Beautiful condo, great views from balcony. Resort security very pushy and rude. We’re enjoying a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi around 8:00 PM, we were the only ones in the pool area. We were very quiet and just enjoying a nice relaxing night when the security man walked outside, walked around the Jacuzzi a couple of times looking at us, and then told us that we could not have glass at the Jacuzzi. I told him that it didn’t say anything on the spa rules about not having glass and he said you cannot have glass at the pool. I said OK he walked away for a few minutes and then came back and said it again you cannot have glass at the pool . I got out of the Jacuzzi and took the glasses inside the lobby. I walked up to the counter and asked if they had any plastic cups and they said no, then I overheard on the radio, the security guard calling the front desk telling him to watch us at the Jacuzzi. The security man came back out about an hour later and just hung around the pool area lingering and watching us. Very weird and uncomfortable. When you are staying at a resort where you are paying a lot of money, you should be able to enjoy yourself. If you are not causing a problem, this guy had a complete attitude.!!!!!

Perfect spot for my wife and our baby daughter for our vacation in Maui. Walking distance to food trucks, beautiful beaches and much more! Super clean with great views. Will stay here again next time we come to Maui!

We were so pleased with our stay in this condo and would definitely choose to stay here again. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. There were dishwasher tablets provided, but no detergent for the washing machine, so suggest you pack some pods for it.
The only negative was that both my wife and I thought that the pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable (too overstuffed and stiff), but that’s subjective. After the first few nights, I ended up putting a pillowcase on one of the couch pillows and using that as a substitute which kept my neck in a more comfortable sleeping position.
Excellent condo! Excellent area and would 100% stay here again, but would pack my own pillow!

What an amazing property! Floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular ocean view! Incredible sunsets from the 6th floor living room, liana and bedroom. The condo is extremely well equipped with everything you will need including 2 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler and a beach bag to use. As noted, no swimming off the immediate beach but a short walk down the beach was a great area to set up for the day. Check in/check out was very easy. A food truck area was in walking distance as were a grocery and several restaurants. We LOVED this place.and couldn't recommend it more highly.

You always worry/wonder what an unknown place will be like when you book it. My wife and I were blown away with how perfect this room was. The minute we walked in all we could say to each other was WOW. The view was like a dream and the place was amazing. We absolutely loved it.

Great area to be in. The property is awesome, the views are amazing. We saw so many turtles from the lanai. The only thing we did not like was the mattress because it was too soft but thats just a preference! We will rent this apartment in the future!

From the first moment you open the door you know you're in a little bit of heaven. Greeted by an expansive view of the ocean with Lanai in the background, this condo has it all. Kitchen with everything you need for a vacation, including a great steak of cooking knives. Two beach chairs and boogie boards for waterside fun. A covered lanai that gets late afternoon sun and offers gorgeous sunsets for dinnertime views that rival the best of Maui restaurants. We've been here before and will be back!

This is great place to stay if you know where the beaches are, because the condo is beachfront but the rocky shoreline isn't swimmer friendly.
The views are incredible. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We had to book this day of as our reservation fell through as they didn't let us know that their unit was being painted. Kim was able to accommodate us on very short notice and made what was a hectic situation very easy. Her communication was great as was the unit. WHAT A VIEW! Highly recommend this unit that's in a great location.

My husband and I stayed Mahana 604 for 7 nights. We had a wonderful time. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The highlight was sitting out on the lanai and watching the whales. We appreciated that they had binoculars to use. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this condo. Has everything you need. We were there during whale season so watching them from inside the condo and lanai was great. Can also watch the HUGE turtles on the shoreline. Great location and very close drive to Lahaina. Hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our time at your condo. It was clean and very comfortable and we really liked the location. The condo was well equipped and we did not need anything else for our stay. We wanted to be on the water and this condo certainally is. The evening views were fantastic and we did see turtles and seals from the lanai as well as some lovely sunsets. It was just a sort walk to actually be on the beach rather than to drive to one and walking the beach in the morning was very enjoyable. Your recommendations for eating and sight seeing were right on target and very helpful. We live in an arid semi-desert area and if we had any type of complaint it would be that the sound of the waves kept us awake; until we closed the doors to the lanai and then it was fine. Something to complain about.....right! We have been to four of the Hawaiian Islands and plan on visiting Maui again some day. When we do, we will try and use your condo again. We have already recommended the condo to friends.

Our stay here was very pleasant. It was our first visit to Maui and we were very happy there. The view is incredible. The privacy is very good. Unit is very clean. Location of unit in building is very convenient. We are looking forward to spending more time here next year.

They say the three most important things in real estate are location, location, location. This condo is a home run when it comes to those three things.
Location - You are right beside the water. There’s a few feet of lawn - then the beach. It’s peaceful and quiet directly in front of the condo with plenty of beach just a few yards away.
Location - You are physically six stories up - right beside the water. Therefore, just being in the condo allows you to feel like you’re in the middle of a post card. There is never a sense that you have to get going to enjoy something. You can simply enjoy the sight before you.
Location - You’re within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions.
Regarding entertainment - it’s all good. You can enjoy as much or as little as you want. Lastly, the condo itself, it’s great in that it’s functional and not cluttered with unnecessary items.

overall the experience was awesome. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking! As far as the AC it was working, however, in the living room at night it seemed that the AC did not work as well as in the bedroom. We did use the fan for more circulation but did discover that the vent to the AC in the living room was pretty dirty and probably needs changed/cleaned.
I will definitely recommend to al my friends about your condo. It was great!

My wife and I just concluded 5 days and 4 nights as the guests of Bill and Dondi, and we loved Mahana 604. The condo was extremely comfortable, and the view is just spectacular from the picture window wall in the living room and from the lanai. Many friends gave us recommendations for the best place to watch the sun set, but we found nothing that beat the view from Mahana 604. The owners were very attentive and courteous during the rental process, and the amenities reflected very thoughtful consideration of our comfort and enjoyment. We ate out one night, but most enjoyed grilling fresh fish (from the Fish Store, just a block away) at the beautifully equipped grill area in the pool area (5 state of the art gas grills). The Mahana is perfectly located, comfortable, and easy to visit.

We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our 1st Anniversary. Everything is exactly as it appears on this website and Bill & Dondi were hassle free. This condo has a perfect view (not too high, not too low), you're about even with the Palms that line the shoreline. We spent most of our trip within a walking distance of the beach because there isn't a need to do much more! Duke's (next door restaurant) has great food, live music, and most importantly - Mai Tai's.
We will definitely be using the condo again in the near future, hopefully annually.
I'm 28, and grew up on Oahu although I had never been to Maui. I've lived on the mainland for 15+ years and now it will be hard for me to go back to Oahu because I enjoyed Maui so much!

It is so beautiful here watching the waves, the wind blowing the palm trees, the ships and boats going by, the other islands, the rainbows, the moon setting, lighting up the ocean and dropping over the horizon – and all from the lanai. We loved the fact that it was so quiet here – only the wonderful sound of the surf crashing, the wind and birds.
This is a very comfortable condo with everything we could have imagined being provided. Very comfortable bed and couch. Two TVs, one in each room, was very handy. Was great to have everything here, clean and ready for us to use.
