This is a great condo in a perfect location. You can walk right out and you are on a great beach to snorkel, swim, SUP, etc. The view off the balcony is gorgeous and it's the perfect place to have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need to cook, plus beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and a washer and dryer. It's close to Whaler's Village and the beach path starts just to the left of the unit with several miles of path to walk or run. It's also walking distance to Duke's and the food trucks, and there are gas grills if you want to grill out. Three of us stayed there comfortably. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our second time staying at this condo. It is perfect for our family of four. Our young daughters are fine sleeping on the pullout sofa, and the condo is modern and recently renovated. The views of the ocean are amazing. The overall condo complex is well-maintained, and the pool area with BBQs is nice. Unfortunately, this stay coincided with the horrible fire in Lahaina, and we were without power or any way to communicate for several days. Fortunately, the lobby had a backup generator where we could charge our phones with the hope of getting a signal. We were very lucky not to be in direct harm's way of the fire. But the lack of power and communication, and the dwindling food supplies, forced us to leave the island two days after the fire. The people we met during the disaster were very nice and helpful. Everyone chipped in to make food on the BBQ for each other--especially those who had nothing. Our hearts are broken for the people of Lahaina who lost everything. We hope to return some day.

We stayed here for about 1 week and had an awesome stay. The view is one of the best you'll ever see, second floor so you can see over the hedge in front of the ocean. Everything you need in the kitchen to avoid going out every night. The location is great for walking to Dukes Restaurant, the beach and grocery store. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. Steps from the beach. A couple of good places to eat within walking distance from the condo. Food truck court was one of those places and it was great. Grocery store within walking distance as well. Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. All the necessities were there except… only a half a tiny bottle of shampoo was left for us to use. No big deal really but it’s really he only thing I could not pick about really. I would stay here again. Good size for a couple but we had a teenage boy and one bathroom was inadequate for us at times.

We had a wonderful stay, as usual. We love this condo and the location…,right on the ocean and so close to the boardwalk. Sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean is so relaxing. We have stayed here several times and always had a great stay. The only problem we had was accessing the internet. The instructions referred to the information on the back of the router. It was not there and we had to call for information. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in room 214. The moment we walked into the room and saw the incredible view of the KaAnapali Beach through the enormous ocean facing window, we knew we had made a good choice. The kitchen was completely outfitted with everything we needed. The huge shower was amazing, and the sleep number bed gave us a good night’s sleep every night. Even the bedroom had the same amazing view of the Pacific. We would definitely stay there again! Mahalo 🌸

A well maintained, very clean and welcoming condo. Can't beat the location or views of the sunsets. Equipped with nice quality beach gear. The room was as advertised or better. Very well upgraded and clean room. very comfortable adjustable bed.. omg loved it. Sunset Views and sounds of the ocean 24hrs…. can’t beat it. Location was perfect as well as the beach. Loved our 1 Mile early morning walks on the Beach. snorkelling rite in front of your room was excellent, whale and turtle watching rite off your Lani was amazing. Can’t say enough about this property. We searched for hours on where to stay and soooo glad we decided to stay here. You will not regret your choice.

While the propert is in a great location, the construction going on was rediculous. So bad, our bedroom wall was vibrating not to mention the drilling and banging. At one point, plywood fell off the building and landed in in front of my husband at the pool. Again, nice location but the inaccurate communication regarding the level of construction going on made me wish we choose a different place to stay.

The room was great as expected and the view sensational. The only down side was the construction in the room next door, above and below. The owner left a notebook regarding the condo and local area which was very much appreciated. I expect we will be back next year. We followed our week stay at our time sharing at the Marriott Ocean club at the Mahana.

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday and really enjoyed it. The pictures are accurate-property and unit itself were very clean. I got an email right after our flight landed that they are doing construction outside the unit, and I was dreading it and not terribly happy to hear that, especially at the last minute. However, the noise was not very noticeable- we were still able to take afternoon naps, so don't let the part about there being construction keep you from staying here!!! Views are absolutely amazing! I had asked if there were beach chairs, etc at the condo and was told they supply beach towels but there is nothing else. I bought a beach umbrella but when we got to the condo we found out that previous guests have left an umbrella (now there are 2 because we left ours), snorkel masks and fins, 4 Beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, basically anything you could want for the beach, which was great. So don't buy anything!! There is a food truck yard, grocery store, ABC store and Slappy Cakes among other things within walking distance. I saw sea turtles out front every day in the morning and evening. The beginning of Kaanapali Beach is literally next door, grab a spot in the morning and you're set! Easy access to the boardwalk. Decent snorkeling right there, lots of fish and more turtles. Cons were that the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable according to my kiddos. The mattress is very thin. It might not be allowed by the company that owns the condo building but it would be great to have a roll down shade on the lanai as the sun hits it full blast for several hours in the afternoon so it is incredibly hot and not usable. The AC will only work if both doors to the lanai are closed so I had to choose between listening to the ocean at night and having the AC on for the kids in the living room. I totally understand not wanting to waste electricity, was just kind of a bummer. There is a rack for drying laundry, which I appreciated. It is a really convenient location, easy drive to Old Lahaina, Kapalua Bay, Whaler's Village. Overall we were really happy with our stay and definitely recommend!

Aside from some minor construction noise, it was the perfect place to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary and we can't wait to return! My husband and I went to Maui for our honeymoon for a week. We stayed at this resort instead of staying in a hotel. It was the best experience ever. Check in was super easy, just logged in the computer and checked ourselves in. The view of the beach was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for better for the price! We will definitely be staying here our next trip to Maui. Thank you for making our honeymoon even more magical!

We stayed in this condo last week. Prior to traveling, we were told there was ongoing construction on the building. While we saw material and scaffolds, we were really not bothered at all by the work. We arrived at 7:00pm just in time for the most amazing aspect of this condo as soon as we walked in the door….the sunset. We proceed to sit on the balcony each and every night we were there to witness the amazing Hawaiian sunset.
This place was fully stocked with all the essentials. Grocery store just outside the entrance. Food trucks close by. Easy drive to all the best beaches on the northwest part of the island. Kapalua was our favorite, but get there early. The property provides snorkel gear, a cooler and beach towels. The washer/dryer was essential. Bed was very comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the pullout couch.
Renting a car or Jeep in Maui is required to experience the island. Parking is included at the Mahana.
If we travel to Maui again, we hope to stay at 214 Mahana. Thank you for such a great stay.

Rented this property with only a warning of possible construction noise. Two days before we were to check in they told me that the unit was not available because it was still under construction. I was never told that the unit was under construction or would possibly not be available or I never would have rented it! I was supposed to have a Ocean front view with the lanai opening out to the ocean and I had dreamed of it for so long and then to be told two days before I arrive, sorry but nothing we can do! They did put us up in another resort which was nice enough but was not ocean front, the bathroom was extremely tiny and wasn’t at all what I had planned out for us. We were left with no time to try and rebook anything because nothing was available! They did refund us some money but it just couldn’t make up for the devastation that I went through! I will never book through this company again and if you do I would make sure that there isn’t anything that they’re trying to keep from you because they obviously could have warned me and never did..

Everything was so easy to do. From booking the condo, to checking in, everything is laid out, easy to follow and professionally done. The location is great and the condo is maybe a 100 feet from the ocean. A grocery store and plenty of food trucks are within walking distance. Many other popular areas are within a short drive. We also spent many relaxing evenings sitting on the lanai, listening to waves and watching the beautiful sunsets.

This was our second stay at the Mahana (first in this unit) and love the location. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping, and good snorkeling spots. And only a short drive to Lahaina. The second floor unit provides great views while maintaining privacy. The unit itself was clean and modern with comfortable living room furniture and Sleep Number bed. With the sliding glass deck doors open you car hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the beach but with the doors closed it was very quiet with no sound from adjoining units or the outdoor walkways. The host provided everything we needed to make our stay great, including beach towels, beach chairs, and in-unit washer/dryer. Check-in was simple and there is ample parking for your rental car should you need it. I will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Maui!

The condo was clean and updated. It was easy to check-in with instructions & code provided. It was nice being able to use the beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, etc. We did not use the pool as we prefer the beach. The ocean view is amazing! We’ve been to Maui a few times and this time we just wanted to relax with kids so the ocean view was a must for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay, the check in was easy and efficient. The condo was better than advertised. The view was breathtaking. Al of the staff at the site was friendly and answered any questions we had. Although we did not use any beach gear available, it was there as promised. More than anything, if we return to Maui, this is where we would stay, without question.

The moment we walked into the condo we were awestruck by the view. It is the epitome of tranquility. The condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The Mahana is perfectly located right on the water, with awesome snorkeling just a stone's throw down the beach, and also access to an awesome Beach Walk that I ran on every morning past all the other resorts to Whaler's Village. The pool and hot tub and lawn chairs on the grassy area made for some very relaxing afternoons. The binder provided by the condo owners had very thorough recommendations for all activities and restaurants, and we quickly learned that all the recommendations were spot on-we didn't even look any where else for tips. We enjoyed dinner at The Hula Grill, Kimo's and Mama's Fish House, all were amazing. We also did a snorkeling trip with the Pacific Whale Foundation that was wonderful. We had the hardest time leaving and eagerly look forward to our next trip to Condo 214 at the Mahana! THANK YOU!
