Exterior Building Maintenance Notice:
The Mahana at Kaanapali is currently undergoing an exterior building maintenance project through January 2023. They will be painting the back of our building. Work hours will be 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (As Needed). No work will be done on Sundays or holidays. Many guests are out during the day enjoying the beaches and the many other activities Maui has to offer, so you may find the impact to be minimal. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this.
The swimming pool and other amenities will remain open throughout the project.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
You will love the amazing views from this beautiful South facing end unit at the Mahana at Kaanapali. It has unobstructed views of the sugar sand Kaanapali Beach all the way to Black Rock. The floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views including the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
You will often see turtles in the crystal clear water, and from December through April watch the whales from the beautifully appointed dining area, or the lanai. Use the binoculars to get a close up, unobstructed look at the sea life. You will feel like you are floating on top of the world. Unique among the Mahana two-bedroom units, 1119 offers a reconfigured, ocean-front dining area surrounded by windows, that allows for unobstructed 270 degree views.
The two bedroom, two bath condo has just been beautifully remodeled with top of the line materials and design elements such as limestone tile flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances, and dining bar. The comfortable living room features a 50” flat screen TV and unbeatable views. The ceiling fans in the main living area and in each bedroom add to your comfort and reduce the need for air conditioning. There is artwork by local artists and photographers throughout. The lanai has a ceiling fan and additional ambient lighting for extended dining and use. There is complimentary wireless internet throughout the unit in addition to a work station, complete with printer.
Each bedroom has a hand carved, solid wood island–style bedroom set, custom built in cabinets offering ample storage, a flat screen TV, a large walk-in shower with hand-held shower head, lighted make-up mirrors, and full length mirrors. There is an iPhone charger/speaker in each bedroom and in the living room. Each bedroom has room darkening drapes for those who love to sleep in or have a mid-day “siesta”.
The master bedroom has a comfortable California king size bed, with extra pillows and opens onto the lanai so you can enjoy the view as you wake up each morning. In addition to the pedestal sink and medicine cabinet in the bathroom, there is a large, quartz vanity area with second sink.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, its own bathroom with large shower, a separate vanity area and gorgeous mountain views. There is also a desk with beautiful view of the West Maui mountains.
The large tiled lanai, accessible from the living area and master bedroom, overlooks the Pacific Ocean, with a view like the world’s largest infinity pool. The patio sofa and chairs, are perfect for morning coffee, whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance.
Large beach towels, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards are available for your use. The condo also features a full size washer and dryer and as with all the appliances, they are stocked with consumables like detergent, soaps etc.
The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, free parking, yet the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area is close by. The Mahana’s swimming pool, lounges, hot tub and BBQ's for guest use are only steps away. Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk paralleling Kaanapali beach and goes for miles. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door at the Honua Kai Resort or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment. Historic Lahaina town, is only a short drive away and offers lots of options for sightseeing, shopping, and dining at both casual and up-scale restaurants.
Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.
An Expedia tour expert is available in the lobby to help you plan your discounted adventures and Idol’s, a coffee and lunch bar, is adjacent to the pool. Groceries, take-out dining, pizza and ice cream, as well as services and souvenirs, etc. are only a five minute walk away.
