This ocean front condo has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. You'll love the prime location of this corner unit, with privacy, no noise from the neighbors and pool views. From the spacious lanai you can relax, sip your delicious Maui coffee provided in your welcome gift, take in the magnificent sunsets, as well as spot turtles and watch whales breach during the winter months.
Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the impressive flat screen TV, all with ocean and tropical views every way you look. The sectional also converts to a Queen sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house and features gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops. The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is in close proximity to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You can walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, farmer's market, and local grocery store. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. The sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles!
My Perfect Stays provides the condo with one beach chair per guest as well as a cooler for your use during your visit. In addition, they provide a one-time complimentary starter supply kit of all-natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.
There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Condo is spacious and gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and well organized with everything you need and more. Views are amazing with this corner unit. You can see all the way to Black Rock. There were so many turtles in the water below that you could see from the floor to ceiling window or lanai. Highly recommend this condo and will certainly book here again!

This was my first trip to Hawaii and I was so glad I booked this unit! It was everything you could want in a place to stay! Almost every window has an ocean view and is decorated perfectly. I will definitely be back to rent this unit and have recommended to anyone I know going! The location is great and I just can’t say enough how perfect it was for us! Thank you for a great stay. This unit is more than stunning! The view is not obscured in any way and you’re able to watch sea turtles and whales from the lanai. We had our son and his girlfriend come with us for a pre baby vacation and wanted to spoil them with what a tropical vacation Maui has to offer and this unit surpassed all of our expectations. This unit is very well stocked, to include basic seasonings, oils and coffee. We ate out more than cooking but to some that could be nice to find.
This condo is not your typical resort, so plan for the basic pool and hot tub but the room makes up for the lack of amenities.
We will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Maui!!

Although the views from this condo are fabulous, and the unit itself is as represented in the photos, I simply cannot recommend it until the vast current construction project is done. It will not come as a surprise that the description understates the level of construction that is going on in the building. The entire strip of units next door to the corner units is boarded up and drilling and grinding is taking place daily in those units. This makes it very difficult to stay in the condo during the day. Given the amount of construction material in the parking lot, I would assume that the project will continue at least to the end of September, if not well into October.
Prior to booking, I suggest you call the complex and get an update of where the work is occurring.
With construction, I give it 2 stars; without construction, 4 because of the amazing view.
