Our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo ~ includes split air air conditioning (central air - much more efficient than the window type) double pane windows, bamboo hardwood floors in both bedrooms, tiled kitchen, living, hall and bathroom floors, carpeted stairs to en-suite loft bedroom, open living/dining room with wall mounted flat screen TV, glass topped tables, comfy sofa, playing cards, and games.
For your convenience the unit has a clothes washer and separate heat pump dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and stove, and a fully stocked kitchen.... blender for those tropical drinks, B-B-Q tools, plastic cups for the pool, loads of coffee cups for that delish Maui Coffee, a toaster and microwave to heat up your leftovers from last nights dinner.
In the master bedroom closet or under the stairs closet is where you will find the beach toys, beach umbrellas, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels.
Speaking of the master bedroom, check out the super comfy Sleep Number King mattress with "pillow top", the extra storage drawer that's built into the foot of the bed, the tropical deep drawer dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a shower over tub with beautifully designed tiles and plenty of towels for your comfort.
Upstairs the ensuite (shower) loft boasts a comfortable queen bed and plenty of dresser drawers (to stash your goodies from your shopping spree), and ceiling fan.
Your "home away from home" will sleep 4.
You won't need your car to get around Kihei as we are centrally located. Walk over to Moose's for Taco’s or a fantastic breakfast, go next door to Kihei Cafe at The Coast hotel for some great drinks, food and music by the pool at night (after you've watched that awesome sunset from your lanai). Café O'lei has eclectic food with a full sushi bar and great prices.
Now for the fun in the sun! Just across the street, literally, is Charley Young Beach. The next beaches are the world famous Kamaole Beach Parks I, II, & III. These have lifeguard towers, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, barbecues, volleyball courts, snorkeling, and excellent swimming. Cove Park ~ "The Cove" ~ are great beginner surf spots. You'll find fantastic snorkeling, swimming, standup paddle boarding and kayaking just steps away from your front door.
If you want to B-B-Que at home, remember that we also have those downstairs ~ steps away from the elevator.
Maui Vista boasts 6 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, reception/front office Mon-Fri, rental car piece of mind as the parking lots are patrolled by security guards in the evening. Not to distant you will find Championship Golf Courses
