The Mahana complex is doing some exterior spalling/concrete repairs to the building that are scheduled to be completed at the end of June. They are currently working on the oceanside of the building. The stack this unit is located in (#15) is scheduled to be completed April 12.
Currently, there is intermittent excessive noise while the work is being done. There also might be some work being done in front of the unit which could affect the view for part of the day but only during working hours(7:30-3:30).
They are getting towards the end of the project for our stack so hopefully the work being done will be more finishing work. They are doing some demo/drilling towards the other end of the building so there will still be some intermittent excessive noise FYI.
Repairs on the Oceanside of the 14 - 19 stacks are scheduled to be completed by the end of April. After the Oceanside work is completed , the work will move to the mountain side(walkway side) of the building on the opposite end of the building (#19 stack) and then back towards the other end( #11 stack). All mountainside repairs are scheduled to be completed at the end of June. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 3:30.
