF THE DAMAGE UNCOVERED, THE WEATHER, ETC.
Work on our tower's 17 stack on the Ocean side (1117 is in this stack) is planned to start mid-August, 2021, and ending around the middle of November, 2021. This is when there will be ropes and scaffolding in front of all units ending with a 17. With this said, there will be work on the stacks close to stack 1117 on either side starting the end of July, 2021, and ending mid-December, 2021. Although sight of the ocean may not be impeded, there will be noise associated with it They will also work on the mountain side of Mahana. with actual work on stack 17 beginning mid-November and ending late December, 2021. This is the plan, BUT THESE PLANS FREQUENTLY CHANGE! I will try to keep this information updated as best I can, so if you have a question don't hesitate to ask me, either by message or by phone. IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Completing the state of Hawaiʻi’s Safe Travels Hawaiʻi program application form, uploading COVID-19 test result or vaccination record document (if applicable) and obtaining your QR code PRIOR TO departure will significantly reduce your airport screening and processing time at arrival.
Arriving travelers who do not provide a pre-flight Covid-19 negative test result or have proof of vaccination would still be required to complete the rigorous 10-day quarantine, and quarantine cannot be done at the condo unit. Please check out Hawaii's Covid-19 Updates at their Hawaii Tourism Authority site - Traveling to Hawaii & Inter-island. The site will also give you information on the approved testers. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU CHECK ON THE HAWAII TOURISM SITE, AS MUCH IS CHANGING WITH VACCINATIONS AND VACCINE CARDS.
Our staff takes pride in providing sparkling clean properties. Therefore, we have enhanced our already stringent cleaning protocols between guests. We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting and are using the recommended cleaning products. Specifically, we are performing an extra thorough clean of all commonly touched surfaces, such as remotes, switches and counter tops. We are washing all linens in the hottest possible setting. You will begin your Mahana tropical experience when you open the front door! From our ocean front condo on the 11th of 12 floors, you will see windows that go from the floor to the ceiling, & wall to wall in the living room. The Pacific Ocean is right there! On closer inspection, you will see the islands of Lanai'i to the south, Molokai'i to the north, beach going north towards Honokowai or south towards Black Rock. The lanai is fully fronted on the Pacific Ocean with access from both the living area and the bedroom through large wall to wall, ceiling to floor sliding-glass lanai doors. In the bedroom, this allows for a total view of the ocean when you wake up! This gives you the guaranteed view! Now the second part of the Mahana experience is the sound! Open the lanai door (either one of them or both!), and hear the Pacific Ocean kiss the beach that is literally a stone's throw away! A true delight for your senses!
Although a complete remodel was finished in January of 2011, we make various upgrades each year to keep it at its Premium Level.
There is porcelain flooring throughout the entire unit with custom built-in cherry wood and granite cabinetry in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the living room, as well as custom soffit light features in kitchen and living area.

A boardwalk starts just outside the Mahana, and ends at the Hyatt Regency – about 3 miles away. It goes through Whalers Village in the heart of Ka'anapali. On this walkway, there are parks, water activity rental kiosks, and restaurants, so driving isn't a necessity for a myriad of activities.
