Loved the location, pool, and views especially from our condo! You can't beat the price and it allowed us to have a main base between Kapalua, north shore and road to Hana.
The AC struggles. That is not a problem though. We were gone most of the time.
Spent so much time on the lanai...dream view.
The area is quiet, easy going and property is very well kept. Check in is a breeze!!! There are grills, which we didn't get a chance to use, but looked nice. Everyone was very friendly and always greeted with aloha.
Everything was within walking distance, and took advantage of the nice paths to get some walking in..lots of trips to Dukes, and food trucks!
beach was amazing..waves crashing lulls you to sleep!
There was everything stocked, that we needed. another thing to note: there was an issue with the bathroom light staying lit. Told the property management team.They are very communicative!

The property was nice and right on the beach. Loved hearing the ocean all night. Amenities were good, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Room was clean and provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and an ice chest which was a nice touch.

Great experience at this property. The pictures are accurate and don't do the view justice. Everything was clean and as indicated. Easy access with quick elevators and ample parking. We watched several sea turtles from our lanai feeding daily. Great view of the sunset. Easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach.
There were two beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler for our use as well

They were doing major construction on the property. Right next door they started with chipping hammers. Noise was unberable.
This property should never had been listed.

We had a chance to stay at this great property. Its located right on the water with great views of the surrounding islands. I would recommend this place to anyone. We had a great stay and if we ever come back to this part of the island we will look to see if this place is available.

My wife and I found this condo on VRBO, and fell in love with the views from the condo. We arrived, and it was as advertised and anticipated. Very spacious for a couple, with a bedroom separate than the living room and kitchen. (We didn't want a studio). It was more modern than most other units, and it was very clean and appealing. We enjoyed that they provided beach chairs and a cooler, as we were at the beach almost everyday. The condo made are 1 year anniversary extra special, especially with sunset views from the bedroom.

We just finished 10 days in this property - we really enjoyed the unit, location, view and amenities. It had everything we needed with beautiful views. We had a couple of minor maintenance items and the on-call team handled them within hours (great service). We will look to booking this unit again in the future. Two small suggestions (that would not hamper a future booking for us) - need a light on the balcony and a lounger/loveseat on the balcony. Thank you !!

Because of construction on the southern tower, we were dubious our stay in the north tower would be impacted, but it wasn’t at all. Everything was as good or better than promised… The pool and hot tub were well maintained, as was the whole property. Our view was spectacular and few other buildings are as close to the ocean!

My 2 friends and I found this place to be perfect for our 6 night stay. The room was just as pictured on the website. The bed and even the pullout couch were very comfortable. This property is located on a quieter end of the beach. It has access to a nice beach walk that goes past many of the other resorts. The property was also very clean. For all of us it was all about those ocean views……SPECTACULAR

We had some great sunset views and could hear the waves at night which was soothing. Very clean condo with pretty much everything you could need. Very happy with this condo and really can't say anything negative at all. It is clean, beautiful and a great location.

We stayed for 2-weeks and everything was as advertised.
Make sure you have your code handy when you arrive from a day of travel. And by "handy" I mean write it on your hand. :D
One floor higher to get past the palms and beyond sight of guests on the grounds would be nice but still a great view.
Look for the "green flash" at sunset.
The cookware for making meals is all there. The non-stick pans are marked up from the use of metal utensils (bad renter!). Use of a cooking spray (or butter... butter is better) is needed.
If you are used to a cutlery set of sharp knives you are going to be disappointed. The chef knife is missing half the grip, all of the non-serrated knives are badly dinged. Also, "stainless" is not "stainproof"... even a stainless steel knife is capable of rust and careless users have not always taken care to dry the knives. Again... bad renter!
The cupboards are are pretty spartan. There was salt, an nice pepper mill, Italian seasonings, a small bottle of olive oil, and cooking spray. If you have a favorite spice mix for a meal you intend to make bring it in a zip lock bag.
There wasn't any foil in the condo and a roll was really pricey so you might want to bring a few sheets to do fish on the grill. I pan fried ono and mahi-mahi and it was delicious!
Prop the door open and open up the lanai for a bit to evacuate the cooking odors.
I had to fix the seal on the coffee maker as it got knocked out of place. No big deal, however, the first time I pulled the pot out while brewing I made a bit of a mess. I used to own this drip coffee maker and my recommendation is to walk to Cruzin' Cafe for your fix. Coffee, pastries, and food is great and the staff is super.
The grills by the pool are excellent for steaks and fish that is firm enough (The Fish Market, Maui).
Take care to firmly shut the door on the dishwasher as it can leak due to user error. :p
You might want to bring your own dishwasher and laundry pods.
Vanity and bathroom were nice. Shower/tub had a nice ledge and plenty of water pressure. No need to run the water to get it hot as it's nearly instant.
Had to reset that Wifi a few times. Even routers and modems aren't perfect in paradise.
Take your shoes off when entering and use the broom regularly or you'll wind up w/ sand in the bed. We put pool towels by the bed to aid in sand management.
The beach chairs and cooler (3 cold packs in the freezer) in the closet are a very nice add.

We had the most amazing stay! The location is great, the views are incredible, and the condo has been tastefully decorated and designed with all the amenities we needed. We definitely want to come back!
