CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The Mahana Resort is currently in process of Lanai Waterproofing and spalling construction. The resort consists of 2) towers, work is still ongoing on the North Tower where Mahana 501 is located.
There is no work scheduled for this unit however work nearby is ongoing and may result in intermittent noise during work hours (Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, Sat 8:00am-3:30pm as needed.) Window washing has been suspended and views may be impacted. Lanai Waterproofing results in some odors which may be noticeable from nearby units.
Work has proceeded beyond the common areas (pool, hot tub etc.) however there may be some intermittent construction noise/disruption throughout the resort.
Mahana 501 boasts gorgeous views of both the tranquil blue Pacific Ocean and the lush West Maui Mountains. There is tasteful antique artwork and custom hand carved pieces by local artists throughout. The lanai has a ceiling fan and additional ambient lighting for extended dining and use. There truly is no better place on the island to enjoy your morning coffee and whale watch from than your private lanai.

The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment. Historic Lahaina town is only a short drive away.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
