Really liked ground floor and lanai. quiet area with a nice patch of grass for grandsons to run and roll on.
king sized bed and air-conditioning in bedroom really appreciated. Location for pickleball and going to beach perfect. Able to walk to shave ice and basic groceries.

The place was nice, but air in bedroom only hummed and didnt put out cool air. Though quite hot, we simply slept with bedroom window open. We found the palce to have evrything that we needed.

This condo is in a great location. Beaches are walking distance, grounds are very pretty, easy access to so many things. The appearance of condo is very nice. Exactly like what is pictured. It was clean and furniture was comfortable as well as bed being comfortable too. Kitchen newly done and is really nice. It has everything you will need for your vacation in paradise. Owner answered all our questions. Perfect for the two of us!

Great location to stay while in Maui. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Welcoming, family friendly complex. Owner and property management promptly responded to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wants a home away from home while visiting Maui.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. Had a few glitches, but they were taken care of and accommodations made quickly. We will absolutely work our vacations around the availability of Kim’s place. Oh! The beach is literally less then 400 steps away!

My Boyfriend and I had a fabulous time staying in this charming, clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed condo. The kitchen had every comfort we could need for the week there (especially salt/pepper and a blender!), and we made sure to leave some olive oil for the next guest (I saw that prior reviewer was). The location is fantastic, walking distance to Foodland (for Poke!) and SO MANY parks - surfing in the Cove, snorkeling in Kam 2-3 and Wilaea (thanks for the tip in the binder about Po'olenalena, that was by far some of the best snorkeling we did!), playing volleyball in Kalama (we left a volleyball for future guests!). The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated, with plenty of good lighting. We initially weren't sure we'd like that it was on the ground floor but ultimately we really appreciated how quickly we could be in-and-out, and the lanai was a great place to sip morning coffee and watch the Minas squak and hop about! We didn't really have to use the A/C all that much because of the wonderful afternoon Trade Winds, but the bedroom A/C worked fantastically well when it got hot some nights. The washer/dryer were brand new and really came in handy. Altogether not a single bad thing to say about our stay - we'll definitely try to book this place again when (not if) we return to Maui... We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The bed was comfortable as well as the living room sofa and chair. Nice and clean.
Had issues with the internet during the week we were there.
Nice beach chairs and cooler.
Kitchen stocked pretty well but could use a few more leftover containers(different sizes).
The shower head is a bit low but does the job.

What could be better? A vacation on the Island of Maui and accommodation at Maui Vista condo 2115,
We arrived to a bright sunny condo, very clean and were so glad this would be our home away for our holiday. We like to cook our meals and found the kitchen well equipped. The King size bed was great. Living room and dining rooms also with TV and small rable..Since we like the outdoors, the lanai was perfect with table and chairs. From that area we loved to see the flowers, parking lot was steps away and BBQ area to use .
I should mention Charley Young Beach just across the street. It is long and beautifully maintained and from this area a view of the ocean where you may see whales jumping!

Liked the location: easy walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to the island's pleasures.The condo was adequate. Clean and no bugs.
The air conditioning unit, however, was so loud that sitting on the lanai was not pleasant. The lanai looks out onto the parking lot.
For cooking, the condiments were the most stingy, minimal offerings we have experienced: salt, pepper, cinnamon and curry. Buying a whole bottle of olive oil or a whole bottle of mustard was irritating for the small, but needed, amount we used.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Maui Vista property. The apartment was nicely decorated, had new appliances, supplied towels, linens, and offered us the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use at the beach, which was only steps away. It was also easy to park here and get from here to all the places we wanted to see on the island. Additionally, there were grocery stores nearby, as well as great dining out options with delicious food.

Very well stocked with essentials in kitchen. Enough towels including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Beach just across street and 1 block down. No beach view from unit. 3 pools but rather small. Restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there agin.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property (I have stayed in the area before but not in such a great location as this condo). We really enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants and shops or take a stroll on the beach. The condo itself was very well equipped and had a few surprises (like some local guidebooks and coffee). We were also happy to find an umbrella, chairs, towels and a cooler to use during our stay all of which we found extremely helpful on our trips to the beach. We did not have any problems during our stay and the only challenges we faced were minor (we could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room and it seemed the WiFi signal struggled to reach into the bedroom at times). Overall, we had a lovely stay in Kihei at this condo and I will definitely check to see if it is available for our next trip.

My fiance and I were over the moon happy with this unit. It was exactly as described, in a great location, an unbelievable price, and exactky what we were looking for for our five night stay. We will be back in a year or two and plan on booking again here if we can. It was perfect!

My wife and I stayed in this ground floor unit in May 2016. It is very spacious and completely upgraded with new appliances, quartz countertops and some very attractive artwork throughout. The view is mostly garden, with nice trees in the skyline and hedges which buffer the small parking area. This apartment is very well furnished, with a comfortable king bed and a lovely lanai with plantings and tiki lights that come on after dark. Overall it was very quiet and relaxing here during our twelve day visit. Beach umbrella, beach chairs and snorkel gear (for two!) were also provided as a great extra bonus. We found the owner, Kimberly to be very attentive and courteous to deal with when any questions came up. The location in Kihei couldn't have been better, as it is just off the main road(so much quieter) and across the street from Charley Young beach which became one of our favorites. Grocery store and restaurant within very easy walking distance. We didn't even rent a car for half of this trip.
We would love to stay here again.

Our stay in the condo was great! Keith and Kimberley have a beautiful condo that is situated increadibly close to the beaches and the shops. The washer and dryer in the unit was awesome to have. The only thing I would have changed is the mattress, it was just too firm for my wife and I. Having said that, the unit was incredibly clean and well kept. I will book again when returning to kehei.

We thoroughly enjoyed your condo very much. In fact we wanted to come back for 2017, but when we tried to reserve again before leaving, found it had been booked for t.he time we required. We were quite disappointed!
We found that maybe the kitchen could have used a few extra plates so we did not have to use the dishwasher so often.

This little gem of a condo was in the perfect location. Loved that we could walk across the street to see the sunset as well as its location in the complex itself. The BBQs were right out the door and the lanai faced the parking lot making it easier to bring in the groceries yet it was not right on the path so you still had privacy. So glad it was not right on the path as I could imagine the suitcases rolling by the bedroom at night or early for flights YIKES!! This unit had none of that. The bedding was soft and not pilly like I read in a previous review they were very nice thick smooth sheets. Lots of room to put your stuff. Loved that it had coolers to take lunches and beach chairs even though we did not use them. We did leave some snorkel gear and a really nice boogie board behind to add to the pool noodles already there. So glad we chose this condo I heard rumors around the pool of other units in the complex they sounded scary. I would happily stay here again. PS- RW the concierge was a great help booking snorkeling for us as the high waves made it too murky to snorkel the shore he even delivered them to the unit so liked that it was not a time share demonstration. He was very helpful drawing stuff on maps for us to see too. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Mahalo

Hubby and I came here for a quick birthday trip. Condo was quiet and cozy, easy to find. Had a hiccup unlocking the door, but thankfully property manager was quick to reply. Guide book was very thorough, we were able to find and access everything easily. We used the beach cooler and chairs almost daily. Note to owner-Would be great if reusable ice blocks were in freezer!
Place was pretty tidy- and we washed and reused items as needed. Our Only issue was proximity of bedroom window to the complex dumpster- the clanking of items being sorted, recycled and thrown in the metal recepticals RIGHT in front of the window was disturbing early in the morning. Location of condo is awesome, we were able to walk back and forth to the store and local restaurants and beaches super easily. Kihei is a cute little town, very friendly and mellow :) kitchen upgrade is beautiful, great job!

The condo is very centrally located in Kihei…..close to supermarkets, cafes and especially a wonderful selection of Maui's best beaches. Right across the road is Charlie Young Beach……..very nice! The condo itself is very nice with a small cabana and garden view. It is very well appointed and CLEAN! Fresh linens and extra beach towels and beach chairs to borrow. Contains everything you need to set up to cook meals inside or outside on nearby grills. Lovely pools to swim in to relax in the evening after taking in beaches, exploring, etc. My favorite appointments in the condo are the beautiful Maui sculptures of the native sea turtles and Humpback whales…..really wonderful touch! I would recommend this unit (and have) to anyone interested in a wonderful stay with excellent value. Mahalo
