The condo was perfect for two. Incredible, light-filled beachfront ocean views. All amenities were there, from washer/dryer, to utensils, to everything. Property is perfect-sized, with a wonderful large pool, which is oceanfront. We will stay here again.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. We grilled fresh fish almost every night on the immaculate grills by the pool. Met lots of great people who have stayed at many different places on the island and Mahana is by far their favorite. We agree!

The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach chairs and cooler were great to have as well.
The view from the condo was spectacular! We were able to see whales right from the balcony. A monk seal even came up on the beach and took a nap one day :)
I would definitely recommend Mahana 507 and hope to be able to come back again!

This property was a dream and so relaxing! The views were phenomenal and the pictures do not do this place justice. I grabbed so many supplies from home like trash bags, dish soap and dishwashing detergent. I also ordered toilet paper and paper towels to be delivered shortly after arriving, not expecting that this place is well stocked beyond my expectations! For a weeks stay, we just barley had to touch what we bought. We felt right at home here! Such a beautiful stay, great location and would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for something that is in close proximity to what Lahaina has to offer, but don’t want the craziness of a big resort, this is the place. It is perfect for a family stay away. We stayed for a week and found that it was a good central location for all of the activities that we wanted to do. The pool area was just the right size to ensure that it wasn’t overcrowded AND you are just steps to the beach. We saw whales off of the balcony, enjoyed the sunsets and were within walking distance (or a short drive) to Kahekili Beach for some snorkeling. We saw turtles and tons of fish all within view of the Mahana.
It was a big plus to have a kitchen because dining out can get expensive fast in Hawaii. The Safeway is just a few miles up the road.
Parking was super easy and FREE.

Loved the condo! The view was spectacular and we enjoyed resting on the patio/lanai enjoying the ocean breeze and sunsets each night. We even saw a turtle swimming in the ocean! Only draw back about the beach is that the beach didn’t really seem safe to get into in front of the condo due to rocks/coral, so we had to walk a ways down the beach to get to a safer area. The pool was great, but it’s mostly too deep to stand in... so the “shallow” end was very crowded pretty much every time we used to pool. Regarding the condo itself, it was decorated nicely and mostly remodeled. Looking in to some other condos when the staff was cleaning I could tell some were fancier, and some probably weren’t nicely remodeled like this unit. Only improvement they really still need to make is updating the interior doors. The bed, couches, and chairs were comfy! My only complaint about the unit itself is that it became very warm and the air conditioner could not keep up in the afternoons/evenings. I’m assuming this was due to the high temperatures outside and direct afternoon sunlight, however it really became quite uncomfortable in the evening due to the warmth. We learned quickly to close the shades and shut the “wind door” in front of the front door to keep out the sun and heat.
Overall, 5 star rating! Just wish the beach was more accessible and the ac could keep up with the summer heat.

View is beyond incredible. You feel like you are in the water you are so close.

Amazing condo, exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean, uncluttered, amazing views from both living room and bedroom. Easy walk to Duke's for dinner, nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a busy day. Close parking. Concierge on site was an unexpected plus. Our every need was met. Awesome vacation spot!

We have been coming to the different islands of Hawaii for many years. We started when our daughters were small and now are bringing our grandchildren. We have been in many condos and have found just a few that fulfill my need to be as close to the sea as possible. Now, we have decided we love Maui and this condo and will be back. This, in all the years we have come, will be the first repeat stay. It is private, has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and is close to shopping and restaurants. It is also right on the water, almost over the water. This condo will be for my husband and I and we were and will be very happy here.

Great location. Unobstructed ocien view. Well layedout unit with all amenities of home. Everything in working order. Good air conditioning used for short time in afternoons. Sound of waves 24-7. Nice parking area. Nice pool and hot tub. Good restaurants near by.

We love west Maui and keep coming back to the Mahana. This time we found our favorite unit, 507. After staying on higher and lower floors we found that this one is ideal to enjoy sunsets, sailboats, turtles and the sound of the waves. This condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Pack light because it has everything you need, washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen and beach supplies (even a wall mounted makeup mirror...unexpected and appreciated). We were there when hurricane Lane was approaching the islands. Julie, the owner was responsive and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. You can’t ask for more.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Mahana . We went for a destination wedding and the party was staying next-door at Honua Kai and some of them had partial Oceanview because our building was blocking it. It really felt like home and everything you need was there they even had beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella coffee maker. Our first day we went to Costco and got some steaks for the grill which was right by the pool with ocean view. It was easy to access to beach and beach trail for running, easy to check in, and parking was easy as there was always a spot available for us. Our friends who stayed at the resort next-door had issues with parking and would have to circle for about 15 minutes at the end of the day. We had a 180 view of the ocean! We would wake up make some coffee and sit on the patio watch sailboats go by. They even had Bluetooth Bose speakers you can connect your iPhone and play Hawaiian music. If we didn't want to cook you can walk to Dukes Malibu and enjoy their happy hour. Lahina was a 15 minute drive without traffic. And because there was a washer and dryer in unit we didn’t have to pack much. I would definitely stay there again thank you Julie and Greg.
