~Come Feel The Warmth~ *2021 Summer & Fall Construction/Spalling Sale! Hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday but can start as early at 7 AM in order to work when winds are low. No work on the weekend or Holidays. Man lifts will be going up and down in front of the unit or near it. No movement after 4:30 Chipping and grinding on the surface of the building will take place and heard intermittently during the day. Concrete repairs will take place at any and all of the affected areas. Painting of any repaired areas will take place. At times, the lanai may be closed for the day while workers are working on it. Such lanai's reopen after work is completed for the day. If the lanai is not being worked on it will remain open. Ground floor units will not be closed however access to the grass will be roped off for safety reason during work hours. We do not know if or when your lanai will be closed at this time. If your dates fall into the time frame the stack is being worked on, your lanai may need some repairs or waterproofing and could possibly be closed. It could be closed during the day from time to time and/or it could be closed the entire duration. Work access is typically done from the outside with hoists, however there may be times where workers will need access through the unit. Daily cleaning of the lanai while working in your location will take place but may not be perfect. With all construction, there are some unknowns to possible damage that had not originally been documented until it has been re-inspected. This could result in a lanai being closed for additional time. The Complete Maui Experience! It has a king-size bed with with a new mattress and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a new 8 inch mattress! The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, starter size shampoo/conditioner and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels and a cooler. The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and one in the bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and a docking station. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The unit is approximately 932 square feet and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.
