Mahana 919 is a spacious corner unit with one of the most outstanding views at the Mahana and on the island - It is also one of the nicest places to stay! This condo is on the south west corner of the building which means you will not only have the gorgeous west ocean views but THE UNOBSTRUCTED SOUTH FACING OCEAN SHORELINE VEWS TOO! Standing at the window, you feel as though you are floating above the ocean with Black Rock and Lanai to the South and Molokai to the North. Watch the whales from December through mid April right from the living room chairs or the lanai. (seriously!)

The counter tops are black absolute granite and the cabinets have a luxurious, tasteful tropical feel. All appliances are top of the line, including the SubZero refrigerator/freezer. The whole unit has Italian floor tile and new designer area carpets in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room furniture has also been updated with ultra comfy Tommy Bahama swivel window chairs and sofa. You wont be able to resist taking a nap on this luxurious couch while you listen to the waves crash on the beach below!

Enjoy the sunset each evening on the private lanai - no annoying metal bars to peek through.....The resort also has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court/pickle ball and shuffleboard. There are tennis racquets and balls in the condo for our guests to use, along with beach chairs, beach towels and coolers.
Amazing soft sand for walks and beautiful coral reef for incredible snorkeling are right outside the door. In fact you only need to look out the window to see one of my favorite spots to snorkel. If the water is calm, get your suit on and you'll be there in minutes!
Duke's Beach House Restaurant is an easy walk (you can see Duke's from the south-facing windows in the condo), as well as many other resort and local restaurants.
Amenities include free parking, WiFi, tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, pool towel service, shuffleboard and a barbecue area.
The shopping complex across the street has a wonderful grocery store, subway, pizza, coffee.....Even a place for manicures! Only a few blocks north and you will find the Farmers Market, Snorkel Bobs, the Fish Market and many apparel and souvenir shops.
This property is very unique on Maui - although there are many beautiful places to stay, luxury ocean front properties like this are hard to find!

I MOST LIKELY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE BOOKING IF YOUR DATES CREATE A GAP THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO FILL! If you have flexibility with your dates, an inquiry with suggestion of flexibility is most helpful! I require a 5 night minimum - and generally stay away from reservations that create gaps less than 5 nights. Exceptions can occur though, when I have vacancies within 2 weeks.
