First off, the views of the water, sunsets and the sound of the waves was top notch. The condo was well appointed with most everything you would need and conveniently located around shops, food/grocery and just a few steps from the beach. The condo itself could use a little updating, but the building was very well maintained and very quiet. It was the right size for a family of 4 with the pullout. Some of the beach chairs were broken or non-functional (zippers were corroded), but none of that stopped us from having a great time!

Super spacious and perfect for two people. It's right on the water and you get amazing sunsets. Great location, your steps away from the beach. Right on the boardwalk that goes down towards Lahaina and you can easily pop in to the resorts/restaurants along the way. Pool area was nice and well maintained as was the entire property. The place was perfectly appointed, updated, and maintained. AC was really nice after coming back from a long day on the beach! Definitely plan to come back soon

I rate this beautiful condo 10 stars!! One of the best places and locations to stay for your vacation in Maui.
I normally don't leave reviews but this place was prrrfect.
Let me start by saying that Ryan and Emmett are very efficient in their communication, they respond within minutes. They are gracious, check in process is communicated the day before you arrive, no stress, just a code to get in.
The entire location and building is beautiful, quiet and tucked away but accessible to food trucks, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The reception and hosts are all very sweet and answer anything that you may need.
When you walk into the space, be prepared to be WOW'd because you are in a home away from home. Everything was clean, organized and it had everything you need: utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, blender, seasoning, clean towels and bedding. AND THE BED WAS SUPER COMFY.
Your view: the ocean and palm trees blowing in the wind, from the living room, bedroom and the patio. It is truly serene and peaceful. You have everything you need for any water activity: snorkel gear, boogy boards, beach chairs and towels. So convenient! If the waves are to heavy, you have access to the heated pool and jacuzzi, which is truly lovely.
There is also a parking spot waiting for you if you rented a car like we did.
This place made our stay SO memorable. The sunsets, falling to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and seeing every star in the sky to waking up to the beautiful sunrise and birds chirping was more than what we could have asked for.
JUST book it if you want an easy, beautiful and memorial experience! The photos keep us wishing we were back.

After searching websites for months, selected this property because of the photos showing it being ocean front. Well, we were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and experienced the view! The entire property was fabulous in every way. The representatives, Ryan and Emmett were prompt, professional, and attentive. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable. Hope to get back to stay there again in the future.

Loved this condo. The size if perfect for two or four adults. It has everything we needed including some beach chairs, snorkeling gear and etc. The view of the ocean is perfect. Very close to the water. We saw whales from our balcony. Lots of sitting room on the balcony along with table and chairs for dining. We highly recommend this property.

The views from the unit are spectacular! When we arrived everything was clean an orderly, had a question about something we were looking for and the manager responded to us promptly. The pool and spa area are quiet and very well kept. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing 7 day stay here. The place is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures! But even the pictures don’t do it justice. The condo had everything! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkeling mask and fins. It also had insulated tumblers and everything you need to cook etc. Emmett was amazing. He accommodated us both in check in and check out. We arrived early and flew out late. His response time is less than 15 min when you text him with any questions. And he is super helpful with recommendations.
The condo is on the end of Kaanapali so it’s not super busy or crowded at all. I give the condo a 10/10! The bed super comfortable and the shower was better than the spa showers at most high dollar resorts! Only bad part was having to leave.
So if you want to have amazing accommodations with a sunset view every night this is your place. As for us we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for just shy of 2 weeks. It was a perfect landing pad for us. The condo is well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The beach/ocean is directly outside your window and it is on a quieter part of Ka’anapali with easy access to the more populous areas. Food carts and a grocery store are a short walk away and there are several restaurants close in too. When we had a couple of little issues but contact with the property manager was easy. Emmett was very responsive and took quick action. We were so grateful for his help.
We really had no complaints at all and will look to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be any happier to have chosen this property to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary! The place is exceptionally clean and the location is super duper peaceful! The only sound we hear is the crashing of waves and the chirping of birds! We had a front seat view of the majestic ocean and sunset everyday for 5 days! We enjoyed our early daily walks in the longest beach line . There is not a traffic of people- just bliss!
The host provided all basic and beach necessities such as the beach chairs!
The host provided good directions and recommendations on where to shop and dine. We were given a list of numbers for commendable restaurants and island activities!
Ryan answered all my emails in a heartbeat! There is nothing that isn’t perfect to our stay!

Very nice unit that appeared on line to be slightly more upscale than it was. Bed pillows could be updated/replaced; we were told bath products were being tested so we didn’t bring any, and turns out quantities were quite small for two people; one bedside lamp is missing turn-on switch, and light had to be controlled by wall switch at doorway. Overall, v nice place that could use minor attention.

this condo was sparkling clean and in a fantastic location far enough away from the crazy crowds towards the center of Kaanapali but close enough that you could easily walk to the action if that's what you wanted. The Mahana is on the north end and just at the start of the Kaanapali walkway. The bed was very comfortable and the manager was quick to answer any questions we had. The owner/manager didn't miss a beat in supplying any beach toys (snorkel gear/beach chairs/boogie boards/etc were all in the condo!) and the condo was very comfortable overall. You can not get any closer to the water front! Highly recommend and hope to have the chance to stay there again in the near future.

When my husband and I walked into this condo, our jaws dropped! What an amazing view! The pictures on the listing really don't do it justice. The lanai is huge! That wall of windows is stunning and the condo itself was amazing! We loved this condo; absolutely beautiful! Everything about it was perfect! The condo is located near shops, food and food trucks, everything. Our communication with Ryan and Emmett was excellent. Both were quick to respond and insanely helpful! While we absolutely loved this condo and the group that manages it, we didn't love staying in Kaanapali itself. We stayed in Kihei for the first part of our trip and preferred that part of the island. Staying in Kaanapali added about 30-45 minutes to our drive anytime we wanted to do anything other than our whale watching trip in Lahaina. Kaanapali was also VERY touristy.

We had a great stay in this unit while in Maui. Everything you could ever want or need was provided in the unit. We were close to everything which made things especially convenient. An oceanfront location was especially nice as my husband and I fell asleep to the sound of the waves on our first day. We were sent some recommendations of luaus and where to eat which we took advantage of with reservations. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this unit as this was a great way to spend our 20th anniversary/Christmas trip. We will be back!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Ryan's property. Such dream like views of the ocean and a prime location - steps to the beach and short walking distance to other resorts. The entire home decor was updated, air condition was a huge plus and the provided beach towels, chairs and snorkel set was ideal. Only drawback, better directions to the property as we had to ask three properties before getting to the correct site during the evening hours. Ryan thank you for letting us rent your property. I would highly recommend your home and hopefully we will return soon. It was a great place to start and end our day!

This property is in a quiet condo building that is very well maintained. The unit was clean, all appliances, accessories and fixtures were in great working order. For my partner and I, this was a perfect place to get away. Minutes drive from Kaanapali Whalers village, golf and tennis, the location could be closer to amenities, but I welcome the distance because it’s further from the big crowds too. I would definitely stay here again.

After having to reschedule our vacation twice due to Covid we finally arrived! The unit is perfectly appointed from kitchen appliances and utensils to an awesome beach closet. We were thrilled to find everything we would need for our daily beach outings!
The bed and seating area were quite comfortable and the balcony was perfect for breakfasts and tropical cocktail sunsets🍹.
All in all it was the everything we were hoping for. We love the Mahana snd can’t wait until
our next vacation, *We had made several reservations for our favorite restaurants prior to our arrival. The concierge offered great advice for getting in where you don’t have a reservation. Early arrival at the bar generally got us seated at the 5pm hour!

We have stayed at the Mahana many times over the years in a variety of different units. This unit did not disappoint. You are so close to the ocean you get real life wave crashing music to put you to sleep. ;) The photos are accurate and what you will get. The furniture is very comfortable which is not always the case in condo rentals. It was stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc...The management team was 5 star. We would stay here again 100%.

This condo MADE our stay in Maui. Unreal views of the ocean and the sunset every night. Close to the beach. And it has everything from a washer/dryer to beach chairs to a really nice kitchen. The building amenities are really nice as well - great concierge and pool. Also, the location can't be beat - it's northern ka'anapali which means it's not near all the busy-ness just a few miles to the south but close enough that you can get to it easily if you want. We stayed here a week and then did a resort, but, honestly, we should have just stayed here the entire time.

We were extremely happy with our rental. The floor to ceiling windows with oceanfront views are breathtaking! We enjoyed sunsets from our balcony every night. The place is well stocked with all you need and very nicely decorated. Some of the units in the other tower were under construction so there was a bit of noise but completely understandable. It's nice to see they keep up the units :) The pool obviously doesn't compare to resort pools but was still nice to swim in and gives you full oceanfront views as well. Staff in the lobby was very nice and the location is just steps away from Duke's if you take a stroll down the beach. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back. Our contact Emmet was very quick with all response as well.

Amazing view of the ocean! Steps to the beach, although the ocean comes right up to shore so just enough room to walk along the sand. Walking distance to Dukes restaurant which is great.
The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is great. The balcony facing the ocean is a great place to drink morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. Highly recommend this place!

This condo has a comfortable, homey, beach vibe. It has access to the quiet side of the beach which is nice since further down it gets really crowded. We saw sea turtles from the second floor lenai which was awesome! For nights when nobody wants to cook there are food trucks in a parking lot just down the road, or restaurants across the street. Check in was simple with the instructions we were emailed before arrival. Even though we didn’t need to contact anyone while we were there, I was confident Emmett was available if we needed him. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! The host, Emmott, was so accommodating and helped us out in a jam. The condo itself is absolutely stunning and waking up right on the ocean is so nice. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, a cooler, and some mats available for use in the closet, which was a great surprise and made our experience even better. The area it is located in has a lot of resorts and places to eat, plus it is close to Slaughterhouse Beach which has awesome snorkeling and sea turtles! Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property.

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures! Everything inside is pristine, well decorated and well stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie board, etc. The view could not be better and the generous deck has comfortable furniture - you may not want to leave from there. If you do, the beach is not crowded and the water is calm enough to swim. The location is close enough to Kaanapali but just far enough away from the busiest areas to feel a little more of the local flavor. We would stay here again in a minute!!
