OMG...don't hesitate, book this lovely condo. You already found paradise! Owner Ken was totally easy to communicate with and always responded to my messages. Had a couple of minor issues that were simple to get through. As others have stated, the view is mesmerizing. The resort is a perfect location being just past the busy beach boardwalk that we loved to use every day for morning walks. The condo is beautifully updated with all new modern appliances and attention to detail. Would never hesitate to come here again. Spent six weeks here, and totally felt like home. Thanks again Ken!

The condo was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the view is more than amazing, we felt like we were on top of the ocean. We saw whales and sea turtles almost every day right below us. The complex itself was also very well kept, and the pool was so nice and never crowded. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Maui.

The view from the floor to ceiling window in the living room, and the lanai, was spectacular. We saw dozens of whales every day. The property had easy on-site parking, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We took many walks along the beach, wading in the ocean. This property is a short drive to the main Ka'anapali resorts, shops and restaurants.

This property is fantastic!
Clean, stylish, centrally located.. And the view....it's amazing! We never even used the TVs. We stayed on the patio during most of or down time.
Jumping whales within 2 minutes of arrival....morning turtles below the balcony strong the coral and an endangered monk seal resting on the beach for most of an entire day. Wonderful!
Shops, restaurants and excursions are all very close.
We hope to stay here again next year!!

This place is very nice. We felt comfortable throughout the clean and modern condo. It has a great kitchen, bathroom, the lanai has an amazing view if you want to be outside, or the living room enjoys floor to ceiling windows if you prefer to be in the air conditioning interior. Ken took care of any questions and concerns we had. Check-in and out were simple. We can’t wait to return to Maui.

This condo is exactly as pictured online. It is decorated beautifully and the views are AMAZING!! Absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching and Listening to the waves. We enjoyed watching the turtles every morning and evening as they wrestled with the waves. There is also a food truck court right near the condo. It was a perfect 2 week stay with perfect weather to celebrate our 40 years of marriage. We loved our stay here at this location and will book this condo again. All the amenities, bed, pillows, towels….. were everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Ken was a very responsive host and we had everything we needed. It was amazing. Book this condo and I know you will be pleased beyond all expectations.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and one truth I’ve discovered is that not all properties deliver what you see in pictures. Also, not all owners or managers care about the details, which can make a place feel like home to its visitors.
This condo 100% delivered in both respects! The show stopper was the breathtaking ocean views - truly what made the stay. The interior was very clean, modern, and well-appointed with quality linens for the master bed and the pullout bed in living room. The closet had 4 nice beach chairs, some beach toys for kids, and a raft. The bathrooms and kitchen was stocked with essentials to save you from needing to stop by ABC if you forgot anything, and there was detergent on hand for the washer. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed to find something in the condo, which was so helpful. The cherry on top is that the Mahana property itself was well- maintained and conveniently located on the north end of the beach boardwalk that stretches south to Kahekili Beach Park. Walking to Duke’s for dinner or taking a morning stroll along the water was a great feature!
Overall, just so many positives and thoughtful details that really elevated the stay! Would 100% return again!

This place is exactly as the picture shows and even better. A little larger and I would say we were more than impressed by the view! You can stand on the balcony in the afternoon and see the sea turtles swimming very close to the beach! My husband actually swam with one! Beautiful sunsets as well. Nothing but nice things to say about this place. We will definitely be coming back!

100% book this place! This property is a DREAM! It's as stunning in person as it is in the photos. My favorite memory of our trip was sitting on the amazing balcony watching the sun set into the ocean. The view is UNREAL. The host got ALL the details just right. Mattress, bedding, towels, shower, kitchen, living room... all high quality. And no skimping on paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc., - we had plenty for our whole stay! The check-in process was a breeze. Parking was easy. The building itself is great and felt very safe. Food trucks & grocery store nearby. Love, love, love! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I honeymooned here and we had a blast!! The room is just as gorgeous in person as they are in these pictures, might I say even more! This condo is exactly as pictured online. It is decorated beautifully and the views are stunning. I felt like I was on a cruise ship with the water right below. My husband and I enjoyed listening to the waves from the lanai and also during the night while sleeping. We could also see sea turtles right below us everyday. We loved walking every morning on the beach path. Whaler’s Village with shops and restaurants is about a two mile walk. There is also a food truck court right near the condo. It was a perfect week with perfect weather to celebrate an early milestone birthday. We loved our first trip to Hawaii and would want to book this condo again if we return. Ken was a very responsive host and we had everything we needed. It was amazing!

View is amazing, clean and well appointed. Great location…walkable via beach path to other resorts restaurants and Whalers Village (about 1.7 mi each way). Quiet complex with good parking, pool was quiet. We enjoyed watching the turtles from the Lanai around 11 everyday and the sound of the waves coming in. We would definitely stay here again if we return again without our kids!!

This beautiful condo had us absolutely speechless. Every detail of this place was so perfect. The second we walked in, we felt like we were in paradise. From the amazing floor to ceiling windows with incredible ocean views, to the modern appliances and amenities, this place has everything you are looking for. My now husband and I rented this condo while we got married here on the island and were extremely happy that we did! Any guest that we had stop by the unit fell absolutely in love with the space too. This place is stunningly beautiful and a short walk from amazing snorkeling. There is a food truck park close by that has a variety of food to choose for dinner to walk back and enjoy the sunset with from your private lanai. The boardwalk was a nice choice for a walk before breakfast at Dukes next door. Don’t look further- book this place now!

Spent a week in Maui with my wife and I don't think we could have chosen a nicer Condo! The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo itself was gorgeous. The property couldn't be any closer to the beach and ocean, barely more than a stone's throw from hitting the ocean. Unit is absolutely beautiful, very well furnished and decorated. Very comfortable king size bed. Great bathroom with very good water pressure. in room washer and dryer made staying a week very helpful. Kitchen is very well stocked with dinnerware. Outdoor balcony is spacious and very comfortable to sit and listen to the ocean. Very accommodating with 2 patio doors, from the living room and master bedroom.
Ken is fantastic host. VERY prompt in answering messages through the site/app.
Would and will recommend this condo to anyone coming to Maui.

Our experience at this property exceeded all of our expectations! Growing up, I stayed at the Mahana several times with my family, but I had never reserved a unit through VRBO. This was the best experience I’ve ever had here! Ken was so communicative, responsive, and kind throughout the whole process (even when we delayed our trip a year due to the pandemic). The unit is pristine and just above the palm trees so that you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much again, Ken!

This is an amazing condo. It was extremely clean. All the furnishing were high end. The bed was super comfortable. The views are AMAZING to say the least. We could barely pull ourselves off the balcony from watching whales and a turtle or two and even when we did we would find ourselves gazing out the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The entire complex was very nice and in a great location. It is only a short walk to Duke's which is a great place to eat. You can even snorkel this beach, just be careful where to enter the water as to not walk on the coral. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our time in Maui.

Comfortable and inviting; very comfortable bed; comfortable sofa bed; large LED TVs; nice kitchen. Only one unit past this one, so it is quiet. The living room is like being on the beach with air-conditioning. You can leave the bedroom door to the lanai open and fall asleep to the sounds of the surf. The owner is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this unit and will seek it out when we return to Maui

The views are beyond belief. You never get used to them or take them for granted. The lanai (patio) was wonderful for eating meals and watching the sunset. The Pool (heated) and hot tub were great and pool towels were provided at the pool. Everyone we met on the property (both working and staying there) were incredibly friendly. Gas grills on the property were immaculate and the place had tongs and spatulas. Bed was comfy but very tall (made it great for admiring the view). Appliances were all very nice and worth noting there was a filtered water dispenser inside the refrigerator. Location was wonderful, a quick drive to incredible snorkeling at Honolua Bay (best reef I’ve ever snorkeled), Lahaina, and lots of stores and places to eat (including walkable to food trucks). Parking was easy. This was our honeymoon and we are SO glad we got to spend it in this magical place. You won’t regret booking it.

This place is so lovely. Truly- better than pictures which is hard to believe. We've stayed at quite a few places and are usually disappointed with the beds- not here! So comfy and much appreciated after all our adventures. Ken is great! Everything was easy and well communicated. We have stayed at the Mahana before and can say this is the unit we'll be coming to again!

First, the view of the Mahana is pretty much picture perfect. If you haven't stayed at the Mahana, this property is incredible. Watch the sunset from your lanai with a glass of wine or cocktail. As the sun goes down between Lana'i and Moloka'i, the perfection of a Maui sunset is perfectly framed. We knew about Mahana views when we booked, but when that view is coupled and enhanced by the improvements that the owners have made to this particular unit... perfection. We only spent a few short days in the unit as we had a full week booked at another property. That said, we would have been very happy staying put for our entire trip.
Full disclosure there was some construction that was going on at the resort during our stay, but it was not too bad. Noise was kept to a minimum and only during daytime hours. Also, with a child in tow, the pool is not optimal for kids, but we knew all of that about the property going into it. We booked Mahana for the view and it did not disappoint. This unit/property are ideal for couples for that romantic getaway, honeymoon, etc.
What we did not expect was the attention to detail and high quality of the unit itself. All of the furnishings, appliances, fixtures and decor were high quality. No detail was missed. Pictures can be deceiving, but there's no trickery here! From the furniture to the dishware; the appliances and the beach/pool supplies; we found we didn't need a thing, something that is somewhat rare in vacation rentals. Pride of ownership shows throughout. Many times there is only so much you can do with a condo this size. This owner maximized every square inch of space, designed the space centered around the view and then spared no effort to ensure that anything that one could need was available in the unit.
Checkin is quick and effortless, key codes means no risk of losing keys... checkout was even easier, just walk out the door and the details are taken care of behind the scenes! This truly is Maui Nō Ka ʻOi. You will NOT be disappointed. This unit will not have much availability coming out of COVID - look no further, if this one is open, book it!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at the Mahana in unit 808. It is absolutely gorgeous- so tastefully remodeled and decorated! It was very warm and welcoming with everything you would need to feel at home. The view cannot be beat- you feel as if you are on a cruise ship, the ocean is so close! We spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai. It’s the perfect place to watch sunsets! Communication with the owner was great- he was efficient and thoughtful. If you are coming to Maui, the Mahana is truly a hidden gem. If you want a beautiful condominium, don’t look any further! Mahalo Ken!
