This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The lanai was my favorite spot. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing. Parking was easy everyday. The only fault was the oven didn’t work. But the oven guy showed up to fix it so I’m sure it’s perfect for the next guest. Definitely would stay there again!!

Condo was just like advertised. We were lucky to watch Monk Seals and Whales from the balcony. Will stay here again. The only draw back was that all the blinds didn’t close in the living room. Made for a very warm afternoon. It would of also been a problem had we had to use the pullout couch at night.

We were looking for a place with a view and beach front and this place did not disappoint!! We would literally sit on the lanai just mesmerized with the waves and whale sightings. It was clean and modern and would definitely return. The location was great as well. Food trucks were very close and we enjoyed more than one meal at Dukes next door. We did. It want to leave!

(Review age 35-40) This place was amazing - modern, renovated, clean, and the best views for whale watching possible. Our parents also stayed in the Mahana, and though they may have paid a little less, their place was very outdated (think 80’s chic) - so it was worth it for us. The views are to die for, and looking down Kaanapali beach, you’ll notice that these condos are closer to the beach/water than any other condo/resort. Definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on day trips to Lahaina, but if you just want to relax on the beach or on the lanai watching whales and honu, or taking a leisurely stroll with you feet in the sand for miles of amazing beachfront with periodic hops to bars for mai tais…this is your place. The amenities are all there, to include wine fridge and rain-shower head. Recommend bringing a portal speaker for music as the only player in the condo is a cd/aux-in player. We will be going back!!

The view from lanai was incredible. Also view from front window was great!!! The condo was great has everything you need . We enjoyed our time there. Yes it’s a little worn in places like carpet tile had some cracks but if you have lots of people using it a lot there are bound to be wear and tear. We enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful condo as pictured. Amazing location w/beautiful views, nice pool, good beaches, and nice bbqs.
Only recommendation would be a few more linens (i.e. sheets, towels, and pillow cases) in the unit.
Had a little communication difficulties w/the property management before we arrived and were trying to find out about the impacts of construction on your lanai/unit (i.e., never received a response w/specifics) but it turned out fine as the construction was on the back of the building.
Would very much recommend the unit and the property overall.

My wife and I loved this condo! The photos of the oceanview is 100% accurate and beautiful! Kitchen is stocked and we were able to cook dinner one night. Pool area was nice, location was perfect (just a short <4min walk to a GREAT beach).

Overall great experience. The place was clean for the most part and accurately shown in pictures. I just wish this property wasn’t listed through vacasa. They were hard to work with. I had to reach out and call for check in info a few hours before our check in time because they did not send it to me. View is un beatable and the location is amazing. Definitely satisfied with this condo!

My boyfriend and I came here for a few days after a week with friends at a home nearby. The views from just walking in the door were breathtaking.
We spent each morning drinking our coffee in front of the windows watching sea turtles in the surf. In the evenings, we’d watch the sunset with a cocktail. Home was cozy and nice to relax in after a day at the beach.
If you want some fresh fish to cook, be sure to check out the Fish Market Maui nearby. The Time Market close by is ok for groceries but not fresh fish. Already looking to come back next year!

We absolutely loved this place while in Maui. It was central to everything. About 45 minutes from OGG. The views were fantastic. Easy access to the ocean and pool. The grounds were very nice. The receptionists at the front desk were always so friendly and greeted us each time we walked by. Definitely will stay here again!

The room was clean and nicely update. The construction of the building didn’t bother us at all. The view of the beach is amazing, you can watch sail boats pass by in the morning while drinking your coffee on the balcony. Definitely recommend this place.

Walking distance to Duke’s, Food trucks and Times shopping center. Pool clean and area well organized. Beach is beautiful but with coral reef so a bit challenging to get in. Property clean, AC runs very well and views are spectacular from every room. Most importantly bed and mattress very comfortable and we slept like babies listen to waves at night with lanai door open.

Very spacious with an absolutely breathtaking view! The pool is great and it has a back entrance to the beach. It’s not cheap but it’s the best deal for what you are getting, and you are getting a lot! Beautiful condo with lots of space and items provided. I highly recommend it.

Being awakened at 7:30am on your 25th wedding anniversary trip by a jackhammer is not our idea of a relaxing vacation. Owners may want to consider blacking dates out that involve construction. The noise was deafening and we literally could not stay in the unit during those hours.

My wife an I visited for our 25th wedding anniversary and this unit was the perfect spot. Unmatched views from the balcony, quiet, about a mile from the hubbub of Kaanapali Beach, floor to ceiling glass windows, updated kitchen and bath. We couldn’t have asked for more. Great place to stay.

The very best thing about this apartment is the view from the floor to ceiling windows and the ocean just steps away. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good kitchen, clean, and enjoyable. The A/C could hardly keep up with the heat coming through the windows so plan on keeping those blinds down during the afternoon hours. The community pool and hot tub are super ordinary. The scenic north section of the Ka'anapali boardwalk is just steps away and you can walk for miles.

We loved the condo the moment we stepped into it. The view is gorgeous, of course, but the furnishings were very clean and comfortable. In fact, one of the more comfortable beds and pillows we've had on vacation. We had a slow drain in the bathroom sink, but the plumber came very quickly when reported. It's perfect for a couple.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The Mahana is beautiful and very quiet which was just what we wanted since it was our trip together without kids! We watched sea turtles off the lanai each morning. There are beautiful snorkeling beaches and great restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved being able to snorkel right near our building. We just walked down a little bit where there weren’t any rocks and saw a lot of fish! Even an eel! The condo’s views are AMAZING!! Loved our stay here!! Will come back if we get the chance!!

Mahana #314 was incredible. The views were more beautiful than the pictures and the condo was perfect - clean, updated and lovely. The location gave us lots of privacy but was within an easy walk to Whalers Village and restaurants. The management company was professional and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We will be back for sure!

Amazing views of the ocean from bedroom, lanai, and living room. Very spacious for a couple, large king size bed, and small stackable washer and dryer. Kitchen plates, cups, utensils, and pots/pans are all there for light to medium cooking. Appreciated the towels and beach towels as well. Unit is privately owned and appears recently renovated and clean upon arrival. Although property is next to the water, it still gets hot in Maui so we enjoyed the cool A/C inside. Property is as close as you can get to the ocean. Plenty of unassigned parking.
Downside is that area directly in front of property is very rocky and not suitable for swimming. You will need to walk south along the beach to find a more sandy beach area. There is a nice paved pathway setup from Mahana all the way down the other properties. Other properties down the path have more of a resort feel with hotel type restaurants and fancy pools. Overall great stay but be aware this is not a fancy resort with a spa/bell boy/bars/valet etc, there is a concierge next to the front desk for booking excursions.

We were very pleased with Mahana 314! The sunsets from our room were spectacular and the unit was clean with nice furnishings. The king size bed was very comfortable, which is a big plus in any condo. We had stayed at the Mahana before, but in a studio, and the extra space in a one bedroom is so much nicer. The view is excellent, I can't say how much we enjoyed staying in the property. It is close to great food, shopping and activities in Lahaina.

I think when people go to Hawaii they want to get a condo with a great view of the ocean. Well, look no further. This condo is everything it says it is and more. Pictures can't describe the view you get from your lanai. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed in it including spices. Highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!!

This was our third visit to the Mahana property. Our unit had outstanding amenities that were provided free of charge. We did a lot of cooking and having the necessary spices, foil, saran wrap and baggies saved us from having to buy them just for a 9 day stay. We also really enjoyed the "pay it forward" bottle of wine that we opened as soon as we walked into the condo after a looonnnggg trip from Florida. That was very much appreciated. It was special to be able to eat all our meals on the lanai. Such a gorgeous view is why I love to stay at this property. The furnishings were superb and I appreciate the effort made by the owners to make their unit one of the best available in the one bedroom Mahana category. I would certainly recommend this unit and give it 5 stars!
We enjoyed a few dinners at Dukes, but would also highly recommend the Fish Market just down the street from the Times grocery. You can buy gourmet "carry-out" dinners prepared by a former chef at Mama's Fish house. The quality of the food is excellent and you can't beat eating out on the lanai with a nice bottle of wine and candles. Truly a special experience.

The condo was exactly as pictured on the web page. We were not disappointed, and the view was outstanding. It was well appointed with everything we could want. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We liked the location for walking to restaurants and shopping at Whaler's Village. When too tired to walk back we took the free trolley. Duke's Restaurant is right next door and has a good happy hour. Also Times Market is across the street and good place to buy groceries. We loved eating on the lanai. We're returning next year.

The Condo was exactly as described, beautifully furnished and with a wonderful view of he ocean.
We found that the snorkelling at Airport beach and Kapalu Bay was excellent and safe. We naturally enjoyed Dukes but found that "the best bang for your buck" was at the Brew Pub located in a small shopping centre about a mile down the highway. Times was an excellent place to buy your groceries. We would definitely recommend This condo to friends and family, although we do prefer to rent directly from the owner rather than through a rental agency.
