The spalling repair project is an essential, critical, non-discretionary effort of the Mahana AOAO to maintain the structural integrity of our property. During this project, views could be impacted periodically and there will be noise during working hours. Please note: If Mahana staff, their engineers, or spalling repair workers need access to a unit, need the unit to be vacated during work hours, or need a guest moved for several days your cooperation is required.
