Let me start by saying we are not condo people. But for a condo, this was nice! There is a gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio, that seems very private until you hear the neighbor next to you belching. I guess that is part of condo life! We also had much noise from the neighbors above us on our last night (it sounded like an aerobics class from 1:00 am to 5:00 in the morning!) If that had happened our first night we would
have checked out and stayed elsewhere. Fortunately, the sound of the ocean drowns out most noise, and that part was lovely. The unit itself is tiny (very small bathroom!) but was nice. We did buy some tropical flowers to spruce it up since it was a bit stark in ambiance (but at least not tacky on decor). Be aware that that kitchen has nothing other than plates, utensils and pans. No salt, pepper, coffee, etc. The kitchen was helpful for light breakfast but I don’t think you could actually cook a meal there. The condo complex is pretty and the pool looked nice and the location is good. Plenty of easy parking which was appreciated. Property manager was attentive and check in directions we rather lengthy and confusing but it all worked. I would not stay here again but it wasn’t horrible either. Just not quite the experience we were looking for.

Condo is equipped with outdated appliances, floor was dirty, patio doors was difficult to open, kitchen silverware was incomplete, Tv was broken, and it appears that unit management is fair at best. Will not come back.

This unit had everything we could have wanted and more! The views were amazing and almost felt like it was right on the water. A beautiful long sandy beach and boardwalk connects to lots of other resorts so there were many options for dinner or drinks. The pool area was a quiet refuge to tan on a lounge chair or unwind at the end of the day. We will come again!

I could not recommend this condo more! The pictures are fabulous but they don't do it justice. Everything that everyone else has said is spot on. The views are fantastic. We came in February and sat on the balcony watching whales day and night. They swim so close to the shore that we rarely even used the binoculars we brought with us. The condo is spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. The outdoor pool is heated and so nice, as is the outdoor spa. We used both every evening. The property is quiet. This is truly a wonderful spot - close distance to shops, restaurants, etc. I am already looking at dates for my next trip!

My wife and I went to Maui for our 26 year wedding anniversary. The Mahana was a amazing place to stay. The condo was great and the view off the balcony was so amazing pictures don't do it justice. Everytime we looked outside it was stunning and the sunsets were breathtaking. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to Maui. Aloha!

My husband and I just got back from celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary on Maui. This condo was perfect. When we booked the condo, we thought the pictures were too good to be true. But the truth is, the REAL view is even better than the pictures! Everything about this condo was perfect...the location, the view, the cleanliness, and the owners. Be sure to make note of the gate code. It will make walking to the beachwalk a breeze. And be sure to try Duke's!

This was our first trip to Maui. We had looked at many properties, weighed pros/cons to VRBO on a resort or condo. The location of this property in West Maui could not have been more perfect. This studio was renovated, cleaned and had the perfect view of the ocean and the turtles. We would definitely stay here again!

We have already rebooked this unit for next year. Words cannot express the view from the lanai, you are definitely ocean front. It was incredible to have coffee in the morning & watch the sun come up on Molokai & Lanai. We saw whales all day, every day. The property itself was very nice. We found it quiet, except for the construction noise, which was tolerable & not every day. The unit was fairly equipped for preparing meals. There is a grocery store just a short walk away. We loved our time here & cant wait to come back!

This was the perfect getaway for 2! Love the location, the views, the sunsets, convenience of a kitchen/washer/dryer; everything was great! Construction was taking place on the other building, but did not disturb us (sound of the ocean covered most noise, construction or otherwise). A little bit of a walk (or short drive) to get to sandy beaches for swimming, but that suited us just fine. Would definitely stay here again!

The unobstructed ocean view from the patio and from the bed is amazing. The bed is comfy and the condo is clean and updated. Great location -- walking distance to great beaches, snorkeling (Airport Beach), restaurants, and the grocery store. The pool isn't fancy, but was very nice. Didn't hear the construction from the building next door. We want to go back!

Everything we came back from a trip, we went "Ahhhhh, that view..." the studio was lovely. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos but I was still able to swim some laps in it early in the morning. Loved that we were in walking distance to the Farmer's market and fish market.
The renovations are still going on and it was a bit noisy in the morning after 8 am. Sleeping in would be challenging. Wasn't an issue for us since we were up at 6 usually.
We loved the place and will be back!
